Everything was in my room was clean , the staff was super helpful they helped me carry my bags to my room, Air Conditioning unit worked great it kept the room cool all night, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was kind at check in and check out and that process was easy but still… 10/10 would not stay here again

They say they have a breakfast but granola bars and coffee barely is one. My husband thought the room smelled like puke but I did not smell it. It did have a really nice walk in shower. The reason such a bad rating is for the "advertised breakfast" and the smell. It seemed clean and I did like the shower.

Property is conveniently located near SAT airport. Shuttle pick up was efficient. You need to call them at their local number after collecting your baggage for instructions.

The parking was not good. I got back to the hotel and there was not really any parking at 10:15 pm. Otherwise the hotel was good.

Good location and convenient stay close to majority of places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was limited but stay was good overall.

Aside from the one time I didn’t bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash,they had only 1 small shampoo and two of the smallest bars of soap, overall stay was good and convenient to shopping and downtown

It appeared clean. Staff was ok. Waited an hour for the airport shuttle. Came to find out, the person that picked me up was running the front desk. No breakfast the next morning. No coffee in the room. The hall carpert looked nice, but the room was run down. I would've stay there again.

Didn't have a coffee maker in room. No clock. I don't mind leaving a deposit but I wanted a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. I left room at 3:30 am so I couldn't do their breakfast.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and very helpful. The only downside of this stay was how dark the room was; it felt like a cave. Not enough lights, and one light switch seemed broken...alternatively, two broken light bulbs may have been the culprit.

Manuel was very helpful. The place was really clean and well taken care of. The only thing I noticed that I didn’t like was that on the website it advertises that there’s breakfast. But when you get to the kitchen in the morning, all there is is granola bars, and coffee. This should not be advertised.

There is an airport shuttle but they charge more to keep your car than the Airport Security Parking across the street (which has a free airport shuttle). Also, the ASP parking is much safer than this hotel’s. The room was relatively clean. The staff was moderately friendly. I did not feel exceptionally safe at this hotel but nether did I have any incidents.

Filthy! No elevator. No rooms on the first floor. Says there is a shuttle, but the cost was $15 if you needed it before 6am. This was not stated anywhere. I am 60 years old. There is nobody to help with the luggage. I almost fell down the stairs.

Don’t stay here. No room key available, roaches inside, smelled like cigarette smoke inside, when I asked about why my non smoking room smelled like smoke. They just replied with we can spray it. Crack heads outside the place and it’s dirty inside. I had to rebook another hotel elsewhere. Pay the extra buck somewhere else!

The problem was not rectify after lodging my complaints. I asked for a manager only to be told that would only happened the next day. Personally i would lije a refund.... i was so tired all i could do is sleep to wake up to MOLD in the tub.

The property was clean but I was put in room 126 and it was filthy and stinky the carpet was filthy and stinking the TV only got 4 channels my girl friend who I came to visit refused to spend the night with me in the room after two nights the next morning I went to the front desk and asked to be moved I brought the employee who was on duty and showed him how horrible room 126 really was he agreed and moved me to a much cleaner room 120 and TV showed lots more channels then room 126 the person who check me in the night i checked in never made eye contact with me he had very poor customer service and very unprofessional

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was polite but there was zero privacy to verifying my information. There was a gentleman talking to me in the lobby, friendly but I could have done without him hearing my entire phone number and my room number. These are things I'm used to front desk concealing. How about, is the phone number we have ending in xxxx a good number or when I sign have me verify then and showing me my room number on instead of announcing it to the lobby. As a single female traveler this is very concerning. I was also placed in the room next to the exit. I only had about 5 hrs to rest before my flight but I heard everyone coming in and out, everyone getting ice, using vending machine and bc the parking lot is so small someone was actually parked directly outside my window. These are things that should be given some consideration to the traveler. But, the room was clean , shower pressure was good and staff were polite.

the room never got cold, and we had it on the lowest temperature. there was NO breakfast included, nor did the guy working the front desk inform us when breakfast time was. there was zero food in the morning due to whatever they had being EXPIRED since october! there was no apology or effort to make things right. we will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

It’s by the airport and very convenient! The hotel is older and not fancy but it’s clean, quiet, and I felt safe. My room had some improvements made but the corners of the wall was dented and drywall needs patching. Overall, it was worth it for me to stay one night.

We were supposed to have airport shuttle, no one picked up the call despite I called several times when I landed. Furthermore, they had only granola bars for breakfast, which they bothered to replenish upon request. I'd never ever stay at Days Inn again.

The bed/ sheets and bathroom area were clean. The bed was comfortable. The price seemed good in comparison. They didn't have a smart TV so you are limited to what they have for their cable package. The room did smell of urine.

Lots of airplane noise at all hours, only granola bars at breakfast, no electrical outlet at the desk, sketchy people hanging around the parking lot at night smoking dope. Avoid this hotel unless you prefer loud noise all night, bad coffee, and the smell of marijuana.

The check in person was amazing. He took the time to let us know that they were booked solid and that he was aware that there were extra flights leaving in the morning. Very valuable when you need to determine what time you should get to the airport. Even if it is less than 5 minutes aware.

We were flying in and out in a few hours, needed a bed to crash. Bed was fair, Ive had better and worse. The room was clean, towels available. For an $80 bed it was just fine. I wouldn't stay more than a night personally thoight.

They offered cleaning service every 2 days - when the maid cleaned the room, there was a light bulb out on the one standing lamp in the room - rather than have it replaced, she turned on the smaller light over the bed. The hotel is "aged" so if you are looking for a nice, cozy hotel - better keep looking.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. Requested a shuttle to the airport at 6am and they were right on time. Stayed in other hotels during my week in San Antonio and this had the most comfortable bed and pillows. Clean shower and bathroom. Very pleased for the price!

The room was good but the A/C was so loud and did not cool the room enough for me. I like it to be cooler so kept it on but was so loud I could not sleep at all. Did not love that I had to pay for the airport transfer because it was at 5am and it was just the guy at the front desk who drove me. I wonder if it was later if it was someone else.

First words out of the front desk staff was you can't park there. I was checking in. Rooms were ok but exit door at end of hallway slammed every time it was used and you heard it everywhere. The is also a dog hotel next door so you got the barking.

This place was an amazing stay! The only thing was I booked a non smoking room, but upon entering the room there was a weird smell. But after about 20 minutes the smell went away. Would 100% stay again awesome for the price and location!

Didn't like the accidental fee it was almost as much as the cost of the room. And the fact that the host didn't use the card on file for the accidental fee.....

Clean hotel, close to the airport. The breakfast is just a granola bar and coffee so don’t plan on eating there. The carpets need a deep clean but the rooms are in good condition. Great if you need a place for the night near the airport or don’t plan on being in your room much. Coming off the loop you have to cut over 4 lanes of traffic quickly or you will miss the turn in. Use Airport road for easier access.

Beware of the property they are in the hospitality industry but due the bare minimum. Our check in had unexpected fees. The breakfast was non existing and when asked we were told they just ended it early. Vending machines were 90% empty and there was limited parking.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located but the cleanliness needs a huge upgrade. The room was dirty and the sheets were full of stains from different liquids. It honestly did not look like they washed the top sheet or comforter at all.

I tend to come here every time I’m about to fly out of San Antonio, simply because of how close it is to the airport. The rooms are clean from my experiences, and the area is quiet.

This hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was a little small. The coffee bar only had decaf…this was a little disappointing when you really want caffeine first thing in the morning. The staff was nice and everything was very clean. I would recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay.

The manager at reception was super helpful. This hotel was a welcome port in a storm - literally.

My girlfriend Yolanda checked in and they told her she had to pay a $60 deposit that we wasn’t aware of and she didn’t have it so they didn’t give her the keys she told them I was at work and wouldn’t get off till after midnight and that I would have it and asked if I can do both card and cash cause I had 30 cash they said yes. When I should up the front desk guy told me there was no ID on file and no one checked in but I had the email saying other wise so I told him I will call my girlfriend and he said I don’t talk to ppl over the phone but as soon as I put it on speaker he said ok yes her ID is on file and then told me the deposit can only be paid all cash witch I didn’t have I don’t drive I walked from work and it was raining that night I was left out in a severe thunderstorm had to walk to Yolanda job and sleep in her car

So close to the airport! The evening and early morning staff/shuttle drivers were so friendly. Comfortable bed, clean room, and unbeatable price made our last - minute stay due to flight cancelation entirely pleasurable.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share our recent experience. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel did not meet the expectations set by the photos and description when booking. The ironing board cover was in very disgusting—stained and quite frankly, unhygienic. The chair at the desk was also heavily stained. When I booked the room, it was advertised that breakfast was included and the images suggested a full breakfast bar. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast consisted of just coffee and a granola bar. This was misleading and disappointing. The pool area was another letdown. It was padlocked and fenced off in a way that gave the impression it was not meant to be accessed, and it resembled more of a secured area than a recreational space. Our room had a very unpleasant odor, and several of the amenities shown in the listing were missing. The overall condition of the room made it difficult to feel comfortable. The final straw came when my daughter and I left briefly to grab a meal and noticed a man loitering in the parking area. He watched us as we got into our vehicle and was still there when we returned, which made us feel extremely uneasy and unsafe. That night, we chose to sleep elsewhere and officially checked out the next morning, cutting our three-day reservation short. This was not the experience we expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

The location was excellent front desk. People were very nice and helpful and a room was very clean. Best part is the air conditioners working really good cold thumbs up.

Only one staff person, he was friendly, but multi tasking. They should probably have at least two members, one answering phones and helping guests, while another transporting guests to/from airport. But rioms were clean.

Cozy little hotel by the airport. Very friendly staff. The shuttle driver was very helpful and picked me up on time and was able to take me to the airport the next morning quickly. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. No dining options within walking distance but everything is a 5 minute Uber ride away.

1. The carpeting was so filthy that I couldn't imagine stepping on it with my bare feet. What kind of fungus and bacteria is living in that filth? For goodness sake, spend a few dollars and shampoo the carpet once a year. 2. There were blood stains on the sheets. BLOOD STAINS. They expect someone to sleep on blood stained sheets. How much does a set of cheap sheets cost. If they're bloody throw them out. Better yet...burn them. Don't let some poor homeless person pull them out of the dumpster and catch a disease. 3. The cockroaches... If they are in one room they are in every room. They are indicative of unsanitary conditions. Days Inn is usually a reliable national hotel. I have stayed at them several times. This place was a hazardous waste dump. The people at the corporate level should inspect that disgrace of a hotel and take their franchise away. If they have already, they should be ashamed for letting it carry their name. Hotels.com has it rated an 8.0, very good. I'm certain the vast majority of those reviews came from family members and friends who never stayed there. I plan to file a complaint to Wyndham and tell them that having their name associated with such an awful property lessens the good name and the high quality associated with the Wyndham. I also expect a refund.
