The room looked like someone had already been there and the staff just made the bed without washing anything. It must've been 80 degrees or more when I got there and it took over 3 hours to cool the room down. The hallways aren't even cooled down. They actually have the air conditioning turned off with no power in the hallways. If you like to sweat with the cockroaches, this is the place for you!

Pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Everything was clean, staff was nice. Extra towels. Clean beds.

Staff was awesome, rooms were very clean and well maintained. They took the time to do the extras. Extra towels, clean fridge, tissue paper, everything was great. Price point very reasonable. We had a pleasant stay.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for maybe one night, then this place will work. It’s not in the best of conditions but it’s doable. Will say don’t get the king bed room as it faces the highway so it’s very noisy. Also found a random bug crawling on my bed, fire alarm went off for no reason and sheets had small marks on them. Again it’s far from luxury but if you need a quick place to stay it’ll work, just my opinion.

Smells bad as soon as you walk into lobby. And not cleaned

Had to cancel the day of due to the staffs rudeness from the moment we walked in . The state of the hotel at the the outside of the hotel and the lobby was not like in the pictures.

The room was not clean, it has dirt and hairs on the floors. The room had a horrible smell. Missing towels. Gentlemen who check me in was nice and helpful. It was nice to have free parking and super close to the room. I won’t stay there again though.

Breakfast made my family sick didnt have a waffle maker they had cereal eggo waffles that got left out orange juice and apple juice was rotten pool was nasty someones clothes were in the pool our whole 4 day stay people were outside partying all night almost every night room smelt like weedwouldnt recommend staying here for the price cleaning staff was nice though

The first room assignment was not cleaned well and in a state of disrepair. The sheets and towels were stained. Both of us had hives and itchy skin after sleeping in the bed. The smoke detector went off randomly twice in the middle of the night and we had to pack our things and change rooms. The second room was only slightly better but still not adequately cleaned. The smell in the room was terrible and there was black mold on the caulk seams in the shower. I have an autoimmune disease that flares up when my respiratory system is upset. The second room made me sick and I am still dealing with the effects of that experience. 0/10 - Would not recommend.

The room was really nice. However, it smelled like old cigars every time you walked into the room. Also, continental breakfast ended at 9am…they should extend that…

While the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the overall experience quickly went downhill. The bathroom was not properly maintained. The shower had mold around the edges, and there was standing water between the bathtub and the floor, causing a strong and unpleasant odor every time we showered. To make matters worse, on the second morning there was no hot water. We tried calling the lobby several times for assistance, but the phones were not working. At checkout, we expressed our concerns to the front desk, yet no apology or solution was offered. Instead, we were told the issues needed to be verified. This lack of accountability and customer service left us extremely disappointed

Booked and immediately after coming knew this was a very unsafe place for a female to stay alone. Front area smelled like Bo and molding water. Front desk was rude. Cockroach infestation also.

Staff gave me 2 faulty room keys and I was struggling for 20 minutes trying to access my hotel room. Their door handles do NOT WORK. The bathtub floor had excess water UNDERNEATH the actual tub itself. Dry fecal matter on the side of the toilet bowl.

Hotel was dirty, dust and dead roaches in our first room which also smelled like smoke. Moved to a new room where live roaches crawled all over. We did not stay

The staff and cleaning crew are the ones who made our stay great. One of the rooms we stayed in smelled like cigarette/mj. They tried to get the odor away but after a while it would come back. The bathrooms need remodeling specially the tubs.

Pillows were so comfortable and soft.

Staff was very friendly, however place needs to be updated and they need to update their breakfast menu. Had to eat out every day.

I had a encounter with a gentleman from cleaning services, he came banging on the door at 1015, mind you check out is not until 11. Once I opened the door, he had walked away, but once I address him, I told him that was very rude, he mentioned this is his job and he had been doing this for 15 years. He did proceed to tell me what you going to do about it. I suggest that Expedia takes this hotel off of your website. Very unprofessional service being rendered at this hotel. The bathtub, is not secure it feels like you are about to fall through it at anytime no support even my 10 and 13 year old niece and nephew was scared to stand in there to take a shower. Very subpar establishment. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Don't care how low the price is.

After the 3rd day i had to ask for housekeeping. The beds were made but the sheets weren't changed. They did leave clean towels, but didnt clean anything.

Out first room looked nothing like any of the pictures. No counter in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang up any clothes. After some struggle we were moved to another room that was a little more of what was pictured.

There could be improvement in cleanliness but other than that it was good.

Property is more of a low income housing facility. The “free breakfast” is a joke. They had cereal, yogurt, a little fresh fruit and some bread, That was it. Not a facility I would ever recommend.

Not suitable for family with kids. Dirty sheets and room, smelly bathroom. No lift. Don't fall for swimming pool photos. It is very tiny pool. Better avoid and stay in somewhere !!

The hotel was okay. The room was not cleaned when we arrived. Our room was right next to the freeway so very loud. There was a hole in the wall behind bathroom door. Broken blow dryer and the breakfast is only cereal, toast, small muffins.

The rooms were clean, and they have a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. The front desk was very helpful with any questions that I had. I usually don’t have the same experience when I stay at other hotels in that same price range. Definitely will stay there again.

Over all the location was good for what I needed, however the room cleanliness was lacking. There were dead bugs in our 2 rooms we booked. One room was clean other then the dead bug and the floors and the other room the toilet was disgusting. Something covered the front of the toilet and a little on the seat as well. The shower had brown stuff all on the bottom as well as the shower head was dirty. The sink had hairs and dirt in it. The bed as well had a rip or cut and the pillows except for 2 were dirty. Also found one live bug on one of the beds.

The room was prerty spacious, bright colors, big bathtoom overalls pretty nice. Bed was comfty. I would stay there again if it was a last min option.

No issues during our stay

Room was reserved for a single female traveler. She felt safe staying there. She also felt ok walking around area close to hotel. She ordered food delivered and that worked out well also. Staff was kind to her.

I liked the staff and the location was convenient. I wished they offered airport shuttle services. Overall it was an affordable stay!

the water was hard and made my hands white. but my stay was good the room was nice and my overall stay was nice.

Nice at first site. Fairly clean if not old. Nice greeting but ignored when reporting a fall in the shower due to a flexing tub floor. Water is trapped under the tub causing an unstable surface. I reported a fall during check out and was sent on my way without so much as a "are you OK?".

I booked this hotel for a cheap place to sleep. After I researched it I was nervous from some of the reviews. But over all it was a decent place to sleep. It may need some updating but the our hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. We weren’t in our room that much. It was good for the price for what you got.

It is located in a good place but floors and bathrooms need to be cleaned and mopped frequently specially before giving the room to new guests. Also needs to have best pest control services.

At First glance inside the room it looked nice but after getting back into the room later in the evening there were baby Cockroaches everywhere. Crawling on the floor, the headboards, on the night stands. It was definitely infested

It was a great location. Staff were helpful. Towels were small and only two in the room. Pool was great. Breakfast was kind of lacking. There were some visible defects and a couple roaches in the room. Beds were comfy though and ac was on point.

Had bugs in the room! When I showed the same to property management she said "I dont think that is a bedbug, so I cannot do anything. Feel free to checkout and leave, I won't refund". So i had to take the video of the bugs in the room and sent it to Days Inn customer service to get the refund. This spoiled my plans/day on a nice vacation. Hope they soon address the issues.

Convenient location if you are visiting SeaWorld San Antonio. Also lot of options available for Indian restaurants.

Simple breakfast, but enough for my girls to be happy. Small, clean pool. Daily housekeeping which you dont see too often Post-Covid in hotels since they got lazy! I wish all hotels were run by women like this one is! We will be back!

The property does not look anything like the pictures, there were roaches in the lobby when I checked in.

Sheets and comforters were dirty. Shower dripped all night as we couldn’t turn it off. Chair cover was dirty. No hairdryer as the outlet was burnt out.

I changed the room 3 times, the first one had a terrible odor, the second one had a big cockroach. I had a lot o doubts of the cleaning. Poor breakfast. Not recommended

The first room we got had mold in the shower.

No lo recomiendo, cuando realice la reservación solicite una habitación de NO FUMADO, y me dieron una de Fumado, eso nos molesto porque habíamos pagado mas. Cuando fui a recepción la señorita me comento que no podian hacer nada porque ya no tenia habitacion de NO FUMADO, que solo le quedaba una y era con dos camas. Nosotros reservamos de una cama, pero el olor de la habitacion era tan fuerte que al final tuvimos que agarrar la habitacion de dos camas

Gave us a room, beds were ok. Restrooms were very dirty. There was hair and roaches and when we would shower we could smell the sewer. Although they gave us another room and it was way better.
