Location was close to our event venue, staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool was closed and we were not notified before booking, there was a bad smell in the elevators, our room had mold in the bathroom and no where to get ice.

Location was near our places to visit. It was a little bit too snug.

The guy at the front desk was pretty chill The reservation was canceled, when I got there the room was still open so I got it, the very moment we walked into the room we saw MULTIPLE German roaches

The location was perfect for our plans in San Antonio. Breakfast was good. We stayed there Friday-Sunday and our room wasn’t cleaned. They didn’t bring clean towels either.

Location was good for our needs property is older entire 1st floor closed for ? Reasons we stayed 7 days had maid service one day only because I caught one in the hallway took out our own trash twice, had to get towels ourselves once breakfast was minimalistic ran out of tp last day, pool was dirty first few days and stairwells emergency exit at our end of hallway was blocked off

Parking was easy and secure, room was spacious, ac was cold, the bed was comfy, amd i was close to the highway

Parking lot was full of broken glass from previous break ins. Our vehicle was broken into as well, and we were only there for one night. No cameras on the property. Obviously they're not trying to prevent future break ins. Room was ok, rest of the property needs to be cleaned and updated.

Staff was friendly but the room was not up to par it was dirty and curtains we still dirty towels seems a little old and not as white. Also the pull out couch didn’t have sheets. And was left dirty.when we took off couches Breakfast was very simple. Not much of a verity. Just wasn’t the best for my opinion. Will not be staying there again

Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and large Hotel was outdated and uninviting . Also, my credit card was charged twice for a one night stay . I need to get a refund for one of those charges.

Room was clean and comfortable location is good the breakfast is awful cool and looks like is old we try asking for ketchup they didn't even have that .. the rates are ok so if you want something n just to spend the night this is ok,, don't expect nothing else,, we won't go back....

I should be refunded for the stay plus the vandalism. No service not very clean old and upkeep is horrible vandalism. They broke into my truck. I should be refunded the full price.

Pool was very dirty my son wanted to swim but it dirty and breakfast was reallu poor and diety towels was left in the bathroom

The area close to town. Water in bath was hot. Front desk alowed for me to check in and hour early and an hour late, at 1200pm. Economical $101. Under construction, loud guest everywhere. You could hear the steps of people walking by your room, on the inside of your room. There was a beer in the cooler in the room, but the cooler didn't work so it was hot. The blanket had a stain on it. Bottle of shampoo was tiny, enough for one wash. Outside and inside hotel looks dated and old.

Nothing appealed to me. When attempting to cancel they denied my refund. Roaches and molded rooms; the sheets were dirty on both beds! Smelled like moisture retention.

The property was in a good location for where we needed to be. All the staff was kind. The room was dirty. The full length mirror had tones of hand prints and something slashed on it. The bathroom seemed to have mold at the upper corner of the shower. When I sent to turn on the air for the room it smelled like burning hair so we could not have any heat or cooling. When I got into the bed there was a food nutrition sticker on the sheet. We were all exhausted so we just slept, showered, and got out of there.

BE AWARE**** DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE AT ALL. WE CAME DOWN FOR THE WEEKEND AND THE FIRST NIGHT OUR VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO ALONG WITH THE TRUCK BESIDE US AND THERE WAS GLASS FROM A PREVIOUS VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT. THE FRONT DESK GUY GURU CLAIMED THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND REFUSED TO GIVE A FULL REFUND FOR OUR STAY. WE ENDED UP BOOKING ANOTHER HOTEL WHERE WE FELT SAFE AND TAKEN CARE OF. SAPD NOTIFED US THAT THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING AT THE COMFORT SUITES. SO SHOUT OUT TO SAPD FOR COMING OUT AND FINGERPRINTING AND TAKING CARE OF OUR SITUATION . PS. BREAKFAST SUCKED AS WELL

Horrible the rooms where dirty roaches in the room the whole first floor under construction. The hallway smelled like weed and food. Everything from the smell to the room and also the staff were just the worst experience ever. Also charging me a fee and not using that to cover at least half for room also still charge me full price there is crazy. I don’t think that’s right

Shower pressure people were very loud in the hallway people next door had loud music around 1 am. Bed sheets were stained one with blue ink and the others were with some other stains.

The breakfast was not good. I only drank coffee and orange juice. The AC would run in 5 minute increments. I don't know how long it stayed off. There was broken glass in the parking lot when we got there and it was still there when we left.

Everything it was a horrible property. I wouldn’t let anybody stay there. It has a bad smell to it. It looks horrible as soon as you walk in you just know that it’s dirty and has bedbugs. I would never recommend this to nobody.

Our stay was very restful because of it being so quiet . Management respected our desire to not have housekeeping clean our room each day, and gave us towels as we needed them . As with any stay in Texas, it would be helpful to be able to communicate in Spanish .

Breakfast was imitation type scrambled eggs and turkey sausages everyday, cereal was generic captain crunch and fruit loops i think it was, waffles maker, no juice, milk, and bread and yogurt. Nothing special but better than just bagels and muffins i guess. Had yogurt too. I think they are remodeling. So hopefully it gets much better. But it's still a bandaid on an older hotel in the rooms.

The room was clean. Parking a bit cramped due to parking lot on other side had large equipment for renovation and was blocked off. Breakfast was good better than the standard continental ones you usually get. Beds were very comfortable. We will book again this was a weekend shopping expedition.

Food crumbs every where, dusty, flithy floors and bed sheets were dirty. Requested a 2nd room and that one was even worse with paint splattered around the room bathroom walls and sink area. After speaking with management they denied changing room or giving a discount for the stay. They preferred to reimburse then fix the situation. Save yourself the headache.

The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the a/c worked good and the beds were comfortable. Otherwise, it was pretty ghetto. Big roaches all over the pool area, the pool was cloudy and no towels provided. The carpet in the rooms is dingy and many other things that were pretty cringe.

Stains on the bed linens and some of the furniture. Room was not prepared, lacking several housekeeping items. Slow service on housekeeping even though they only did it every 3 days (we were there for a week). Tissue was the cheapest. Damaged room windows (many) need replacing.

Our remote didnt work half the time, carpet was filthy, couldnt walk in socks, long hairs in tub when we arrived and still there after cleaner came in, stunk in room like something sour. Microwave filthy so we didnt use. Only thing good was sheets and bedding clean as smelled like bleach.

This hotel could use a really good dusting. My grandkids suffer from allergies and the moment we walked in that room they started sneezing really bad and it was like that the whole time we were there. There was trash under the pull out couch and the mattress looked very old and rusted.

The room had wet carpet smell throughout our stay and both the towels and bed covers were stained, when we asked for cleaning services to be provided we were told the cleaning services are provided once every three days. Once our room was "cleaned" we noticed they only turned the bed sheets over since the same stains remained they were never switched out. While we're not expecting the room to be perfect, after bringing up these issues to the staff we would have appreciated it being corrected

There was a loud machine/motor noise droning all night, and the room made me feel sock, like some kind of allergy. There was dust all over, and even a used fork on the floor. The staff was fine, did their job, and was pleasant, though forgettable. If you want a nice, affordable place in the same area, I recommend The Pear Tree Inn instead. Stayed there a month ago, and the price was comparable, but it was immaculate, and the staff were friendly. I rarely give low ratings, but this one did deserve it's score.

I think what stood out the most was the front desk clerk (Sandy). We had a large group and he was ready for us. The check in was quick and seamless, but mainly the customer service was next level. Sandy was very kind, very helpful and super efficient. He genuinely made the stay awesome, start to finish. The facility was clean, nice and a great place to stay.

We booked the room for medical appointments, and the AC was not working, the room was so hot. They did not clean he room and I had to go downstairs to ask for towels and toilet papers. What bothered was the heat, did not sleep well at all. The breakfast is the one thing I go for, and they did not provide a good breakfast and the lady with the breakfast was not friendly at all. They had no varieties and that itself was disappointing. That is the reason I like to book at Comfort Suites for the breakfast. This was very disappointing.

Like the fact there was a selection of frozen food. But the cable stopped working. Had to call to get the internet working. The bed was very uncomfortable.

This property would only clean your room every 3 days and if you needed clean towels you were required to bring your dirty towels to the front desk to retrieve clean towels. Internet did not work 3 of the 5 nights I was there.

The first room we got put in had live roaches . They tried to change our room just for that night , got into the new room and that room had roaches as well!

Room was old and dated. Beds were actually very comfortable. Pull out couch/ bed was NOT. Room was rated for 5 or six guests, yet towels and soap barely accommodated three. Room served the purpose. Breakfast was barebones but adequate.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the property doesnt appear to be kept up well. First room smelled musty. Changed rooms. Second room ac unit was loud like fan or motor was bad. 3rd room the best but mold noted to ac vent. Pink mold in shower and under sink. Shower was making weird noises but I did have hot water. My fridge was semi cool but had a bunch of ice build up so probably kept it from working 100%. Dust notable in both rooms as though not cleaned well. My mom's room down the hall had a shower that was not working well. She said half the water was going thru the spicket and half thru the shower head despite lifting the knob. Definitely disappointed

The hotel was located in a quiet and safe area. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered the basics.

The deposit amount of $100.00 dollars is not universal and bank credits can take seven to ten business days. Other than these matters over bank credits that can be in a few minutes like StayApt. I believe these rooms can easily be featured in a magazine. With the rooftops having a lift for a venue scene more wound stay at this hotel.

Found bed bugs in my room and left the hotel but they wouldn’t issue a refund.

Check in was quick and easy. The beds were comfortable.

When checking in the desk agent seemed confused that I had one reservation with two rooms and it took almost a half hour to get it sorted. Apparently the system shows the second room booked under my friend's name, even though I reserved and paid for both roo.s at the same time. At first, the agent wanted to charge me for a second room, even after I showed him multiple emails verifying the reservation.

Only complaint was that I asked for late checkout for like an extra hour, was willing to pay for that and they still wouldn’t do it for me. I had a flight out and didn’t want to sit in an airport for 3 hours instead of 2. No big deal but when you are traveling any little bit of comfort you can get helps a lot. Again I wasn’t even asking for free I was willing to pay. But other then that stay was ok

When checking in was told that I should leave my glove box and center console open, due to there being multiple break ins on the property and surrounding area. Unable to get a refund and being that I was on a promo I would be charged 1 nights stay at double the price ( I was told the night was 220 and when I checked the website it was 125 a night) ended up staying and waking up every 2/3 hrs to check my truck. Mold in AC units and bathroom ceiling, garbage under the couch and dirt and hair on boxspring by our heads.

Mine and another vehicle were broken into. When I advised the staff he didn’t care. He told me he couldn’t do anything about it. There were no cameras outside and he said staff only walks around the hotel twice at night.

A roach was on the bed.

Room was dirty. Beds felt musty,smelled horrible and had bed bugs. Room smelled like mold as well. Front desk clerk was advised and nothing was done . I was given a can of antibacterial spray. I let manager know in the am and he said I had to contact third party. I asked if what he would have done if I would booked direct he responded by saying he would have given me a five dollar discount. Please nobody stay her don’t wast your money!!!!!!!

The stay itself wasn't bad, it's a cheaper rate, so you know more or less what to expect. However i was supposed to pay when i arrived, but the funds came out before i got there, then had to pay again for a "deposit" which I've never had to do before. Still waiting for one of the charges to drop. Not sure if it should be the one from hotels.com or the hotel itself.
