Room was certainly above expectations. I think this property used to belong to a different chain. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel at this level. Weird, loud ambient music plays in the lobby nonstop and can be heard from some rooms.

Well, if la quinta is open across from mi tierra café opt for that. Saves you the parking somewhat

This is by the worst hotel i stayed at. The room was dirty. It was difficult to get clean linen during my 7 day stay. Hot breakfast is only available on the weekends. Jusy plan on not being to have any guest. Cars got broke into. 3 staff members confronted me staying that my dog is not a service dog although i show them the digitsl paperwork and denied us renewing our stay. Staff is highly rude. They dont like animals and are scared of them. My service dog sense the risong anxiety so did what he was trained to do. Will be reporting an ADA violation. Nice way to supprt your disabled veterans. Stay away! Made up bogus complaints.

There were roaches crawling around on the wall, under the sink and on the floor. Room was dirty and my family left very disappointed and disgusted by seeing the state of the room and noted how unclean the property looked on the outside and the room was extremely hot and not cool enough.

Couches in room were dirty. You could see the stains. Bed sets stained. One room was full of mold/mildew on wall and in bathroom. The guy at the desk was helpful but I was over it when I seen mold. So I didn't stay. Waiting on manager to get my refund.

We did not like anything about this hotel, I guess the only thing that was good was the price it was cheap. So when they say you get what you pay for that is true this place was horrible.

Back parking was a bit dirty with trash . Comforter and couch had some stains. Bed was good and most importantly the AC worked well. Good price for a one night stay.

Property outside needed taken care of. Where there was tile it looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. Elevator floor was damaged like a leaked liquid made it warp. The room I had the tile in the restroom was broken and missing grout. I have stayed there before and it had always been clean but this last stay may be my last. I was disappointed because I really like staying there.

Stayed 1 night. Hotel was decent and basic. Front desk was friendly. Complimentary breakfast came with warm scrambled eggs and sausage, along with coffee, cereal, bread, waffles and yogurt. The parking lot has an EV charger, but was disappointed that someone parked their gas car in the spot. The area felt safe. I was unable to unlock the back door of the hotel with the room key after parking, but it wasn't a long walk to the front. I would stay again.

You get what you pay for, but I have never had issues here when I stay for my weekend business trips. Staff is very nice and accommodating! Rooms are a great size and clean enough to stay. No bugs or smells

We arrived on Wednesday night at 9 PM. The door didn’t lock. We had to put the security bolt on the comforter was stained when we went to bed that night and woke up in the morning. There was a sticky spot between the two beds. It was purple so maybe it was jelly. I don’t know there were roaches in the bathroom. The water pressure was good. I called Expedia. They said we’d get a refund. I haven’t heard anything back. Don’t go there when we checked out the next morning. Staff never said oh is everything OK? Why are you leaving early? They just said make sure you call Expedia. This place was horrible horrible horrible oh my husband likes to unpack. We were going to be there for five days there was paper and dust in the drawers. There was also a chicken bone between the refrigerator and the desk and there was blue painters tape on the legs of the desk Sew In I have a video if anybody cares breakfast was bread for toast, waffles, that you couldn’t bake all the way through yogurt in the refrigerator awful.

The bed had stains, tv stand had an oily surface didn't want to put my items, restroom floor, tub and toilet had hair. The toilet wasn't clean and towels looked stained. Breakfast area didn't look clean to eat. We were tired of traveling to look for another place. The person who attended us for check in was pleasant.

The property/room was "tired" . Stains on furniture, broken lampshade. 4 night stay without housekeeping. Bedding & towels were clean but lots of crumbs on carpet & in dresser drawers (which wouldn’t stay shut). Breakfast was a disappointment, only cereal, apples, toast, waffles- no eggs and ran out of yogurt. Staff was friendly.

The A/C wasn’t even working properly…

The room was so dirty and not stayable at all. The room smelled like fish, had to ask for another one. And the other room also smelled. The restroom was not clean at all the walls the ceiling had built up dirt. Had hair in the sheets. And breakfast was included but only had cereal.

In addition, there was a significant buildup of lint and debris inside the air vent, which appeared to be a potential fire hazard and demonstrated a concerning lack of maintenance and inspection. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and unsanitary. Guests should not have to question whether bedding and towels are properly cleaned, nor should they be exposed to possible safety hazards during their stay. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed, as well as appropriate compensation for the unacceptable conditions experienced during my stay.

Breakfast is a non-starter. The only hot item is an overused waffle maker that makes waffles that are soggy in the middle. The bread area consisted of sliced bread only. No bagels, no muffins etc. No eggs, kids cereal only. Better food at McDonalds down the street. The room was ok but a sofa with no coffee table? No foot stools? TV worked, but no printed program guide. Coffee service in room included creamer so old it congealed in the coffee….which was the worst. I could go on….you get what you pay for..or less sometimes. Nice location, run down property.

I rented a king suite with sofa but the first room I was given was a double bed. I went back to the desk and told them and was given a different room. The second room was not the suite but I was tired from the trip and didn't feel like going back down again to the desk. The breakfast was not good. There was cold sausage, waterdown juice, and stale cereal.

The price is great. The rooms are run down, bathroom area including shower and door have seen better days. Towels are not white anymore. They are thin and discolored....breakfast is super basic, but for the price, it seems fair. It wasn't dirty by any means. The bed linens were all clean. The issue is, its older, it hasn't gotten renovations, so these things are expected. For a quick one night trip, I would stay again.

The room was dirty, smelled musty and old. The shower had dirt and hair. The counter employee was rude and didn’t want to speak to me. The top lock on the door was broken and I was locked inside the room until I managed to pry the door open.

Pool is nice. The parking was good. The building good bones but inside interior needs to be fixed and cleaned. Our room wasnt so great cleaning wise. Couch looked like it was picked off the side of the road. Bed was comfy looked cleaned to sleep on top of sheets my daughter and i bring our own blankets my husband doesnt care and he said it was fine.

Looks like it could use some TLC. Rooms were clean. The elevator looks as if it's never been cleaned. Over all a 2.5 at best.

Pool was not in season

Both beds had broken box springs and were completely worn out. The entire room was filthy, with visible dirt and mold throughout. The bathroom was especially bad mold on the floor tiles, mold all over the shower, and even mold on the door. The towel rack was rusted and barely hanging on, and the faucet was loose. The elevator looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, with mold on the floor and damaged flooring. The ice machines were also extremely dirty on the outside, like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The towels were old, dingy, and clearly overdue for replacement. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell of mold and dust the entire time. On top of all that, I was charged an unexpected $8 “convenience fee” after check-in. This property is unsanitary, poorly maintained, and poses a potential health hazard to guests. Conditions like this should be reported and addressed immediately. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here.

The room and lobby were nice, as well as the shower had good water pressure, albeit the shampoo and conditioner were so watered down, they were unusable. There were roaches in the breakfast area, and the selection of food items qualifies for "continental" at best, not "buffet" as stated in the description. Waffle batter was so watery, they would not cook properly. Staff solution was just to spray more cooking spray in it. The pool was murky and the hot tub was cold, same temperature as the pool.

I ordered a king and they put me behind the elevator. It was too loud so I switched rooms. The new room was quiet and comfortable. Parking seemed secure and the place was in good shape. I did notice mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower temp was warm but not as hot as I like it. Each room had Keurig but my room had Hill Country fare which is HEB's lowest quality. Overall it was not as expensive and I was looking for a cheap room. I got it without any hitches. I'd actually stay here again so it was, as my review states; good

Staff was outstanding. Parking was secure which was Great! Room was clean but smelled like a prior smoker's room which makes me rate it lower. The pool was cold due to weather and hot tub was not heated which was another downside.

The only good thing was the pressure of the water in the shower. Hot tub didn’t work, we videoed roaches in the breakfast area, some in the bread. Told the manager and he just said he would send housekeeping. Ice machines broken and the double beds are full size, not queen. The hotel advertises buffet style buffet but it’s only for the weekend. We will never stay here again.

This place was in a nice area, staff was friendly and attentive. We went to have a little pool party for my step daughter, n the staff let us stay a little past the closing time.

We got a bad dirty stinky room. Was then moved to another room that was almost worst than first one. It was so bad we could not stay the night had to check out and go get a hotel room somewhere else

The location parking lot was well lit. Beds were very comfortable. The family enjoyed the stay. The lobby and surrounding areas were clean.

This hotel was HORRID and they do not clean unless you request it AFTER your stay. Words almost cannot explain how nasty this hotel was. The rooms were impossible to stay in and I booked 2 rooms. There was mold in several areas, booboo on the toilet, hairs from lord knows what in the bed, etc. I give this hotel a ZERO rating. I also had 3 month old twins that I definitely wasn't keeping there in that filth and luckily had a family member in the area we could stay with. Now I'm having hell getting my money back for rooms that I didn't even stay in.

The room was nice for the layout. Our bed sheets however had stains and smelled like arm pits, we barly had towles and their were baby roaches in microwave and bathroom. I didn't expect to much for a 2 star hotel.

An hour later we called back and stated it would be another hour or so until it could be looked at. I asked for us to be placed into another room. We went to the other room and this door did not work either. Desk told me that it worked I just had to jiggle the handle. I then asked her to please follow me, once she saw the door we were then placed in another room. She was super nice. The next morning, I took a shower and heard commotion in my room, I got out of the shower and saw my door being closed like someone had been in my room. I got dressed and went downstairs asking what was going on as I was in the shower and saw my door being closed. I was then informed by the gentleman on duty I was a liar and that that never happened. I stated I was not sure why I would lie about something like that and I was just trying to find out what was going on. He told me that my shower was leaking into the lobby and they needed to look at it and they had called my phone. I again stated I was in the shower I could not answer the phone in the room and I never heard anybody knocking. But I do not want them entering the room. He again stated I was a liar. I asked if we needed to move rooms then and he stated no. I stayed here because I had meetings to attend. But I checked out early and will not return.

I stayed in the second floor. For some reason the heater in the hallway was full blast and the plant was hot. They also played music in the lobby all night long which was annoying. The “buffet” breakfast was false advertising, it was mostly bread, cereals and make your own waffle. No eggs, proteins or other choices.

Staff was courteous but the room lacked a sense of safety. The extra safety latch wasissing and the front of the door had marks as if someone had previously tried to pry door open. All parking was in rear of hotel .

“Canceled” my reservation even tho I paid in full and wasn’t given a refund for the stay and was told to pay again (100$) just to sleep in my room for the night , cleaning staff was rude and hurried us out of our room at 11:00am on the dot loud bangs and knocks on our door unprofessional behavior

The rooms were left with hair all on the beds. The toilets made screeching sounds. The breakfast hardly had anything. I mean not enough for everyone looking for breakfast. There was people running up and down the halls. You could hear everything!

There were stains all over the blankets and sheets. We did switch one out only to realize all the other ones were completely dirty, blood on bed shirt make up in the sheets. Ac was not working well room was warm. Breakfast is not ideal well the drinks the food was ok. Staff was ok as well.

I stayed for 4 nights, when I arrived they took the full payment for the stay instead of a deposit, I thought it was odd but that’s ok, first room had a stained comforter, second room had stains on the walls and water damage on the bathroom door, when going out into the common area at night to get coffee there were a lot of roaches in the breakfast area. They had to move my room because of mold. Once I got into the next room I simply set my bag down and went to go have dinner. There are a lot of places to eat very close/within walking distance if you want to walk. However I came back I was extremely tired I was just ready to go to bed and I went to crawl into my bed and noticed that there were stains on my comforter hair and What look like cookie crumbs in the bed I immediately went out to the manager I showed him photos and he told me that there was nothing I could do because I accepted the second room and that if there was a problem I should’ve told him earlier. I took photos, for whatever reason you can’t upload photos on Expedia when you’re doing reviews. But the guy that checked me in and that was there that night, he saw them that’s all that matters. When you wake up and go to have the breakfast Monday through Thursday I think is what they told me there’s no options except for vegan waffles, little cups of yogurt coffee and bread. That’s it. The guy was offended that I asked him if there were any eggs, he simply said not during the week. I’m quickly learning my lesson about package deals. Never again

First room was dirty, sheets were stained yellow when called front desk to change sheets they said to go downstairs and they would give me new ones so I can change myself. Asked for another room and same thing with the sheets. Towels were stained and dirty with old makeup residue. Sink, toilet and shower were stained including the shower curtain. The walls also had food stains and so did the window curtains. The couch was even worse than the bed of stains and dirtiness. They say that you get what you paid for, but this hotel was beyond that. Breakfast was cold and when asked if they were going to put more sausage and egg they said no that they had ran out. Staff were rude especially the front desk people. When asked for management they said he’s wasn’t there to just call a number they had posted on the wall. The reviews give this hotel a high rating, however they are lies. Only good thing is its location but beyond that it is a horrible and disgusting hotel.

My curtains were ripped and I could not close them as a female this is important. I informed the front desk and all she could say was I'm sorry I don't have another king room available. At that point she could have put me in any room or offered a bedsheet but no offer was made. I asked for a binder clip and all she could find was the food grade clips from the kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable not to mention they have a resort fee which I did not see on the website I used. It was only $4 so no big deal, however it's been a week and I still don't have my deposit back. There was something stuck to the bathroom door and there was hair hanging from it. I don't recommend this hotel nor will I be back.

Clean room however 1 of our rooms we found 2 roaches and 1 room had a extremely dirty tub. It appeared stained until i went out and bought a scrubber and cleaner. Otherwise all was good. Great value for the price.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Two hot items for breakfast but I didnt eat any. Waffle machine didn’t cook evenly and they were still gooy inside. Gym had basic equipment treadmill, bicycle, etc. Pool was heated.

Stained bed sheets look like blood I asked for them to Change but they did not. Cable tv was out for a few hours. A huge water stain on the sofa brought it to their attention no changes. I’d really like a refund I paid for two nights.

Entrance and exit to hotel are very steep(on hill) and parking lot had trash. Check in was easy and fast. Back entrance was not locked when meant to floor security. Inside of hotel seems old and needs maintenance. Our room had a dirty shower and old residue on fixtures, stained towel and shower curtain was stained. Bugs found in the corners of restroom. Sofa had stains. Bed seemed ok but then we saw all the handprints and marks on the backboard. Outlets on lamp didn't work. Clock was all chipped think it was broken. Carpet was not cleaned, we could tell from the nail clippings we found. We only went in to change and leave during check in so when we returned we saw it all. Always do a room check right away if you can we learned that this trip. Couldn't get a refund to go somewhere else or any other accomodations not even someone to at least clean up was offered. Scared to try the breakfast, we just left. As gross as it was we left without showering and sucked it up until we got home 4 hours away! Never again will we go here definitely do NOT recommend.

For the price you paid because is not an expensive hotel, rooms are perfect, but they do not offer cleaning service to your room until you have your check out. I even request the cleaning service for my room because after 3 days no toilette paper, trash cans full and they said no until my check out, so I did it by my self which I didn't minded but just be prepare to clean your room. The breakfast is nasty not many options and I saw roaches on countertops and the food is not fresh whatever is left they saved it for next day. Other than this if you are looking for a cheaper option this hotel is perfec.

Petty 4 dollar fee at check in for destination. Very petty. Countertop in room broken in half. Beds are super small and not comfortable. Back hurt sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was average. The bathrooms were kind of gross. But over all it was a good stay.

The property is not high end but has a decent weigh room and pool, is centrally located next to the airport with no airplane noise, stay out of the staircase if you don't like insects, breakfast was cold one morning but they fixed that, there was no printed TV channel listing, the curtains in my room need to be repaired, the alarm clock was an issue, considering the price I got this met my needs, this was an adequate average property.

Went right at 6am for food to have fresh warm food and it was cold. Only had pork as an option for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Staff are great, friendly, helpful. Room bed was comfy, clean, quite. The only down side to our stay was when we went to get breakfast I was about to get coffee and I saw a german roach walking all around the coffee cups and lid. My husband took a video of this.

I made reservations for the weekend and paid in advance. I called i was arriving the next day at 4am they said it was ok they would see me there. But when i arrived to thw hotel the lady at front desk said my reservations were canceled because i was a no show. I told her i called and they said ot was ok. She continued to tell me the same thing over and over. So i asked for a refund. She said the manager is not here and told me to leave. She was very unprofessional.

My wife stayed there while I was having surgery. She didn’t like the parking and didn’t feel safe. The lighting was very poor.

The hotel was quiet for a saturday night. A little modernization and attention to detail would do wonders.

The staff had towels on their cart and they told me just wait till they get there. Well i waited didnt show up. I had went down the hallway and asked them again and they said go downstairs. Went downstairs they just had one towel. Went back upstairs head toward to the staff and i started snatching towels. I wont ever go back there again. And the pictures are false advertising they make the pool seems bigger but when you get there it looks like a kiddie pool

Me and my family stayed here to visit six flags fiesta, and we were all comfortable, the pool and hot tub was fun, no noise from other rooms. Very pleasant stay!

Bed sheets had some stains on them. AC is very weak not really too cold in your room. Breakfast was pretty bad. Get what you pay for though.

I only got 20 back from 50 deposit. The room had no damage and clean. The guy at front desk decided that he would charge me 30 buck bc they had a little spots that had my foundation on them. I thought and still do Don’t agree with him essentially assuming that was fair wnf reasonable I would like an itemized bill/invoice showing me that those old towels are are that price originally

unbeatable, the hidden cost was that they skimped on breakfast. Even then, I could have been satisfied with a bagel, but they did not have proper cream cheese--only strawberry flavored. The orange juice from concentrate had not been reconstituted, so that it poured out thick and nasty. I'd suggest that they offer bananas.

Since the day we arrive to check in the room smelled really bad requested another room and it was the sameness. We had to check out at the middle of the night due to bed bug, my husband got bites all around the leg, the shower was full of moe everywhere. Honestly don’t understand how this hotel can still operate with all these very unsanitary conditions. Its very sad you get fooled by the pictures online and arrive and its a very different place. Don’t stay at this place.

I checked in and after sorting through the Destination Fee, I when for a shower. I immediately noticed the shower was riddled with mold. I asked for a room change and they moved me after showing photos. That room had mold, and the next, and the next. Mold in the shower and the AC unit. That was my biggest concern. I don't want to be breathing in mold all night while the AC is running. I tried to ask for a refund but they said no. I said either give me a room without mold or give me my money back. It wasn't until the fifth room that it was not in the AC unit, and the shower still had some mold. The front desk person said no one else complained about the mold before, which was wild. He seemed confused as to what the big deal was and was pretty irritated that I would not a room that was mold free. I should have known that something was off when I had an issue with the Destination Fee. The staff charged a higher Destination Fee than what was stated by Travelocity. It was not much, however it is dishonest and the staff could not explain what it was or why it was higher than what Travelocity stated. So please do yourself a favor and just find a different spot, unless you like breathing in mold.

The hotel was awesome, the breakfast was not, eggs were not eggs, tasted like rubber, sausage was tasteless, orange juice was brown, apples were brown inside. Pool needed cleaned.

Hoping to get a refund my room was beyond filthy with roaches and restroom was dirty . And front desk staff was unwilling to help. I ended up giving the key back because I was disgusted with how it was !
