You could even take a ferry across to Venice for a romantic day trip. The area around Rovinj itself also has a lot to offer, so you could hire a bike and explore this attractive part of the country. Good location, friendly staff, nice property, good breakfast, comfortable room and balcony. While the hotel is non-smoking, people do smoke on their balconies - both cigarettes and cigars. As ther balconies are connected, the smell did waft into our rooms which was unpleasant. I like to linit air-con use, but by closing the door, the room would get hot. Perhaps the answer is to limit where on the property people can smoke - at least in the case of cigars.

Vila Kristina exceeded all our expectations! The location was excellent — just a 15-minute walk from both the Old Town and the beach, with a large supermarket nearby. As a family-owned guesthouse, it was exceptionally clean, calm, and offered a great breakfast. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!

The breakfast was delicious and well supplied Our room was clean Location was quiet and a nice easy walk from the old town They said there was parking available, which is one of the reasons why I chose this property. Turns out, there was only paid parking quite a long distance away

Our room had a small balcony which overlooked the lovely gardens below. The car park was a short walk from the hotel, reasonable and provided the ability to go in and out

A first class residence and an absolute pleasure to stay at. The cleanest place I have ever stayed at. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Location great. Thoroughly recommend it, thank you to all the lovely management and staff we had a wonderful stay Everything was perfect

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and veg, eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful.
