Surrounded by lush vegetation, Eden Hotel by Maistra Collection enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of the 100-year-old Zlatni Rt park forest in Rovinj. It offers outdoor and indoor pools and free beach chairs and parasols in the bay (subject to availability). The Wellness & Spa area has 4 treatment rooms and 1 spa suite for couple treatments, as well as a relax zone, modern fitness area and a Vitality bar (open during season). The thermal zone features a Finnish and infrared sauna, Steam room and a relax room. All rooms feature air conditioning, balcony and a satellite TV. Tasty Croatian and international food is served in the various restaurants. Eden Hotel by Maistra Collection provides diverse entertainment facilities such as hobby workshops and various land or water sports like tennis. There is an outdoor terrace with a stage and a mini club with entertainment for children. You can enjoy live music, various shows, folklore performances and the a-capella vocal ensembles called Klape. The outdoor pool complex includes 3 kinds of pools with various water effects like whirlpools and geysers. Sun-bathing terraces, restaurant, pool bar and a summer stage are also parts of the complex.

The rooms were incredibly hot overnight and the air in the air condition was was not working which meant we were all sweating with the windows open. Also a bit of a shame the outdoor pool was closed

Wonderful location with beautiful promenade walk to old town center. We were able to bike and walk to town and to several beautiful beaches. Great breakfast with many options. Beds were very comfortable and A/C worked well. Easy to plan tours with staff assist. NA

The location, grounds, facilities, pool and the beach was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety to accommodate all eater types. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Nothing that I experienced.

Only downside is that the water heat is very difficult to control, it's either too hot or too cold, but don't know if that was just our room or in general. However, this didn't impact our overall experience.

Everything was just excellent: Staff, facilities, location... It is very clean hotel, recently renovated, well kept. Location is very good, close to the sea and walking distance to the old town of Rovinj. Restaurant was fantastic, variety of food, helpful staff. Suitable parking, strong internet connection. All in all, very good stay, strong recommendation.

There was a noise from the AC located at the pool area. Such was just down beneath our balcony. The noise was there unfortunately…. We had also a big group of people 300+ visiting overlapping for 3 days of our holidays (including loud life music and party at the restaurant). It seems no one from the hotel took in to account their impact on other people which stayed same time at the hotel.

The beach was absolutely lovely and if the large outdoor pool had not closed (which they did not tell us until we arrived) was working, we would have enjoyed it more. The location to the centre was a 20 minute walk along a stunning promenade which we highly enjoyed. The main restaurant felt more like a canteen and was very crowded and the staff were not always helpful. The food was average, but nicely presented.

The buffet was huge and had a great selection of items. Rooms are comfortable and clean. A short walk to the beach and the pool was lovely.

Everything was great except the annoying issues in the half board restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms, nice common areas, beautiful park, lots of sunbeds, big pool, excellent location, very friendly staff, very good food in general, good selection as well. The a la carte restaurant by the pool and the beach bar were also very nice. The restaurant waiting times are a disaster. Some nights there were 30-40 people waiting in line for food, which meant 15-20 minutes waiting. In the end we sometimes skipped the food items (2/3 of the hot food) where you had to stand in line. I have never seen anything like this although I have been to many similar hotels in Croatia and other countries as well. Also the temperature was way too cold in the restaurant with the aircon at max speed even on rainy days. The selection of cheese and salami/ham for breakfast is mediocre.

Calm, relaxing, and very nice hotel, placed next to the lovely beach surrounded by amazing forest. Room and facilities were clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff was here to make our holiday relaxing and memorable. Nothing to point out.

This is our second year here. We love it. Location is great, beach is very close, swimming pools are marvelous. Staff is very very hospitable and polite, always greets you with smile and positivity. Food was versatile, and rooms are always clean and taking care of. We give it 10/10!!! P.s a special thanks and compliments to chef, he was good enough to prepare some meals for my wife who had stomach issues even before we came, so she needed plain cooked food, and chef would make sure she was taken care of. 10/10 would auggest this hotel!
