The view of Rovinj from the lobby, dining room and our room patio cannot be surpassed, it is simply stunning. The room itself is well appointed and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is outstanding in choice and quality. The walk to Rovinj is easy and scenic. Small items. The corridors are too dark. The doors within the room are too heavy. I have made a suggestion to management to place a notice in the elevators that doors open on both sides since I fell out when leaning accidentally against the back.

I loved everything about this hotel. If you go to Istria Croacia, you must stay at this hotel. The location is the best you can get, you will have the best view of the city of Rovinj from everywhere in the hotel. The hotel architecture is amazing and something to admire. The staff is the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever come across in a hotel. You have also access to the Mulini Beach Lido next to the hotel which is a lovely place to spent the day and swim in the sea. You have bikes at the hotel free of charge to bike around the woods thats surrounds the property. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location with exceptional views of Rovinj and top class service from the moment you arrive until you leave. We loved everything about the hotel: The pool/spa area was excellent, with sufficient beds and lounges for everyone and a beautiful view. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was fantastic. The bed was comfy and the room very nice, and modern. Loved the large bathroom with tub and separate toilet area. The location is excellent within a short walk to the old town of Rovinj and next to a marina and a well maintained walking path by the water and some natural sights. Overall, a wonderful 3-night stay in one of the most well-designed and operated hotels I have ever stayed in. Two small areas of improvement: 1. The pillows were not very good (too flat) and there were only two smaller ones on a very large bed. 2. They could improve the availability of breakfast options that are gluten-free and dairy free. Having access to a toaster and self-service coffee at breakfast would be nice as well (currently one has to order coffee or bread to be toasted through a waiter, meaning waiting times and not as much flexibility). Other than that, this is an excellent hotel.

Value for money. We had the hideaway duplex...which sadly meant almost no views. Breakfast was not as superb/diverse as one might expect...but the views were exceptional.

The value for money just wasn't there for us. At a 1000 EUR/night, it didn't 'feel' like anything special. As an example, comparing it to Sun Gardens (also 5 star) near Dubrovnik, which was 350 EUR/night, it most definitely didn't feel 3x better. One more thing - we had ants in the room the first night. After notifying the staff 3 times to change sheets and bedding, they still weren't changed when we left 3 days later. It really affected our experience and diminished the feel of the premium services they provide. Huge bed, but the pillows were very bad and uncomfortable. Gym is severely lacking for a hotel of that caliber.. We visited because it was highly recommended to us by multiple people, and of course, it was nice, but felt very overpriced.

The location and the hotel design we stunning. We didn’t even want to leave the property. The pool area and dinning area are wonderful and the food is top notch. If there was anything to complain about was the bathroom layout.

Location! Beautiful view of Rovinj, big pool and lounge area. 1km away from the old town. Big rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. also great gym and spa area. nothing, only thing i can think of is maybe the bathroom door is a bit heavy

My stay at Grand Hotel Park in Rovinj was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning design, luxurious amenities, and the breathtaking surroundings. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, offering both comfort and elegance. The wellness and spa facilities are outstanding, providing the perfect place to relax and recharge. Every time we returned to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find the bed beautifully made and a small thoughtful treat waiting for us, which made us feel truly cared for. What made my experience truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was genuinely kind, attentive, and exceptionally helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality exceeded all my expectations and made me feel genuinely welcome. Thanks to this wonderful experience, I am already planning my next stay at Grand Hotel Park. I can’t wait to return to this beautiful haven of peace and luxury in Rovinj! Although everything was perfect, the breakfast selection could be a bit richer considering the price of the accommodation.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. For a 5-star hotel, it is unacceptable for ants to appear in the bathroom and for the bedding to look worn and torn.

Breakfast was delightful, fresh, plentiful, continental with local specialties, regularly replenished. Entire staff was kind and pleasant, adding to the experience of luxurious hospitality. Location and ammenities of the hotel are remarkable. We really enjoyed the privacy and comfort. Dust on the surfaces (wooden components and floor in the room). Room was cleaned regularly, however, the dust could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
