Great location, modern facilities, good breakfast in a spacious restaurant a minor comment: the elevator was ridiculously slow, but since we had to go only one floor up, we usually used the stairs

From the moment we arrived in Venice, the communication from the staff was exceptional. They coordinated everything through WhatsApp, arranged for someone to meet us directly at the bus station, helped us with our luggage, and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the city, which made arriving in Venice feel incredibly smooth and welcoming. Throughout the stay, the team was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful, including assisting us with extra pillows and allowing us to safely leave our luggage downstairs for a while after our ferry plans were disrupted by bad weather. The apartment itself was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The room had a charming rustic Venetian feel with elegant wallpaper, curtains, and décor, while still feeling modern, clean, and very well maintained. We also loved the location. It was only a short walk from the bus station and centrally located for exploring Venice, yet tucked away on a quiet dead end street with almost no foot traffic, which made it feel peaceful and private. The small courtyard area was also a lovely bonus to relax in during downtime. The only small challenge for us was that the bed was softer than what we are normally used to, so it took a little adjustment during the first night of sleep. Aside from that, there was very little to complain about, and the overall comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality far outweighed any minor inconvenience.

This is truly an amazing hotel with a strong sense of style and attention to detail. Every aspect of the design feels carefully thought out, creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Practical touches like the well-organized parking assistance were much appreciated. The restaurant is another highlight — the food is absolutely delicious, with a creative, almost artistic approach to the cuisine. Breakfast was equally impressive, featuring warm, freshly baked bread and a wide variety of options to suit any preference. Our room offered a stunning view of the sea, which should have been the perfect finishing touch. There is one significant drawback that overshadowed the experience. Despite being listed as a non-smoking hotel on Booking.com, smoking is clearly present on the terrace. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working, and we were advised to open the window for fresh air. This put us in a difficult situation: opening the window meant letting in cigarette smoke from the terrace, directly contradicting the expectation of a non-smoking environment. As a result, we had a very uncomfortable night — it was either endure the heat or the smoke. We barely slept, and both my husband and I woke up with headaches. For a hotel of this standard, greater transparency and stricter enforcement of non-smoking policies are essential. Guests should be able to trust what is advertised, especially when it comes to something as important as air quality and comfort.

We loved our stay at Hotel Delfin! The location was amazing with a truly stunning view of the bay and old town. The staff was outstanding from the front desk to the friendly and service focused team in the restaurant. We enjoyed the view, food, wine and service.

Relatively new and trendy, great location. Beautiful ocean view overlooking the old town, just few minutes walk to old town, Sofia was so helpful and offered varies good recommendations. We like this place and will stay again. It would be nice to have a little coffee/tea kettle station in the room

The staff (Sophia) was very helpful and patient. There are a couple of senior people in our group with special requests. The staff helped them even when they didn’t speak much of English. We had room ls with sea view. It’s worth the extra money to enjoy the iconic view of the old town, not to mention the sunset.

First of all, Sofia, the desk attendant, was among the most welcoming, friendly, delightful and helpful of hotel employees I've ever encountered. If the owners of the Delphin are reading this, please give Sofia a promotion and raise! The room was small but very comfortable. It was very modern, clean and well-appointed. Parking was offsite (Rovinj is a car-free zone for tourists), but Sofia arranged for our car to be driven to their offsite parking, and retrieving it was a breeze! The breakfast buffet was average, nothing exceptional, but as a healthy vegetarian eater I found plenty to fill my stomach. The location of the hotel is a 10 minute but beautiful walk to the central part of Rovinj, making it a quieter part of town to stay in. I'd highly recommend the Hotel Delphin. Nothing

I am really delighted with my stay at the hotel. The hotel is excellent, well maintained, in a really great location with very pleasant staff, especially Sofia who works at the reception. I really recommend everyone to use the services of Hotel Delfin.

Sophia at Reception was simply amazing! We stay at over 50 hotels a year, including 6 others on this trip, and she is the best. We are grateful for her warm hospitality.

The hotel has wonderful location. On one morning of our stay, the rain was pouring, but the view of beautiful Rovinj and nice breakfast made the experience very chill and memorable.

We loved Hotel Delfin. The location was perfect--in between the old town and the beaches. The room was large and comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the water and the old town from our balcony. The restaurant was very nice and there was a large selection for breakfast. Sofia at the front desk was wonderful---so kind and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing, staff is always prompt and there for you. Great accommodation, indeed, not cheap, however food is amazing, location close to sea, old and new town. i can't say there is something i didn't like in particular. i had a great experience so all good

The property is no frills. Small rooms, I had a back yard view. Not really ideal. But it was clean, very close to the old town and to the beach. Beautiful town. Beaches and clean and clear waters, but very rocky. You need water shoes for sure. My view was bad. It was the garden but their garden left much to be desired. More like their garbage bins and delivery containers.

I stayed for three days. Room was cleaned every day, with changing sheets. The view through window is amazing. You can watch very nice sunset though it.
