Very nice overall and very nice and helpful staff. The glaring issue is that all there is is a coffee shop with a few assorted items for breakfast. For what this hotel costs on a nightly basis, not offering something resembling a traditional breakfast was very surprising for our team that traveled there. Likely would not stay again, unless that is fully remedied.

Walked in a little before check in time and was able to do so without any issue. Was asked if there was a floor preference which was nice cause we like to be up high. Got our room and it smelled good and was clean with some waters waiting for us. The wife and I had dinner at the Oak Steakhouse on the top floor and the food and service were top notch as well. Also the surrounding area has restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all with in walking distance. Definitley will return for future stays.

Stayed here for a concert at The Amp. Great location. Walked everywhere. Clean, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, quiet, no road noise.

My bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned other than that the property is very loud and wish they have a pool, otherwise it looks good, beautiful spacious rooms with very nice furniture and aroma therapy,

The bathroom sliding door was heavy and would not close. It would slide back open and stay open about 8” every time you used the bathroom. No privacy there.
