Clean room and the breakfast spread was very nice!

This property is very close to the Pinnacle Hills shopping center, Top Golf, and plenty of restaurants. The cocktail hour and full breakfast is always a plus at Embassy Suites!

Room was clean. AC kept room tolerable. But did not reduce temperature in room until early morning hours even though setting was reduced. Breakfast was great as usual. Managers reception was a bust. A trend since COVID. Rather than go out for dinner we ate at the bar. Salad and flatbread was a good choice.

Loved the breakfast and snacks/drinks in the afternoon although we weren't able to be back for that. Hated the sales people stationed at the elevators. Hotel itself was great.

The room was very well appointed and clean. The bedding was very comfortable with a varied selection of pillows ( thick, thin etc) The available shampoos, body washes and lotions (Crabtree & Evelyn) was a wonderful addition. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

There was a large stain on the foot rest , large and obvious. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. There was a lot of tea, no coffee in room. Very dated. I have stayed here several times, for the money, I’m just going to start looking for better options.

The thermostat was stuck on air conditioning and our room was freezing the first night. We asked for them to fix it and the next night it was stuck on heat and the room was 80 degrees..

Room was clean but smelled slightly of smoke, guessing it was from previous guests that were smokers. Front desk check in wasn’t the greatest. She didn’t explain anything so I had to ask questions just to find general things out which should not be necessary. Room and property is nice and location is great. Amenities are excellent. All of the other staff we’ve encountered has been very good.

The hotel itself was fine but a billing mix up meant I had to pay for the room twice. This is on hotels.com as much as embassy suites but very disappointed and probably won't use either again.

Everything was great tell the morning we had no water to shower… we call for someone to come look at it we waited for an hour for someone nobody came we had to call again and they gave us a key to another room to shower in very upsetting especially us already staying in sweet

The rooms were clean and adjoining. Quite hotel with all the amenities you will need including onsite Spa. After noon receptions with snacks and drinks along with free breakfast in the morning makes this property hard to beat.

Wasn't at hotel much, but very pretty inside, love the set up. Always love staying at Embassy Suites, but this one was for sure one of the nicer ones!

The bed and pillows were horrible. The walls in the bathroom were dirty from hand prints. Unlike other hotels that have usb charging points this hotel has not made it a priority. The people next door had a DOG which barked every minute the owner was out of the room.

The room was nice and clean. Excellent breakfast choices each morning. I wish the person that straightened up room the second day had restocked the coffee for me. No coffee the last morning. Had to leave before breakfast was served. The last night there were kids running around the halls and blocking up the elevators. They also had dropped trash around the hallways, which made it look messy. I saw no parents for these kids. At least 15 kids unsupervised running around. I understand there are night rules starting at 11p but I had to get up early and could not sleep due to the noise.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The down side is you have to pay to park even if you are staying there.

Everyone was super nice. The halloween thing that was done for the kids was great. Really enjoyed seeing everyone dressed up. Also the staff did a really great job balancing that huge college football team and still looking after other guests. If i ever get another chance to visit i will definitely stay here.

1st day the breakfast was as good as always. 2nd day the were out of biscuits and potatoes, but we made due. After all, the hotel was packed.

We expected quite a bit more for a centrally located facility that calls themselves embassy suites. The place was way understaffed for this large of an event at the amphitheater. Check in time was horrendous. The room service food was cold. Breakfast buffet was continually out of food. Trash and popcorn on the floor. our room came with a snack tray that we asked for twice and never got and there was a wad of hair in the toilet when we first came in the room and with a window that faces the west and check in time is not until four, you should probably close the blinds so the room is not incredibly hot when it’s time to check in.

Best breakfast ever

Hotel is safe, clean and a very easy walking distance to concerts at the Walmart Amp. We have stayed here several times and will continue to recommend this location.

Room had absolutely no hot water, was forced to take cold showers. The only perk of the hotel is the walking distance to the Walmart Amp

Stayed here because of its proximity to a concert venue. Staff was great, breakfast was nice. Only complaint is the fridge in the room was a little squeaky and found a pill left on the floor that housekeeping missed. Overall everything was good, it was a quick stay for me.

Very nice hotel and convenient location. We booked a suite because we had a friend staying with us. The only complaint was that the food out sofa bed was very uncomfortable and mattress was lumpy.

Wonderful suite with a fantastic jetted tub and huge table. We were able to invite our friends to our suite and had plenty of room without being cramped.

Stayed in the Ozark Suite for our wedding anniversary, the room was beautiful and very clean! The front toilet was clogged when we got there and no one ended up coming to fix it when I called, but luckily there was the toilet in the bedroom so it wasn't a real issue.

The tub didnt drain very well while showering but shampoo conditioner and soaps were great Ac took forever to cool the room down after we had maintenance come but once it did it was super cold Loved the omlets and bfast variety Dont understand why you have to pay for parking when your paying for a room thats insane!

Room and service was great. It was a holiday weekend and so the breakfast buffet was too crowded, not enough food or help. Other than that it was a great stay!

I have stayed in many Embassy suites before and this one was disappointing. The lobby and breakfast area are both a little out dated but overall looks nice. The room was also outdated, but my biggest concern was my room deadbolt did not lock properly, the bath tub did not drain (filled with yellow water from the pipe when showering), and the AC did not cool our room down below 74 and ran all night. Overall it was disappointing. It is however a very convenient location if you are attending a concert at The Amp venue.

It was disappointing having to wait close to 2 hours for our room to be ready, it delayed our plans. I believe we are entitled for a partial refund due to the inconvenience

Friendly staff and lots of restaurants surrounding the hitel. The Walmart AMP Ampitheater was literally next door! What a bonus!

Our entire stay was perfect! From the courtesy of the staf, the free drinks at Happy Hour, to the freshly made to order omelets, we were very pleased. Our air was not working when we returned at almost midnight from a concert. They promptly sent someone to work on it then when he could not repair it, we were moved to a new room. Spacious accommodations were a plus.

We were there for a concert at the amp. It was very convenient we just basically walked across the street for the concert. The staff was very friendly, and the room at the rest of the hotel were in great condition. The breakfast was great. Note that the hotel charges for parking.

Very nice Hotel all around except and with all due respect, the HVAC “programming” was very bad. Only 3 hours per day would it allow cooler than 74 degrees in my room. That makes for miserable nights

It was great our room had issues but they got us right into another room that was good so quickly we had a leak they had to fix.

Beautiful property with convenient location and excellent parking. The breakfast experience was not great...not enough seating, food, plates, etc. to accommodate the number of people staying at the hotel...logistical nightmare.

Moved the couch & lounge chair & the carpet was dirty underneath. I went to ask for extra blankets but the poor front desk staff was alone & already had a list of stuff she needed for other guests but couldn't make it to the basement to get... she did deliver them several hours later (after 1:30am) with an apology. I was hoping breakfast would redeem the trip... it didn't... long lines waiting for food & even clean plates... food was bland, kids weren't impressed.

We try to stay at Embassy Suites whenever we find ourselves in NWA. It is in the center of everything and the people are incredibly welcoming.

On a positive note, we received a generous goody bag and a complimentary appetizer.

We stayed here for a concert at the Walmart AMP. The location was so convenient. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent. We will definitely book here again.

The service was amazing!! Great amenities and perks. Especially the manager’s happy hour with drinks and light snacks. And the breakfast and made to order eggs were great!! Good pool. Good variety of equipment for the fitness room. The only complaint was the rooms got warm, even with the air turned down. And the workout room was very warm.

When we first arrived the room smelled like mildew, and the a/c was not on. The mirrors were dirty and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom when my family arrived. We notified the front desk and we were given 1 single roll. The beds were very hard. The TVs had streaming services installed that we could log into, but it would not load for us, even normal TV channels cut in and out frequently.

Cannot say enough good things about this Embassy Suites. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, and once again, THE STAFF IS AMAZING! So friendly, so willing to help. My family will be visiting again.

With a hotel of this quality and price i shouldn't had to smell raw sewage all night and leave the room to pee. I love the convenient location, hopefully they can find more staff that can assist customers in the future.

Terrible pillows and the pillows had a Terrible smell. No pressure in shower. For the amount you pay to stay there i would expect alot more. Its walking distance to AMP theater, that is biggest reason we stay here

Room in Atrium 6th floor was unbearably hot. Parking fee of $15 a night was unwaranted for handicap parking.

We had a great visit and were able to walk across the street to go to the concert we were there to attend. The hotel is nice and very clean. Dining/shopping options are nearby which was really nice.

We were on the top floor of the six floor annex. It was a very hot day, but our room's ac couldn't get the temp below 74 degrees. Even overnight that was as cool as it got. I mentioned it at check-out since we had booked through a third party (Expedia), they agreed to refund the $75 pet deposit fee for our room...which was very nice and much appreciated.

The room was not clean and it smelled like it had been smoked in. The side of our room was very hot and muggy. I honestly didn’t want to sleep in the room because of how dirty it felt. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Chose this hotel because it was walking distance from the venue we had a show at. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the hotel was! We received 2 free drinks from the bar upon check in. Very long check in lines and only one person working up front. Has been the case on multiple stays. Never got help. Also started charging for parking without actually making that known- had not been the case ever before. Breakfast not what it used to be. Very limited and poor quality compared to what it had been even several months ago.

Check in was at 4pm we got there at 3:30....we finally got our room at 6pm made us late for our concert. Our main reason for staying at such an expensive hotel was to be close to the amp theater so we could get to our concert on time! We asked for more towels at 8am the next day at 4pm still no towels had to go to front desk to ask for towels and why our room wasn't serviced because we needed towels and trash from eating pizza the night before. Next time i will stay some where further away and call a uber driver to avoid traffic and delays

There was a line checking in but all staff were very nice . They served free drinks , they talked to people that had questions . The young lady that checked us in was so kind. The room was perfect . We slept great. The bar people were very nice, excellent service. We ate dinner there and it was not good. But we did not realize how close other places were so no big deal . We ate out from then on . We attended a concert snd it was an easy walk. All of the ice machines ran out of ice but overall it was great

Tried to check in 4:30p. Literally a line across the entire lobby. One person to work the desk. Would have taken a very long time. Had to leave and alter plans to make the show. This has been a consistent problem in our three previous stays. When watching worker and management reaction they seem unabashed and unencumbered by the situation. Bad process.

The check in process ruined it for us. We had digital key but because we booked through Expedia they required we check in at the front desk. The concert venue next door means they are very busy. 30 mins in line to check in. Very annoyed and feel like they need a better system.

Bummed! This used to be “The” spot to stay. Not so much anymore. Hidden charges that we never were told about up front during check-in or ever had to before. Chair in the room was tore up. Water quit working in the room. Time to find another place to stay in NWA.

The only reason this hotel is popular is the proximity to Walmart amphitheater. That makes this property very desirable. It’s extremely outdated, doesn’t have an outdoor pool. I would never stay at this hotel except it’s walkable to the concert. It’s stuck in the 1990s.

Check in, the room, breakfast were all great. However, I was disappointed to know that parking is charged a rate of $15 per night. I thought this was complimentary. This will be taken inti consideration when booking again.

Everything was quite nice except for the bed and pillows. The mattress was too firm and the pillows were too thin. It felt like a budget hotel bed. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Parking was a mess due to the concert. We had to have a parking pass and pay $15 to park to stay at the hotel and yet parking was taken up by people without passes.

I like to stay in Embassy Suites but some of then stay in past century include this one in Rogers. Always like breakfast but this is so-so. And evening is limited to 2 drinks and no good snacks.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. 10/10 The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed ior wanted!

The hotel was excellent the manager at the front desk middle aged lady was absolutely rude. Staff at breakfast and Starbucks should be the managers they know what customer service is. Hotel was great , happy hour snacks were for toddlers, goldfish, veggies with no dip, and chips.

The location of the property is great. The hotel’s rooms are not. we arrived to our corner suite to the smell of cat urine and body odor in our room. We were switched to another room, only to come into a nonworking toilet and a musty mildew smell in our next room. We literally had to slam our door to get it to shut

Could not find a working machine. No one answered front desk. Happy hour was a winner and the bed divine.

Pretty poor experience. My wife and I arrived with our 11 month old and ask if there was somewhere to change our son diaper since front desk said there was no changing tables in any of there bathroom. So we ask if possible to check in early then so we can change him and was told it would be 75 dollars extra charged . Once we got in our room it smelt horrible , plus trash behind the door, a molded orange peel under the table, pink mold in the bath tub . Was told I someone would come clean our room no one came so we finally ask to be moved to another room after the 3rd time. Then was charge back to back night and when ask the young lady at the front desk had no answer for it . After this experience I highly doubt I will stay here again .. very disappointed

But the AC didn’t work. The thermostat was set on 64, but the room got up to 75 degrees. Also the TV in the sleeping area didn’t work either - not sure if it was the TV or the remote.

I would recommend Embassy Suite at Roger's Arkansas. It was clean and comfortable. The property is an older property and so there are things that could be touched up. The staff was excellent so thats everything.

Due to severe weather and tornados and the concert we were attending getting canceled, we were unable to travel to make it. I tried contacting multiple times to see if I could reschedule my stay due to the above mentioned reasons. They never emailed me back and when I called the help desk was clueless and was unable to help me due to booking through Expedia. Do not recommend. Skip the trouble, don’t book through Expedia.

I stayed there 2 different weekends. The first time I immediately noticed the terrible smell in the room, lack of water running in the fountains, but was only there to sleep a few hours. The second time I was placed in a different tower and the room stunk, the toilet pipes sounded like a ship taking off out of port, my friend got locked in the bedroom causing me to walk downstairs in my socks- everything was locked in the bedroom & front desk wouldn’t answer phone, the ceilings were dripping from the rain so it was disgusting. They just shrugged their shoulders. I could go on but really the only reason to stay here is if you have an event at the Walmart amp. Otherwise avoid!

Great location for our needs this trip. As this part of Rogers develops they are poised to be in a great position for the growth. The place is starting to show age with some things in our room in disrepair and broken. Honestly expected more at this price point. Room as a whole is great with a lot of room and everything was clean and comfortable.

The grounds are in great need of care. If maintenance isn’t performed soon, it will be a major endeavor.

Absolutely stunning inside and out! I feel the check-in time was too late. Pool closed too late.. Our King suite was so beautiful and cozy, but there were no coffee supplies..? Jusy a $4 bottled glacier water that I almost opened lol. A one night stay was definitely nit enough to fully enjoy, but im glad we got to do it!

This was a very over priced hotel. Needs updated substantially.
