They gave me a room on second level right next to elevator and you could hear every time it was used. Besides that great location and staff was friendly.

Exactly as advertised. Place was clean and comfortable.

While we didn't use all the amenities, everything looked good and clean. The room was nice, comfortable and I felt rested when I woke up. All in all a nice stay.

Nice property rooms are small but for 2 night it was great. You don't want a room facing interstate. Kinda noisy. Staff amazing. We ordered Dominos pizza, ate in bar area and had a few beers. We didn't have the breakfast.

I wish there were curtains along with the blinds. A lot of light came through. Hard to sleep

Looked cute. Lobby was inviting. Staff was very friendly. Bed was horrible. Well passed normal use. It was so sunken in. Phone was broken. Breakfast was a microwaved sandwich and greasy hashbrown. I paid for a parfait and the yogurt was bad and fruit wasn’t fresh. I didn’t complain cause I just wasn’t coming back again.

they say the breakfast is included but only give you $10 coupon for breakfast and there are hardly any options and some options have pork and are not customizable. don’t know why there is a bible and a mormon bible in the rooms either

The shades in our room were torn and broken and the bathroom door handle was rigged up with some cheap handle from Home Depot. The maintenance of this property has gone down significantly over the years. I would not recommend staying here.

There is not a restaurant on premises and it’s not as up to date as the pictures show. However it was a nice hotel and in a nice place. Close to everything.

Easy to locate and get in and out of parking lot. Lovely lobby. Not hotel’s fault, but someone on my floor was very inconsiderate late at night.. doors being slammed and large objects being dropped making loud sounds.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating The back corner of the properties pretty dark at night. It probably just needs an extra light. Only reason why I noticed this is because we had to park in the back because they were so busy.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and facilities. The breakfast was LACKLUSTER to say the least, as to what was offered as part of the Continental Breakfast. I really feel like they trimmed that down so that they're paid options could get more traction.

The only negative was that it is kind of run down. The building had ceiling tiles that had water damage and the outside needs a power washing. Just needs to be updated all around.

We were able to park right in front of the hotel. Check in was easy. I liked the big windows in the room. We were on the fourth floor so we had a nice view.

Check in easy and very friendly

Purchased a king and when I got there that 8pm they told me none of those rooms are available and all dirty and could have a choice of double queen or handicap double queen. Told me I couldn’t cancel my reservation since less than 24 hours. Told me two waters were in my room. There was only 1 water for purchase of 5 dollars. No glasses just two plastic cups. No trash bags. Have to repeat flush because pressure so low.

Everyone was great! Room was clean and staff was extremely kind and friendly. It is slow season, but they were all amazing and personable. Just wish some music was playing in the lounge area in the evenings to enjoy the social areas a bit more.

This hotel is old, run down, and LOUD right next to the freeway/highway. No attention to guest experience, as I was working in the lobby during mid morning the cleaning crew was doing standard maintenance literally mopping around my bag and feet. These are things that should be done early, not when guests are in the space. There is so much new construction in this area, don’t stay here- choose one of the new builds!! The only positive is that the staff was nice, though seemingly indifferent to guest presence.

The staff was very courteous, the hotel seems to be new and it is very clean, the beds are really good. This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel, the only thing that I don’t understand is that when I do de the check-in at the hotel they always charge me a fee for whatever and I end paying more than what I see on the web.

The hotel was adorable, but our AirPods “disappeared” out of our room and we got no help from management.

Loved the size and layout of the room with the kingsize bed. There were lots of places to put your bags and such. This property is located within a reasonable distance to just about everything in NWA. The only drawback for our stay was the room choice. The description said "City View". In reality it was a view of the interstate which was very loud all night long. Had we chosen a room on the opposite side of the building it would have been quieter and the view better. All that said, I would definitely book this property again due to location and price.

Lacey is an angle on earth! I told her my ex husband, the father of my children had passed and the when I got back to the room there was a sympathy card with employees very sweet notes and a basket of snacks! It meant more than you can ever imagine!

The parking was great and very easily accessible. The staff made sure that the room was in tip top shape and made our entire stay just a little easier!

Clean rooms - didn’t enjoy the false fire alarm at 7:00am

We just stayed one night. The remote to the tv did not work, we planned on sleeping in but the fire alarm went off due to a malfunction at 7am. We were in the 6th floor and I had to walk down 6 flights of stairs with my elderly mother and all out luggage. Not the best experience.

Front desk rude, wouldn't show cancellation policy! Would not cancel room or breakfast! No paperwork or receipt given. NEVER return NEVER...

Night auditor was rude. The only thing keeping me from doing all 5 stars. Very unhelpful, seemed bothered when asked for help.

The hotel was very nice, the lobby was kept clean and as you walk in there is a dog water and food bowl. Although I wasn’t traveling with my pups I appreciated the dog bowls. The room was clean and it was quiet. We were able to get a good night sleep after a late concert. It was also pretty close to the Walmart Amphitheater where we saw the concert, a short drive/Uber away! Would definitely stay here again.

This property is unique in how the rooms are setup I’ve stayed there once before and I thought my kids may enjoy it as well and they did they thought it was the coolest hotel.

I thought the staff was great and super friendly, overall the stay was good. There was some signs of mold in the bathroom and our room felt kind of stuffy even with the a/c running.

You have to pay for breakfast. That's the only thing i didn't like .

Came to town for a concert at the amp. After arriving at the hotel, we ended up talking with an associate on the elevator a bit. She and the team went out of their way to send a basket full of goodies and a card up to the room congratulating us on our recent engagement we spoke to the employee about. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit. We will return for other events.

Everything was great about my stay. The room was clean and the hotel was very nice and very clean as well. The only drawback, the one time I wanted to use a microwave, there was no microwave in the room, it was located in the lobby. So that was a bit of an inconvenience but other than that, I would stay there again.

Our primary goal for the weekend was relaxing by the pool. Needed down time. Unfortunately the pool was green and cloudy. It was about 3 pm. The pump wasnt running. It was turning into a swamp. We didn't get in. Shower was GREAT. The beds and pillows were awesome. The layout of the room was very good. The cleanliness was sub par. The windows of the entire property need monthly cleaning. Not sure how long it has been since they had been cleaned. Coffee at 5 am - definitely a welcome thing!

Excellent location and access to food, shopping and the AMP

Room was clean and bed extra comfy. Love the high ceilings. I had a room on the front side near the entrance and could hear the music being played out there. I had to ask to have my room changed, and Michael at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating. And the standard check out time is noon so it was nice to not have to ask for a late checkout. Great hotel for the price and I will stay there again!

Upon arrive check in was easy and fast they let us know the pool was green so couldnt really swim which was why we picked a hotel with a pool so the kids could swim. Then we got to the room andnit was pretty small and nothing special kind of plain. In the morning, we are excited to get breakfast but guess what? Oh sorry we’re out of most everything except for two items on the menu and it wasn’t like it was late. It was 8 AM so they weren’t sold out. They just didn’t stock anything.

If you’re going to allow pets, and it says so on my booking and online on the hotel website, then you should really let it be known that you only allow dogs. Instead of having to call your “ big boss “ to see if I can stay with my cat. Very disappointing when you get there and THEN you’re turned away. Update your staff, update your booking info and your website info. Will never stay at an Aloft again.

The shower bed and staff was great

Our stay at aloft was good! I almost considered leaving early due to the highways noise but Glenda was so amazing and accommodating. She really is the reason we decided to stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the entire facility was very clean and parking was fantastic.

Overall a great hotel, the employees were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice with a large shower with good water pressure. What needs improvement for me is facilities for bike parking. The property is connected to a bike trail that leads to Razorback Greenway, making it an excellent location for those coming to bike. However, there are no bike racks or dedicated bike parking areas. The staff allowed us to park our bikes by the pool, but bike racks would be a huge improvement.

It was clean.

The room was clean, but it was not the room we reserved. We were told that someone else also reserved our room so they had to give us a different room. However, the room was pretty big. The sheets on one bed had some yellow spots on it, but they appeared clean - just stained. Carpets and shower were clean. No microwave in the room, but there was a small refrigerator. No ice maker on the floors. They had some very limited pre-made ice bags in a freezer in the lobby. Breakfast was an additional charge so we did not buy it. The lobby and whole 1st floor had an extremely strong perfume smell, maybe from a cleaner or something? The room did not smell that way, but the smell was overwhelming in the lobby. However, all of that could be tolerated because of the price. The price was great, especially because the room appeared clean overall and the beds were comfortable.

Everything was great. The pool was murky and had lots of weird confetti ish particles. I would suggest draining some of it out n add fresh water plz. Tv is old. Thats the only negative. Ill be back.

There was a dead roach in my shower and the room was pretty funky.

Aloft didn’t stand up to its hype. My first time at one. The rooms are basic and small. Patched walls with extra coats of paint to try and cover. Concrete ceilings. Knobs taken off of fridge so you can’t adjust temp. No seals under the Shower doors, so it pours into the bathroom. Bed was ok. Not worth the extra price compared to other hotels around. Check in staff was amazing

Great place to stay while going to a show at the Walmart Amp!

This hotel has definitely seen better days but the staff makes up for what the property may lack compared to newer Aloft facilities. I wish i could remember the name of the night hostess who serviced my hubby and I. She was soo awesome!

The price point is what drew me in, but the hotel will be why I am repeat visitor. I loved the unique stay at this property! It didn’t feel like every other hotel out there and I can’t quite put my finger on why I felt at home, but I did! From the moment I walked in, we were off to a good start. The front desk was kind and helpful. When I got in the shower right after I got settled, the pressure was great, the water was hot, and the soap along with the shampoo and conditioner smelled SO good and it left my hair feeling so soft!! (DryBar brand). The room was clean and didn’t have any odd smells. Check out was also a breeze the next morning. We only stayed one night but I gotta say, it was nice :)

It was an average stay. We forgot our body wash and was disappointed when the complimentary was empty. We did not feel comfortable asking for more since the employees seemed busy

The room and the interior of the building was a bit worn, the beds were comfortable but the air conditioning was noisy and not very efficient.

Not a bad property, it just seems as though the newness has worn off and upkeep is falling to the wayside. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

The property offers a unique style. It has a pool table, great lounge area, pool, and workout center. It is in a great location. The hotel has a soft spot for dogs. It is very clean. The stall is friendly and easy to work with. The down fall is not having continental breakfast. However, they do have food options.

Overall, the stay was ok. The hotel is located next to the interstate, so the noise was an issue. The hotel lobby and pool area seemed to be constantly crowded. Other than that, the workers were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and organized. The bar and pool table was also a plus.

Modern look, quiet, in a safe part of townit seemed and close to the Amphitheater.

This was a very pleasant stay. Room was spacious and the Bed was amazing. We will stay here on any other visits to Rogers or Bentonville AR.

Clean. Good service. Good price for the weekend. On-site bar, pool and excercise room. Pool table not in top shape. Felt coming away and pockets taped together. Didnt even have chalk for the cues. A little pricey for the incidentals, but I would probably stay there again.
