unfriendly staff at check-in, eggs and potatoes were cold at breakfast, the bathroom was not clean in my room, the green light on the ceiling was annoying when the other lights were off nothing is updated and looks worn out

We should’ve been notified prior that there was no pool or hot tub available. Has been shut down since June 2025. Left us feeling cheated

Pool was closed due to city order. I reserved this hotel as it had a pool. It did not say the pool was closed. I consider this false advertising.

Dirty, don't drink from the juice dispenser. Mold Dirty mattresses. Dirty carpet throughout. Disappointed this was a Radisson Hotel.

The carpets are stained the towels have holes in them. The hotlel was clean but in need of repairs and remodeling!

No pool as advertised. Strong marijuana smell at door, promised a refund for second day and when checking out early was told may not receive it. Garbage in room. . Hotel stunk. Bad customer service. Very very very dissatisfied.

The onsite laundry facilities were very convenient and clean. House keeping had to be requested, and sometimes did not come when requested.

This property just feels tired -- old, rundown. It is in dire need of at least a facelift if not a complete overhaul. I wouldn't say it wasn't clean, but it didn't feel clean because it is in need of some maintenance..

The pool was closed by order of the county health inspector. The notice was posted on the pool room. Yet, the clerk promised they would fill the pool so it would be available. Spoiler alert...it was not. The hotel smelled strongly of curry throughout.

Room was dirty. Fridge was full of water, turned off, bathroom door had hole. Hair and soap in bathroom. Bed had incorrect sheets. Queen bed but had full sheets. Staff was not welcoming.
