Good breakfast selection. Clean room.

Our room and hotel was very clean. However we were on the 4th floor and the noise level was awful because the hotel’s air conditioning units were above us that sounded like jet engines all night, so we didn’t get much sleep. Our electric blinds were broken so we couldn’t open or close them. Probably will not return to this property.

It was an average room. The continental breakfast was ok. It was dog friendly. Initially we were told to go to a room that had not been fully cleaned. So they put us in a new one. The customer service was not great.

We had to change rooms because the a/c was not working correctly. When we moved into our new room, the temp was 76, but it quickly cooled down. Suggestion: The cleaning staff need to pull down the shades in the west facing rooms after they clean. The hot sun really heats up the rooms, causing the a/c to not keep up.

The breakfast was not very good. However, overall, the room was very nice and clean. One thing … we stayed 3 nights and after housekeeping skipped us after the 2nd morning , we had to request it. It was delivered timely and very well upon request. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby available. The staff at the desk were great… extremely courteous and helpful.

Good assortment of options. Especially glad that oatmeal was available plain (already cooked) and flavored (in packets). Scrambled eggs were well cooked. Nice choices among fresh fruits. Beds are comfy with options on bed covers and pillows. Would prefer that toilets be adult height. The one in our room seemed very low. Some difficulty in seeing what options are available on TV.
