Very nice clean rooms. The staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant, but it had fresh fruit and pretty much just the right things you needed to get the day going in a healthy manner. Really happy with our stay here. It’s really close to the gamehaven bike trails for our race this weekend.

If your looking for a place with just yogurt for breakfast then this is your place.

It is very fresh and new feeling. If you’re in Rochester for Mayo Clinic, the free shuttle is nice. However, it is a rather long ride. The location is quiet. Not on a busy highway or in a city center. Complementary breakfast is a little skimpy compared to others. I’ve stayed at for the price, but it was adequate. You’re out in the suburbs, so there is not a lot within walking distance if that’s important to you

When we first arrived, everything looked great. The front desk staff was helpful. Friendly welcomed us with fresh fruit and a nice cold bottle of water. Upon arriving to the room, the room looks nice but after unpacking and sitting on the bed for a little bit. We noticed that our room was infested with bed bugs

Nice staff. About 6 miles from MAYO so you don't have to pay to park your car there like you do close to the hospital. There is a shuttle that takes you to the clinic. The breakfast is skimpy.

My room was spacious, clean, and had all I needed, that is a comfy bed, refrigerator, microwave, tv, and an iron with the stand. You could get coffee, hot water, fruits (apple and/or banana) and two bottles of water at the check in. I recommend this hotel for budget travellers looking for comfortable, short term accommodation.
