Good location There were no issues

The mattress on the bed was well used. A dip in the middle. 😏 The shower/tub in the bathroom was slippery when using the shower. My husband almost fell. There was no closet. However, it was quiet and the staff was very gracious. We will stay there again.

The people working at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Need 1% milk - not just whole milk. The juice machine was not working well - had 2 out of the 4 drinks not working. We had constant issues with our room keys - had to go to front desk about everyday we were there. Bird nests under the covering of the front door. Not healthy - birds pooping and flying in and out. The front door cement was not a smooth transition when loading/unloading your car - the carts got stuck on the uneven concrete. Unsafe button for the elevator - wires were exposed. Our door to the room would not shut all the way until we pushed or pulled it shut.

We love the location of this hotel, right next to a movie theatre, Target, restaurants. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that we look forward to using the hot tubs while we are in hotels and the pool area had such a strong smell of chlorine that we weren't able to stay in the pool area for long. If using a pool and hot tub isn't a priority, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I never have a problem staying here when I have to go to Mayo Clinic.

There was dust coating the walls. The cabinet holding the fridge had water damage with black spots all over it. The curtains were ripped, and the rods were broken. There was something splattered on the ceiling, and the room had a musty smell. On the main floor, there was obvious water damage on the ceilings with multiple large yellow stains

We would definitely stay here again. The only reasons I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is, I would have liked the breakfast buffet to not run out of eggs with an hour left and I’d like the elevator to be cleaner.

Everything is ok except that the person who made the check in mix account. So at the checkout we have problems because they charge twice the room fees and it's not easy to get a refund.

three beds My room looked nothing like the picture I looked at when booking. Every lamp was extremely broken. The peep hole was just that, a hole, no lens. We stuck a pen through it for privacy. The lights quit working at some point. I had to have the front desk clerk reset the breaker. The curtains were extremely water and rust stained from a leaky window. One was missing its pull bar. The office chair had one broken arm. the drywall tape was peeling off the ceiling. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken. The upholstery on the arm chair was peeling off. Although I registered 4 people, there were only 2 washcloths and I had to ask for bedding for the pull-out sofa. The card scanners at the side door were ripped off the wall- just bare wires hanging out, and the sign said an alarm would sound if you opened the door, so all entrances and exits had to be made past the front desk. There were no coffee cups at breakfast one day. Both days had the same breakfast. The temp in the breakfast room was set to 78, so it was uncomfortably warm. There was no milk for cereal one of the 2 mornings, etc. Any 1 or 2 of these things would not have been a huge deal, but altogether, and given the price of my stay, I am very disappointed.

Breakfast, the member running breakfast approached our table three times asking that when we were done eating, that we leave. There were still members of our family eating with no lines and many empty tables so was disappointed, that our breakfast was interrupted and asked to leave several times. My daughter was also told that she could not have more food because there needed to be some for others.

Love this Hotel. Always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect area with MANY eats close by. I do dog Agility and there are large open areas to walk and potty the dogs. ALWAYS stay here when I am in town.

Breakfast had quite a few options although it didn't start til 7am. Hotel was overall clean as well as the rooms. The pool room was outdated and small. The smell of the chlorine when you walked in was enough to have you coughing or feeling it in your chest within 10mins and super hot in there. Pool was pretty chilly but the kids still had fun. I do not recommend going in there if you have asthma or other breathing issues.

The room was spacious and so accessible for my aging/elderly parents. Breakfast items were cool/cold when they should have been hot.
