I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor. If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you

The room smelled like pee.There was no coffee pot, no cups, no anything in the kitchenette.For us to use , if we wanted to heat something up , i've never been in a hotel where they did not provide a coffee pot and some coffee , but this one does not

Everything was terrible! The smell was awful! No extra towels, fan didn’t work, no extra pillows, no breakfast, no shampoos and conditioners, no remote, phone was off the hook so I couldn’t call the front desk and I couldn’t get a refund!

Room was clean and actually surpassed my expectations for the affordable price. Mostly quiet and that was on superbowl sunday. I'll be back.
