I liked the breakfast and the people were nice.

Location was great and still reasonable prices during the Shakira concert weekend. It easy to walk to the beaches nearby and the food options around the hotel are great. Can highly recommend a tapas bar nearby.

This place was an absolute gem! Perfect central location, heart of Copacabana, metro station literally across the street (how convenient is that!). World famous Copacabana Beach easily within walking distance. Vibrant neighbourhood. As for the hotel, very clean, exceptionally well managed, and terrific customer service. Very good breakfast with lots of choice for something of a boutique hotel. Champagne too for breakfast, imagine that! Fast and well working elevators. Lots of flexibility to check in much earlier (incl. breakfast) and/or check out late, hotel capacity permitting, at a very reasonable price. The best though about this hotel? Without question, the staff. Amazing, accommodating, even went as far as assisting me toward getting a metro card when I was encountering a bit of difficulty, accompanying me to the metro station firsthand, wow! Nossa! And the value in terms of what they offer guests? Their prices are, quite frankly, unbeatable, for what you get. Nothing. So happy that we came back for the last portion of our vacation.

Everything has seen its better days but that's what made it more charming in my view. The only thing that was a real let-down was the gym which was unusable: very small, hot, and the few machines available were largely broken.

I liked the security, the location, Continental breakfast, comfortable and spacious room, and very good bathroom and shower. I did not like the old carpets on the hallway of the rooms, and I did not like the view from the room to back of old buildings, so I kept the curtains closed. I also did not like that the restaurant service closed early at 21:00 or 21:30 hrs. You will not be able to order a sandwich or tea after this time.

It was quite central. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. I found some of the reception staff aloof and did not make the guests feel very welcome , we had travel for many hours and were very tired , we were asked to do our check in digitally with no help when I could not understand the language I mentioned I had already submitted my document details to the hotel, hence I did not need to complete them again. There was no help with carrying heavy suitcases from the reception to the room. The luxury room we booked, we were given a family room, overall the hotel looks tired.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The location was amazing, safe area and right in front of the metro station. The hotel feels a bit old overall, the rooms and amenities could use a renovation. Breakfast could be more varied and a bit better quality.

Whole building needs maintenance. Feels like most stuff is pretty old. Breakfast quality was not the best. Pool bar was mostly unattended. Room next to me got robbed by cleaning staff

I had to pay for water, it was only 3R but a bit weird. I called reception once and I no one ansewered.

The beds and linens need an update; you can feel the resorts are outdated. They left some waters in the fridge and they restock it daily without ask and even we left most of them on the fridge they charge us a really high fee for this bottles of water. Bring your own water from the first day Pool area it’s really simple

N/a Was under construction and was put on the same floor with an infant in my room. Very unprofessional.

This budget hotel has a good location near Copacabana Beach. I especially loved the view from my room. The breakfast was delicious, and the food overall was amazing. On the downside, the air conditioning in my room (on the upper floor) was quite noisy, like literally a machine running next to your ear... However, I noticed that some of the renovated rooms have newer, quieter units, so that’s a plus. The staff was professional but quite serious; it would’ve been nice if they greeted guests with a smile or a simple hello—it really makes a difference.

I did not like the check in procedure. They blocked some cash from my account and they wanted to charge me again before they unblock it. Three men helped me in the check in. I fell very intimidated because of it. The door in my shower was broken, so the water wouldn’t stay inside. Towels were not fluffy and they were not the same. Also, bed was not comfortable.
