Amazing location, super friendly staff, but facilities are outdated and very basic.

Friendly staff

Bed mattress was a little hard, room was not dirty but not as clean as it could be. A/C cooled the room but not enough for my taste, but I like it very cold when I sleep.

Location and personel are great The view from the terrace is super good A little bit noisy. I could hear other rooms noises. Breakfast was not very good.

The location was perfect, the views were epic. Loved the rooftop setup which could be expanded. Rooms were small but comfortable. The breakfast buffet and service was as good as it gets! Air conditioning too strong - made us sick. Had to turn it off and open the windows. Glad there was a transit bathroom but it was too small to truly work well.

Breakfast room too small and crowded. No rooftop bar. Prices have considerably increased in the past few years.

Very polite staff

The location, across the street from Cococabana Beach and easy walk to Ipanema Beach, was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also good. The furniture in the room seemed a little dated. The bathroom was small and the exhaust fan did not work. The roof top pool was very small. For the price I thought the room and pool would have been better.

Great location with awesome views from the rooftop. Staff was usually super nice and helpful. The rooms were nice, nothing too special, but clean and with good AC. It could have better furniture for the price point. The only downside for me was actually the rooftop. Views are great but everything else sorta felt short from my expectations. Music was too loud and tasteless (generic pop instead of something local at least). Pool water was oily, seemed dirty. Sauna was so tiny and it wasnt working apparently..

Very helpful and courteous staff. When outbid the way to help. Five star. Good part is It is between ipanema and copacabana. But if you are only looking for fun at Copacabana, it is at one end. Some walk or scooter is needed.

Comfortable beds; Excellent location; Perfect laundry service; Very nice beeakfast and big variety of choices considering the small restaurant; There were waiting lines for breakfast as the restaurant is small and you eventually need to wait if you arrive in”peak” breakfast time. Coffee/ bar opening only after 10:30 so if you do not have breakfast you are not allowed to order/purchase coffee and you need to wait until 10:30. My room was entered on and cleaned on even with having “do not disturb sign”. Bathroom had women hairs which did not belong to me. Cleaning service knocking at my door and ringing at 8:00. My room was on the last floor and next to the swimming pool and the toilets of the swimming pool. I would say that it was extremely noisy because of the all traffic to the pool and doors not being sound proof. If you get a chance try to avoid the 13th floor.
