Great spacious room-very clean. Staff was very friendly. The pool was awesome and warm! Breakfast was great although a second waffle maker for busy mornings would be beneficial. Great location, 35min from the Metro Zoo, great proximity to food and shopping.

I had to stay overnight after surgery and the staff were so helpful and kind. Especially letting us get into a room a little earlier, that was huge. Thank you

Great place to stay, whether it’s overnight or a longer term. Rooms have a full kitchen with living room as well as a bedroom en suite. It’s very clean and well situated off the highway. The people who work here are the best. Friendly and willing to make that extra effort to make the stay memorable.

I found dog toys under the bed, from the previous guest. The bathroom had loose tiles on the floor and caulk peeling around the sink and other bathroom fixtures. They charge you $5/day to park in their parking lot as a paid guest.

General areas and rooms’ floors all needed vacuuming. Services not clean. Breakfast ok. Tv service out during stay. Pool area had dirty towels everywhere with no clean available. Charged for parking but was never asked if I parked on site. Better hotels available for the price.

Love this place!!!! My wife and I always try to get here every now and then and it never disappoints! Stovetop in the room and pots and pans. Comfortable room, and personalized message in the TV when you arrive with ability to connect certain streaming apps! Close to great eating!

The staff was alright! The lamps by the bed didn’t work nor did the plugs, it was people screaming and stomping all night long above us. Room had outdated plugs , no usb type C. The breakfast was mediocre , there was better food in the freezer they had there. Over all clean and nice room just not $230 a night nice.

Room space was good. It was fairly clean. They need to pay a little more attention to the bathrooms most specifically the toilets, behind the lid and around the base.

Close to the wedding venue We were in the bridal party for a wedding and were originally put in an adjoining suite to the bride so we could all hang out together but unfortunately the room was filthy. There was dried urine on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress and linen, a bug on the bed, paint scratched off the doors, the carpet was torn up, spilled food on the chairs and various splatter stains on most of the walls as well as a shower cap over the smoke detectors. They promptly moved us to another room but then we were unable to be near the bride which was disappointing. We also had to move rooms at 1:30 in the morning the night before the wedding which was very stressful. I had a booking for the following night as well but was then charged for two separate rooms for Saturday night because they messed something up and didn’t refund one of the rooms so now I have paid double. The morning we were supposed to be leaving we woke up to banging on our door and multiple phone calls telling us there wasn’t supposed to be anyone in the room. Mind you, they had already double charged us and given us keys this room, so this was extremely confusing and irritating. I spent another 15-20 mins on the phone with them again while they tried to figure out where they’d made a mistake and ultimately had to go downstairs and speak to them in person because things were not getting resolved. Turns out they had somehow rebooked the wrong customer so the reservation for the room they moved us to was under someone else’s name. This whole fiasco made us late once again to the breakfast with all of our friends before heading home, and I ended up not having time to eat. I did speak with one of the managers after nearly 3 hours of waiting and she said they’d refund me so hopefully that will go through, but I still have not seen a confirmation email of that and have not received the refund yet, so tbd.
