Overall the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was good each morning. Happy hour didn't start at 5pm like we were told, but all was well in the end.

Staff,clean room, parking young lady at check-in and check out was superb. Need to hire more young people with her professionalism, smile and sense of humor! Very courteous!

The location was good. Close to where the event was located that I came for. The hotel was nice. I liked that the sofa was large enough for sleeping plus the little pull out bed underneath was kool. I really didn't like being on the 4th floor, no air in the hallway, you could not latch the door to the shower, the toilet was extremely low to the floor, the pool was dirty had all kinds of trash inside so we got in but got back out it was just too dirty

The room was great. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The layout of the room was conducive to a long stay even though we were only there for 3 days. Staff and housekeeping were very friendly. There was not much around the property. A car was necessary.

Excellent experience from booking to check out. Food was delicious. Good selection. Room was in great shape. We really liked the sink in the toilet area separate from the sink in the shower area. Both had doors that closed. Perfect for a girls weekend. We would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. If we need a hotel in this area, this is where we will stay.

The first time at a springhill suites there was poop in the room, didn't give us a new room. This time theres womens underwear in the room. Obviously the cleaning staff is not doing their job.

Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the kitchen workers at the breakfast bar went out of their way to be warm and welcoming. The hotel was well kept and very clean. Our room had everything we needed. Our overnight stay was completely enjoyable!!

The location close to my son’s house and the wonderful service, comfortable bed and certainly, the outstanding breakfast! Thank you so much! Pool was a tad cold but we swam three times with my granddaughter. (One of the other guests’ children threw up in the pool) but I don’t know how anyone could undo that and it was certainly not the hotel staff’s fault.

The property is located in a perfect place with easy access to parking. Staff is the best you could ask for. It has a small bar which is a very nice option. Breakfast is nice.

Hotel and room were wonderful for our very brief visit. The carpet in the hallway had extra padding to help reduce noise and we never heard hallway noise in our room. Furnishings were lovely and the bed was comfortable. We loved the separate toilet room which would be great when traveling with the kids. The only hiccup was the lack of hot water. The front desk called us after we booked the room and let us know they were working on repairs but he assured us the work would be finished by morning. Unfortunately, the repairs were not quite finished and we had cold showers. So kudos to them for warning us but one star off for not completing the work in time.

This hotel was wonderful for our family stay for a soccer game. Toni and Michael were absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and so helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean and beds are so comfortable. Well maintained.

Breakfast was a normal free hotel breakfast. The bathroom is divided into two seperate rooms. One room has the shower and sink. The toilet is in another completely seperate room. This was beyond inconvenient. The worst part, the bathroom doors are frosted glass. We, and I think most people, require privacy in the bathroom to feel comfortable. The tv was far to the right of the bed, so we had to watch tv with our heads turned to the right, which was odd and uncomfortable. The light over the sink in the bathroom was so dim we couldn't see to shave and apply makeup. We had a king jr suite, but the bed looked and felt more like a queen and the room was small and felt very crowded. They advertise a bar that serves food, but it doesn't. There are no restaurants close by. We were initially scheduled to stay 6 nights, but left after 1.

We didn’t like the design of the room. The air conditioner, which is necessary, blew freezing air directly over the bed. Sleeping was miserable. I won’t stay there ever again

It was comfortable and enjoy the breakfast We usually stay at a Springhill while traveling. This paticular one was not as updated as the ones we usually stay at. Bathrooms could use an update like the other one by Richardson :-)

Desk manager Wendy was the best part of our stay- when we had an issue she was so accommodating to make sure we were taken care of. Facility was not quite as nice as others I’ve stayed in, but still good quality location!

A nice area, with lots of dining options, near by. Also the front desk staff was very friendly, and informative. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Negatives: Our room (205) had NO hot water. And this was a little frustrating considering we were there for a softball tournament, and hot showers would've been nice. But we sucked it up, because we didn't want to pack everything up and switch, especially with being so busy. Also I reserved what I thought was a one bedroom hotel, and while the space was very nice, it was not a "bedroom". It was an open floor plan with a divider near the pull out couch, which also made the TV sit super awkward. And I feel like they should advertise that, instead of a one bedroom. But all in all, it was a nice stay and a beautiful hotel.

Nice employees. Clean. Nice sized rooms. Breakfast is what you would expect other than this the same thing every day. At least they could change the hot items a bit. Good location. You do have to ask if you want your rooms cleaned every day which is why I can’t give it an excellent rating.

Service was great! Breakfast was small and basic it lacked options. Overall it was ok. Upon checking in I found a small dead cockroach in my room. My daughter has a live cricket in her room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. All staff members were very friendly, helpful and accommodating in ensuring my family and I had a comfortable stay. Toni was exceptional offering to help promptly without hesitation, especially when I had to bother her to get hot water to make formula for my baby every night, and even offered bottles of milk for my toddler. Housekeeping was every other day but inbetween they did offer a quick refresh to the room which was great. Hotel is in business area so nice and quiet. Only complaint was the quality of the tissue paper and toilet paper was more on the low end and rough on skin. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room itself was adequate to the task. If I did t need to be at a nearby meeting the next day though, I would find something in a better, less isolated location.

The room was very clean and I love having the shower and a sink separate from the rest of the bathroom. The continental breakfast was pretty good; the customer service was excellent. Dallas was only 30 minutes away, but there was plenty of dining and other shopping options right in the area. Will definitely go back when I'm in Dallas area.

The room we stayed in was HUGE- it had a couch with a coffee table, a large desk with a desk lamp, two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with toilet and sink, and a separate sink and shower room. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options, though the food there wasn't amazing. It was certainly worth the price we paid for it! Definitely will stay again in the future.

Stayed here a few times now since Covid. Location works great for us and is much better than some of the other choices in the area.

Personally, I think this hotel is over-rated. In many ways it is good like any other hotel in this class. HOWEVER, there was a bad problem with the flow and temperature of the shower water. Toilet area door would not stay shut unless locked. One of the locks on the room door did not work. Breakfast was typical, but nothing special. Staff working here were very welcoming. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were friendly and excellent. Room was quiet and spacious. My only complaint is that the beds are softer than I like - and I tend to like softer beds.

Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was mediocre with very little fruit or options for those with carb and gluten restrictions. The person who checked us in talked with food in her mouth and rushed thru the checkin process. I believe we interrupted her meal. We had to ask her to repeat herself several times because she did not speak clearly. The room across the hall from us had a waste can of garbage out in the hall that smelled of old food. We had to ask for it to be picked up. We thought that the separate toilet area from shower was a little odd but it actually works okay.

I was pleasantly surprised, I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good. The cucumber water at the desk was cold and delicious.

Overall the stay was great. I don't have any complaints.
