Drugs and meth/crack pipe were found in the room. It was reported to the manger on duty and 2 and half hours later no on showed to remove it. We had to grab it with tissue paper and take it down stairs to the front desk were the manager behind the desk was very rude and would not offer his name. He instantly stated he will not give an discount (without me asking for one) and stated he will switch the rooms and that is it. I asked for someone over him, he stated there s no one. I asked for corporates number and he refused to give it. He was very rude and stated he doesn't know why I need the number to corporate and then stated for me to call Choice. I asked for that number and he told me to google it. I advised I will find the corporate number or reach out to choice hotels and report this issue. He then called for house keeping and began to scold the poor lady who had no idea what was happening. I understand it is not a best quality hotel but the service and front desk attendee is beyond unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude, even at check in he was annoyed and tossed my ID and debit card to me instead of I'm my hand the way I gave it to him. He was very short tempered and agitated.

It was disgusting. I would not recommend anyone staying here. The supplies were not available. The shower curtain fell down from a bootleg setup! The bathroom door did not have a lock it was not safe and gross! Communication was very difficult

Room was clean air-conditioning was great. Actually, the only complaint our concern was the shower faucet did not work correctly. Could not get water. temperature.- had to take a cold shower or I could taken a hot scolding shower. There in the face there was no elevator and climbing stairs is very difficult for me.

Pictures do not reflect the quality of the hotel. We were in one room and had to request a room change due to the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor and the pocket door to the shower getting stuck and exposed wires where a lighting fixture was missing. The second room had what appeared to be mildew on the grouting around the shower. We were on the lower level and when anybody walked in the room above us, the floor floor‘s creed. Beds were uncomfortable and the room were extremely small.

Rude staff. Kept giving me the runaround. Then made me send him my id which I think was sketchy but my room was no refundable so I felt obligated or lose my money. Wouldn’t take the temporary id that the state gave me until my renewal arrived. Put me at the very end which I felt was on purpose after he gave me such a hard time.

The room had broken flooring. The showerhead sprayed water all throughout the bathroom floor. No breakfast was provided. They also kept my deposit and I had to contact my bank to receive it back.

If you don’t want to read the entire review, when it comes to this place, 2 Words. JUST DON’T! It was run down although signs said newly renovated. The one staff member was very monotone. Not personable. Our previous reservation got canceled due to overbooking. So I wanted to make sure we had a room for the night not too far from the function we were at. I called and confirmed that we were at a function and would not be checking it until later. It was an inconvenience to the person. Made me feel like as a grown woman, I was asking my parents to stay out just a little bit longer. I should have read the reviews but needed a place to stay. I was thankful we had a roof over our heads for the night. But the room was dirty. Cracks in the shower, stains on the walls, sheet and headboard. Luckily we had a can of Lysol with us. No elevator! Smelled like weed in the hallway. Didn’t even look at the breakfast.

The guy at the front desk was not paying attention. Really bad grooming. Didn’t make eye contact. Smelled bad. The hotel was not as it is posted. Very out dated. Mold on rest room walls. Seemed like it was made, not cleaned. The sheet smelled. The A/C had mol on it. The restroom looked like it was from the 70’s. The wooden console had missing handles and the drawers did not shut. The fridge had mold in it. The noise from the outside was tolerable, yet continuous. Smelled of smoke, it was tolerable at best. Never would stay here again. A rehab hotel gone wrong.

My son was visiting Texas from Florida and the snow storm was approaching.I went online and rented him 4 nights.I called the desk on the night of his check in,spoke with RAM at the front desk.The deposit was paid and no issues.The night before his checkout I checked the weather and it was 19 degrees ,so I booked another night.Again I called in to verify all was well and it was.My son got a knock on his door and he was asked to pack his stuff and leave and the police was called with no explanation.I called the desk the man said since I did not book the 2nd night extension on Expedia then it’s fraud and he did not want to hear Anything I had to say. The stay was cancelled by the front desk.My son left in 19 degree weather with snow roads and went to check in somewhere else.Rude and unethical people run this place. The BBB need to check them out.

The bathrooms were very dated and in need of extensive repairs with rusted out faucets on both the bathtub and sink. The shower stall was overall filthy. The towels were yellowed and dingy. They also changed a security deposit upon checking in that I hope they return.

If you just need a bed to sleep in this is perfect but if you enjoy the amenities of a BASIC hotel, there’s a quality inn down 1.3 miles down the road in Plano that’s a lot nicer and might be worth it.

I was asked for a deposit at check in and instead of running my card again i left 40.00 cash. I didnt think about it at check out and neither did the clerk. I called the hotel and asked about them mailing a check and they said they couldn't. Seems like they made an extra $40 bucks on me. Room was adequate.

Quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I slept fully clothed. Mold all over the shower. General disrepair. The good: A/C worked fine, the breakfast was decent, the staff was friendly enough, and the gym bike was fine. Would absolutely never return.

I wasn't comfortable here the room wasn't all that. It has mold in the sink,the tub needs to be replaced because of the stains that want come out. My concern is the roaches in the room and the leaking shower head that is now gnat breeding ground in the shower. I killed well over a hundred gnats on the trip. They just kept showing up. There was little humor in watching my toddler fight them off though LOL

The only good part of this hotel was the closeness to the DART city transportation station, that was less than a quarter mile walk from the hotel. The room was not cleaned prior to us checking in as there were multi bugs (roaches etc.) on the floor and bathroom. In the shower there was visible dirt, other peoples hair and pubic hair on the walls and floor of the shower. The towels provided were also stained and the sheets also had other peoples hair and stains on them. We cut our losses in regard to the remaining 4 nights (a loss of $200+) because of the conduction of this hotel and how dirty it was. I would never recommend this hotels to anyone given how dirty the room was and in general the condition of the hotel as a whole. If you are looking for a cheap/not so clean location to stay way outside of downtown Dallas then this might be ok but if you value cleanliness then do not stay here.

The room was decent. The negatives...the security latch on the door was not secure. So only the deadbolt kept the door locked. The toilet sest only had 1 bolt keeping it attached. There were a few roaches that ran through and stomped on 1. The fridge worked but wasnt balanced and made odd sounds when cooling.

This is an old hotel that they slapped paint and new floors on but didnt bother to wipe down the walls or tables and swear there was poop on the bathroom door. First room the shower did not work, was moved the next day to a larger room. Larger room did not have a smoke detector (wiring harness was hanging from the ceiling) and the heat controls would not go above 68 which was fairly cold. When I asked for another blanket, I was given two extra think sheets. Worst stay I have had at a hotel/motel in decades.

During my stay, toilet was not flushing, bathroom ceiling was leaking probably from bathroom water uptairs. I killed 3 bugs. The room is toom smal and no recliner.

Again over all for the price it wasnt terrible and if you can deal with the sound of the tram and dont care about breakfast go for it.

Floor wasn’t swept. Lots of hair from previous guest on the floor. Bed sheets appeared to be clean but had holes in them from cigarettes burns. Bed spread had lots of stains. Shower curtain rod was extremely rusty. Electrical socket behind desk was pulled out. Microwave and coffee maker were both unplugged. Walls are super thin. Breakfast was ok but the coffee is from an instant machine and didn’t taste good. And then there was the very loud road noise from highway 75…all night. No thank you.

Cleaning lady is very good but couldn’t get it through to her not to clean the room every day. Had to ask that because was allergic to the chemicals they use to clean and spent a couple hours every day to air it out. I no understand that it’s not a 4 star hotel but being attentive your guests and not lying to them should be included.

The bed/ linen looked like they just remade the bed after the previous guest left. Hair on the pillow. Stains on the sheets and comforter and this was in 2 seperate rooms as i asked to move after checking in to the first room. The.second room was exactly the.same less.the hair. Needless to say I did not stay. Prepaid so was out of the money. Found better accommodations at downtown Hilton.

Everything was broken. Place was really bad. AC didn’t work in one room and heater didn’t work in the other. We switched rooms a few times and they all had something wrong. Suite is not really a suite, do don’t waste your money. Stayed for a week because there wasn’t a refund but I’ll definitely not be going back

The bathroom of the room I checked into hadn't been cleaned. The lighting was terrible. There were only three small LED ceiling lights for the main room and one small LED in the bathroom; no table lamps. No refrigerator in the room even though the TV credenza was designed for one. There was no hot water for the shower. I would've been taking a shower in the dark due to the bad lighting. The tub / shower fixture is outdated and yellowed with age. The breakfast area is tiny. Only one person can get food at a time. The egg and sausage patties were cold and the syrup dispenser was empty for the waffles. After staying one night of the scheduled three, I asked to check out and get a refund for the nights NOT used, but was denied, with the reason being it was booked through a third party that's not refundable. The pictures and advertising do not accurately reflect the condition of the room. Cheap hotel but not worth the price if bare minimum "hot breakfast/ clean rooms" isn't met.

Got the key card to my room, as soon as I open the door, five roaches started scrambling throughout the room. Tub and toilet was dirty. Used condom in the sink.

Reserved and paid for a room with two bed instead was told the only thing they had was a single king bed. Even after showing my reservation I was told there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t refund my money due that it was booked on hotels.com a third party.

The hallways dirty every day with needing vacuuming There was a nasty smell all over but moreover in the room They ran out of breakfast items During restocking of breakfast food they placed the bags of food once removed from box on floor twice before storing away somewhere We asked every day for the room to be swept and mopped and nothing was completed

They are apparently renovating rooms but our shower was in a poor state of repair. It s fair room for a fair price so no real complaints. Room was clean and WiFi good. Breakfast simple but tasty. Cereal, yoghurt, eggs & sausage and waffles. Washing machine was broken and had a sign stating that it had been out of action for 2week. Not repaired while we were there. Staff were nice and helpful.

We haven’t booked a hotel because we thought we could just drive straight through but we were too tired and just booked one quickly would probably not stay again you get what you pay for seemed kind of old and not taken care of well and not cleaned well

Well the t.v. Didn’t stay on the floors had soft spots, the hallways wreaked of marijuana. The water in the shower dripped on the floor when in use because the shower didn’t have proper door seals etc. The environment is not where you could relax and not worry about anything. You have to be constantly on the lookout of your environment as well as your vehicle outside.

The staff fixed all the issues quickly, efffiently, professionally and courteously.
