Amazing property

Our room had two separate bedrooms and washer and dryer in the unit. Unit was equipped with shampoo and conditioner, dish detergent and even laundry detergent for the guests. Property was clean and beds were decently comfortable. We initially had an issue with the cable service (DirectTV) but other than that was a pleasant stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place, friendly staff, very clean. Parking was close. Very nice having a washer and dryer in each room.

Also, this is not necessarily a hotel, it seems to be more of an apartment building with someone that sits in the lobby 24/7 to help guests as needed. With all that said, it fit my families weekend needs and we would stay again.

The property is located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The in-unit full Kitchenette and laundry are very convenient features, and the parking is safe and free, which makes living here even more comfortable.

The Internet was spotty on my business trip and the receptionist stated she could not switch rooms without management approval. Also my son had to fix the television in the bedroom for the tenth time. After this experience with rudeness I will not be staying again

Rooms were super clean, having a washer in your room is a GAME CHANGER. I will 100 percent stay here again when I'm in the area. It's fantastic

The place was fantastic! The washer and dryer in the room was an awesome surprise. The room, facility and parking area were all clean. Check in was fast and Flavio told us all about the room and even checked it before we went in. The price per night was under $100 which was unfathomable. I can’t believe that I have missed this gem. I will definitely be back if they are ever available.

This place was amazing for the price! It had a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, ful size refrigerator and microwave. Separate bedroom and bathroom with washer and dryer. I woukd recommend this place to anyone who wants to have everything at a great price.

2nd time staying here. Got a different room thanks to the nice staff member who was able to change it. The dryer did not squeak. Would stay again next time in Texas.

This is our 2nd stay here. Our first stay was for Thanksgiving & we decided right then this would be our new “home away from home” when we’re visiting our oldest son. We love that it’s more like a small apartment than a motel/hotel. A separate livingroom/kitchen area with private bedroom, bathroom & your own washer & dryer. Plenty of storage space to hang cloths and store personal items without feeling crowded. Kitchen has matching plates, bowls, silverware, glasses etc that were all in excellent condition and there’s basic pots/pans & utensils for cooking and preparing food. A full sized oven w/stove top and a full sized fridge w/ice maker, even a garbage disposal. Both visits the units was clean & stocked to make sure you had enough dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, toilet paper, toiletries etc to last several days. While your unit has coffee pot and the makings, there’s an awesome coffee machine in lobby that will make a regular coffee, espressos, lattes, cappuccino and more in a matter of minutes all with a touch of a button! The staff was friendly & helpful and the price was less than a lot of the other chain motel/hotels in the area. The only thing I can think of that may make your stay better is if breakfast was part of the package. Even if only things like oatmeal, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit etc. YOU WON’T REGRET YOUR STAY HERE

Kitchen was fully equipped to cook an entire course for all three meals for two or three. Parking for us was convenient and safe area was lighten. Now there are some dark areas. We noticed when we departed today from a different exit we saw a vehicle that looked to be burglarized. Management may want to walk the grounds.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. She's a little me in front of staff and other clients checking in. When I called down to the front desk for assistance the person answering the phone did not speak English as their first language. I did not know this and was accused of being hostile towards this person because this was knowledge I should have had. Asking for room that was accommodating for my needs was disregarded because when I was trying to communicate with hotel staff they were not able to understand. Instead the manager decided to be rude to me and threaten to not allow me to stay. When I was given a room it was a pet room that was filthy. It smelled like wet dog. There was pet hair everywhere. And animal dander all over the furniture. Since I'm allergic as you might assume it was a very bad stay for me. Since the manager was already rude I didn't feel like I was able to ask for a room that was different. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. In addition, the day I went to check out I fell in the bathtub which seem to be extra slick. There did not seem to be much concern on the hotel's part. I typically say in Dallas every month but I can't imagine paying this company to treat me so disrespectful again. All in all 0/10.

Only negative thing was that the walls were pretty thin so if you got noisy neighbors it's kinda hard to sleep. Other than that the place was great, clean, staff was really cool and the amenities were convenient.

Internet/cable continued to have issues, just like first two stays. Property didn't fix after notification on first visit over one week ago. Room was noisy all day & night from furniture dragged across floor upstairs,sounded like weights being dropped all day & night. Horrible experience this visit.

The location was excellent for my needs. Easily accessible to Dallas and north of Dallas. Close enough to 75 but far enough away so no noise. The staff was impeccable. The room was clean and provided all of my needs for a long term stay. The gym was well enough equipped for my needs and the no noise after 10pm was adhered to by all the guests. Extremely pleasurable stay that after a week, I coordinated with the location directly to extend my stay another week. I highly recommend this location!

Parks Residence is a great place to stay if you would like space and a full kitchen. It worked out really well when waiting to move into our new home. It was very safe and quiet. The staff was very attentive. Overall, I highly recommend.

Now attention to detail has exceeded my expectations. Whoever chose to have the staff procedures in place that they have knows what they’re doing!! They have in room washers and dryers too.

Quiet, neat and convivial atmosphere. The network connection was a bit slow and I couldn’t use the wifi in my room.

Staff was top knotch! So friendly and helpful. I told them about a yellow jacket nest under a canopy at the pool, and the woman immediately went and took care of it! Only negative was my washer and dryer combo did not work. Tried drying the clothes 3 different times for a total of 2 1/2 hours and still were not at all dry. One of the wonderful employees did come try to fix the washer when it first had an error code on it. But after it was done washing, all the staff were off duty for the night, so I just hung everything to dry. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. That was just an inconvenience as I was having to wash my child’s athletic camp clothes daily for the week.

What a gem of a stay! Very quiet, safe place, close to restaurants, Whole Foods, Tesla supercharger, and more. I stayed there for a total of 3 weeks over the past 3 months. It was just right, but the bed was too small and uncomfortable. And I had to wake up at 5:30 every morning because of the alarm in the next room. The water pressure was too weak, and the gym was poorly managed.

Fantastic value for a such a nice place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious. The staff was very friendly. Lots of parking. Very quiet and laid back. Coffee machine in the lobby was an extra treat!

It was great! Except for the hot water. There seemed to be some kind of hot water problem because it only lasted like 2 minutes then cold.

We chose this hotel because it had a two-bedroom option which worked great for our family of 4. They offer coffee and water in the lobby, but no breakfast because the rooms have full kitchens. It was comfortable. The bathrooms are a little small but the rooms were spacious. Beds were great.

The place was very spacious for us which made it so comfortable for a family of 5 plus a furbaby. Very pet-friendly! I have no negative thing to say about this place. I highly recommend it, especially if you have a pet. I would book it again next time we visit Dallas.

Great little place, hidden gem I might say. I would have given it 5 stars across the board but the living room furnitures is very unfortable. And there is no frying pan in the kitchen, otherwise it's well stocked with silverware and dishes. The coffee maching down stairs is off the charts awesome. It makes Lattes, Cappichinos and more. It's wondersful. The front staff is always friendly and very accodating. Ask for an extra blanket if you're the cold type.

The hotel is unique in a fantastic way! The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and has everything you need.

The staff were ALL very friendly and nice. There was ample parking in their parking lot. Really, everything just exceeded my expectations. I will mention that we did hear some occasional noise (footsteps) from the unit above ours. That did not bother me. However, I have traveled with individuals who would've really been bothered by that--so I wanted to mention it. If you are that person who may be bothered by occasional footsteps (no other noise, just footsteps) then ask for a 4th floor unit and that way you'll be on the top. I highly recommend and this will forever be my go-to location whenever I'm in Dallas.

It’s was clean the people was nice.

The room was very nice upon entry. We stayed here for multiple nights. Everything was good until bedtime. The floors are extremely thing and the kids upstairs would not stop running and scraping furniture on the floor. The kids did this our entire stay. Management tried to look into the matter, but the kid's parents weren't home. The General Manager, in the most condescending way, called me a liar. I have video proof but not once did they want to put time aside to review the footage. I even told them at checkout that, if they go in the room, they can still hear the noise at 2pm... Worst customer service you can get. These people only had money being made on their mind without providing any professional customer service.

The property is fairly new and such a cool concept of modern apartment/hotel property. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We do wish there were even basic vending, snack/store options there. While there was coffee in the room, we needed more creamer than provided, etc. The staff were nice and the property is clean and well kept. Though pictures on the website don't show it, and we called to confirm, there is a small TV in the bedroom.

Could use more kitchen tools. Can’t connect Airplay to TV/ Bluetooth TV. Other than that, everything is awesome. Friendly staffs. Super clean place.

Room great, should’ve been cleaner. Hair found in drawers. Bathroom floor needed to be mopped. The Dial brand soap wouldn’t wash off my hands so I threw it away. Room had everything but a hair dryer. And was there 4 nights but they wouldn’t give me more coffee for maker in my room for my stay.

I would stay here again but only on the guarantee of getting a top floor room.

This property had the friendliest, most helpful staff and more importantly, the property was super clean!! I’d recommend this property to anyone staying in the DFW area.

There was a beer bottle top left in the living room on the floor, dishes were not clean in the dishwasher, spots on the wall in the bathroom as if something splashed on the wall, bathtub was not clean.
