Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. From the first day, the room only had towels for two guests even though there were three of us. I had to contact the front desk multiple times because housekeeping kept replacing the towels with only two sets after cleaning the room. The first staff member I spoke with was very kind and arranged for extra towels to be delivered. The second time, I was simply handed towels at the front desk and asked to take them to the room myself. On our last night, there was no hot water, so all three of us had to take cold showers. We were also missing a towel again. A few days after checkout, I noticed a charge on my card. When I called, I was told it was for parking. I was asked about my vehicle at check-in and given a parking tag, but I was never informed that parking would be charged separately. During my previous stay, I was not charged for parking, so this was unexpected. I still like the hotel and its location, but compared to my first stay, this visit was much less enjoyable.

This was my 3rd stay and the staff was their usual friendly and helpful selves. The location is great, especially with the Wildflower Festival so nearby.

Honestly, I’ve been trying to find something negative to say, but I can’t. The staff were incredible, always friendly, smiling, and one step ahead of everything. Small things made a big difference: helping us print documents in color by going out of their way, or bringing fresh towels to the pool area even when we were just sitting outside. Breakfast was great, and the staff there, especially one lovely lady, made every morning better with her positive energy. Also, the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. If I had to mention anything, our ground-floor room faced the street, so we kept the curtains closed,but that’s really not a complaint, just a minor detail. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. Also, people in Dallas are incredibly friendly, it made the whole trip even better. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast was limited in options but was willing to make accommodations with what they had. The pool was filthy but they did clean it day 3. The gym was pretty good. Overall decent stay outside of the constant heavy walking in the room above me…heavy boots.
