location is very good, both historical areas, shopping zone and sea line is close the hotel, food and sevice is very good, they prepared concept main courses and open buffet is very clean and delicious Room is enough space for a family, room is clean and bathroom is very clean Our balcony door closes, and balcon looks like safe but need painting of wood material,

I like location, food for breakfast and dinner, cleanliness. Everything was very good!

There is no soundproofing at all. We were on the first floor and could hear traffic, music every morning at 7.30, doors opening and closing in the corridor. Not to mention construction work on the hotel next door, which should last until 2027. Not the best choice if you 'd like to sleep in.

We like location, close to the beach! Food was very good! Rooms was clean, thank you to cleaning woman. Nothing to say.

The staff there was super friendly and welcoming, food quality was decent. The best thing is that they provide you with free sun beds on the beach. The room are a bit old.

I like that everyone there knows you if you go often and are very nice to us! Staff is always kind! What we did not like is that on our visit after that before beginning our trek home to New York we were told on arrival that they did not have a room for us because apparently someone had suffered a stroke and couldn’t be moved! Therefore, giving away our room! They walked us to Mitsis La Vita which was not where we wanted to be! It was our last night and our 43rd anniversary! No one seemed to care about that! Needless to say we were up early the next day to catch our flight! What was more disturbing to us was as we were waiting in your Mitsis Petit Palais after dinner another couple came in way after us and because they were staying longer they were given a room! So they lied about having no other rooms! Lying is not acceptable to us!!!

The only thing I did not like was the shower.

I liked the staff and the room. The food choices were good too. The pool area was small.

The politeness of the dining room staff. I arrived at the hotel around 10:30, even though check-in time was at 14:00. We decided to wait and went to the pool to relax in the meantime. Eventually, our room was ready at around 13:30. However, the moment we opened the door, we were hit by a horrific smell. The beds were dirty, the pillows were greasy, there was hair everywhere—and the bathroom was also dirty and smelled bad. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned. (And don’t forget, we had already waited nearly three hours to receive it.) To make things worse, the decorative pillow was just thrown into the closet. It left a very, very bad first impression. Honestly, I can’t help but feel that the hotel staff knew about the state of the room and still gave it to us hoping we wouldn’t complain. That kind of attitude is enough for me to decide never to return to this hotel. On another day, around 16:30, we went to the pool and asked one of the staff members for towels. He told us there were none available at the moment but that they would arrive in 5–10 minutes. We waited, and when he returned, I asked if he had an estimate of when the towels would arrive. His response? “Ahh, well, I don’t know… maybe 10 minutes.” I asked, “So I should just wait here for another 10 minutes?” He just shrugged. I went to the reception desk, and to my surprise, they gave me towels immediately. Why wasn’t I just told that from the start? It was incredibly frustrating. The hotel’s location is good, and the food was decent—but as a vegetarian, I found very few hot meal options. All in all: no, I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Every detail about this hotel was perfect but hotel stuff and their hospitality was another level. Thank you for your efforts Zara at managment, Amelia at reception, Georgina, Nektarin and every part of the stuff. We had great time with you all. Totally recommend this hotel. Rien, nothing, nada, nichts, niet!

Above all, the awesome staff, which made the stay super comfy and friendly and attentive. We also like the food which was great, each and every meal of the day. The rooms and the facilities are very clean and well cared The only thing we liked less is the kinda old and unfurnished interior design of the rooms, the lobby and the corridors.

Everything was close to perfection, amazing staff, great pool facilities, spacious rooms. Old Town was just a short walk away and beach was almost on doorstep.
