It was a short stay but everything was great. Nothing.

Ease of getting to business convention Our room door would get stuck and not close on it’s own. Had to pull it shut or it would stay open.

The property was nice, rooms were nice. Extra charges for everything! $15 for valet one time fee but you need to show your receipt every time you get your car. I got there at 2:40 and tried to check in a little early, I was told there was another fee to check in at 2:45! Not staying here again.

Didn't like the fire alarm at 3am, and having to walk down 6 floors to be outside.

We were fully satisfied with everything. Staff is amazing rooms were clean. They do have to work on the air conditioning but other then that I give it 10 stars

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Silver Legacy - only very small negative was the very tiny pool area.

I liked the Silver Legacy and have stayed there several times while in Reno. The one drawback is the smoke smell. Although I was in a nonsmoking room, my room and subsequently All of my clothes smelled like an ashtray. I notified staff about the strong smoke odor in my room, but it was not addressed.
