Parking was not clear, valet service up front has limited space to pull up. Front entrance is difficult to find. Breakfast disappointing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel right in downtown Raleigh! Parking is a bit of an issue but if you’re persistent you can find street parking.

The gentleman at valet was fantastic! He was friendly and helpful. And just had good energy. Same with the staff at the front desk. They were so kind and sweet and welcoming. Amenities were nice and room was clean. Location was very convenient to activities that attended and were interested in. Neighborhood felt very safe.

Loading and unloading can get crazy. Restaurant menus could use a few simple options since the menu change. Would book here again multiple times over.

Very nice area in Downtown Raleigh. The hotel is very up-to-date and has nice amenities. The downside is that the parking can be pricey and you can hear the rowdy crowds outside at night during the weekend.

Clean and nice place ! Good location

The room was clean, however, I noticed some cereal crumbs on the floor, which diminished our overall impression of the room’s cleanliness. More significantly, we found the breakfast offerings to be unsatisfactory, especially given the price we paid for the night. The quality and variety did not meet the expectations typically associated with a hotel of this caliber.

Accommodations were excelllent. Pool area was nice but water was wicked cold. My only real concern is that the gentleman who checked me in was very polite and professional but failed to pass on information about parking, like where and that I was going to have to pay for parking. Please have associates disclose these facts at check in.

Upon arrival the receptionist was nowhere to be found. I stood and waited for about 10 mins and then she walks out and just stands there behind the desk. No greeting no apology for the wait. I didn’t catch her name bc she didn’t say anything I had to ask if she was thee to check me in and what items did she need. I prepaid but still had to pay for the incidentals which was understand. She then proceed to ask me if I’m having a good day in a sarcastic fashion. She didn’t ask if we were parking, I didn’t sign any document or anything. She had a very nasty attitude and needs to find a new career because customer service isn’t for her. I don’t know what her name is but she was a big African American woman. The Valet gentleman was nice and we had a great time at high rail. This was a second visit to this hotel but she has definitely ruined the experience for us.

We had an amazing time staying at the Hyatt House for our stay in Raleigh. The staff was great, the breakfast buffet options were fabulous, and the room was nice and cold for a very warm summer day.

Nuestra estadía fue muy satisfactoria, el lugar es céntrico y muy acogedor.
-
It was clean There is ZERO parking and zero space to unload. They should let you know at booking that it’s a $25-$35 per night charge and you have to find your own parking on the street or parking garages and walk a block back to the hotel
-
Despite cleaning card left in room and their policy requiring accessing rooms daily for upkeep. Didn't call for trash removal due to this. City view was not really as expected if you call starring at the rooftops of restaurants. City view from bar was excellent however!
