Stayed here for a concert and the venue was right down the street. Could not be more convenient. Sucks you have to pay for parking though.

Very disappointed with my stay. The first room had blood on a towel, hair on the bed, trash, and even used underwear behind the trash can. I was moved to a second room, but it was also poorly cleaned. The cleanliness standards at this hotel are unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.

Clean rooms, clean common areas, helpful and kind staff. Would stay here again.

Loved the Bistro in the lobby. Elevator was out of order (just for a day) but it’s only a two-story facility. Also loved that I was able to check in well ahead of 3:00!! Quite the plus for this old lady!

1. My husband loves to spend time in the courtyard. 2. It is close to our various destinations while we are in Raleigh. I don’t think I would stay here again, because: 1. The sound-proofing desperately needs some upgrading. I kept being awakened by unfamiliar sounds that I thought were in my room, but were actually coming from outside the room. I could hear voices in the adjoining room; I could hear a rhythmic hitting against wall supporting our bed headboards, and the time of night made me wonder what activity was causing that noise. 2. There is no “Do Not Disturb” card in the rooms. In the morning of the day we checked-out, the housekeeper knocked on my door, woke me up (my husband, the early riser, was in the gym) to ask me what time we intended to check-out. Why would anyone do that when check-out time is noon? You wake me up to ask what time I will check out? It’s noon! That is so rude! Just give me a “Do Not Disturb” sign and I will use it. This property is like “lipstick on a pig”. It’s a cheap property made to look pretty on the suface. There are other hotels nearbt that I will use in the future.

Room was nice, staff was friendly. Outside and inside look a little run down. The elevator was broken and some steps on the stairs were were being held together by type.

Everything was great except my room was on the road side and all you hear all night is crotch rockets and cars racing’s constantly

The location was nice and the staff was very pleasant. The price was extremely high for the size of the room. It was a very small room, the bed in the couch. You almost couldn't walk between the space and they didn't serve breakfast. We're not staying again for that price The room for very small there were very few amenities , and there wasn't even breakfast in the morning , room was way overpriced

Great!

Water pressure great. Close to the venue (walking distance.). Food availability after the show. Keep in mind it was after 2230 in NC on a Monday, I understand most stuff is closed. Prepare accordingly.

This place did not look anything like the pictures online. I did not stay here after circling the outside by car and visiting the lobby. Hated that my reservation was non refundable. Will not prepay on future reservations without knowing more about the area.
