    The room was absolutely disgusting. I was harassed by people staying at the hotel. They also didn't have the room I booked available. My kids slept on the pull out couch bed that was yellow. There was a man screaming all night. Awful

    The rooms are in terrible condition. The pullout sofa mattress had mold and body fluid stains all over. The room was a non-smoking room however it was clearly smoked in as there was cigarette burns all over the furniture, counters and ledges. Stay away……. This place is awful. We will NEVER stay at with this brand ever again.

When we arrived we noted that it was not in the best of neighborhoods aeb people living in their car on side street next to hotel driveway. The parking lot had trash and beer cans/ bottle. The lobby was sparse but clean. The lady who checked us in gave us an 'upgrade' at no charge due to the reserved room not being available. The room was what I would explain as 'well used' aeb large stains on the floor, stains on the ceiling, toilet was clogged at arrival, kitchen area had nothing available to use not even a plastic fork, and we had to take down out old towels the next morning to get new towels. The texture of the towels was if I bought them from dollar tree washed them without fabric softner and hung them on a clothesline to dry. The staff at the hotel were Great and I believe they are working with what materials they have but quality is important as well.

I was originally looking for Airbnb’s but they were coming out to twice the cost of this for all the same stuff. We talked about making Raleigh a yearly trip and will more than likely book this again! N/A

    The room was clean, but when we walked into the room, it smelled like mold. There is a kitchen in the room, but there's no utensils to use to eat with, and no cleaning supplies if we needed to wash dishes either. The towels were clean, but you would have to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's no coffee machine in the room. The stove and microwave were also extremely corroded.

    Difficulty entering the room upon arrival and after each time leaving the room due to someone damaging the mechanics of the key card reader. Despite the aforementioned problems, and several others, I was able to enjoy the time spent with my adult Son. He was living and working out of state and we were unable to visit each other for four years. I am disabled. I paid for a suite. What we wound up with was so disappointing. We were, however, able to make the best of our situation.

    The location was great. Plenty of stores that were essential for my visit. For the price I paid, this place was not very accommodating at all. I had to go to the front desk to get the needed cookware, flatware, etc. nothing was available in the room. I had two adults and one chair was in the room. Again I had to go to the service desk. The room was not clean well. I found food left on the night stand, chips on the floor indicating that it was not vacuumed. I only got one glass and one cup, a butter knife, 1 large plastic spoon, two frying pans, not a coffee maker at all.... So much I could say.

    I didnt eat the breakfast. Nothing is explained good on the internet. Its really ghetto they dont change out the towels an things daily. U have to bring down dirty towels so.tgey can wash them an return them to u.the key to the hotel barely work u will be standing outside for 30 minutes trying to get in. An the front desk people suck!!!!!!!!!!!! Really rude an overlay suck. Everything could have been better. My stay sucks an woild actually like a partial refund

    Staff was very courteous and helpful. Everything seemed clean and neat. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Breakfast items were good. A $100 safety/security deposit was required but it was explained well. I would stay here again when I return to Raleigh.

    I picked this hotel because it was cheap and I was only in town for two days, and boy did the quality of the cheapness show. Made me put down a $100 'damage deposit' that I may or may not see refunded within 3-5 days. Didn't accept cash, you could only use cards attached to a bank. Paint chunks missing in walls, damaged and worn kitchenette, damage in bathroom before I even checked in. AC unit didn't work correctly. Front staff is rude and wouldn't give me an extra pillow when I asked for my fiance. The icing on the cake is that staff managed to lock themselves out when I went to go check out. So I ended up handing the staff my cards outside of the hotel and left. Lesson learned: you get what you pay. Next time I'll splurge for something a little more.

We used the pullout bed, and when we opened it, it was full of crumbs and candy wrappers. To their credit, someone came immediately and cleaned it, but it was gross and offputting. I would not return nor recommend this.

I've been to many hotels over the years. This one is not bad over all and the staff is amazing. A great staff can make up for most shortfalls. The area many great places to dine close by. Costco, Trader Joe's and Wegman's are within a few blocks.

    When I say I will never stay at this hotel again, I mean it. If I hadn't arrived at 1 am, I would have gladly taken a financial loss and gone somewhere else. I can’t believe I drove over 10hours to stay in this! I appreciate the helpfulness of the receptionists, but it left a bad taste in my mouth when they informed me of a $200 incidental fee. That is simply ridiculous. I've stayed at the Ritz Hotel and never had to pay such a high incidental fee. But it gets worse. I walked into room 316 and felt like I had entered a dungeon. It was dark and dank. The kitchen floor was sticky with something red, the bathroom had mildew, and the furniture and cabinets were in a state of disrepair. The bed had hair on it, and the sheets had black stains. My kids were even scared to lay down. The picture they took to place on line must have been taken when the hotel first opened or taken form another website. I wish I could get all my money back, but I know that’s unlikely. However, you can rest assured that I will never stay at this Extended Stay Hotel again!

When I checked out, the rude host told me that they had to check my room for damages before I was credited back my $200. As old as that hotel is, there is very little damage that anyone could do. The bed was comfortable and it smelled nice inside the room. There was smoking in the building even though its a non smoking building. They need to close this one and remodel as there is another one literally, right behind this one.

When my daughter and I walked into the room the window was cracked open and we tried to close it but the top would slide close and the bottom would not and vise versa. So we left it alone. The toilet leaked around the base everytime you flush it. And they really need to do something about their parking lots, add more on or something. We were out late and came back and literally there were no parking spaces. I rode around the building 3 times before I finally decided to squeeze my SUV in between a work truck and another vehicle. They have cars taking up spots their with no tags, it's ridiculous. And people hanging outside just staring at you. I didn't feel comfortable where I had to park on the other side of the building.

    The hotel wasn't five start but the staff was helpful and friendly and the price was affordable! Our room had clean sheets and towels but required a surface clean which we had to do ourselves. Some of the guests didn't seem to follow Covid mask rules but we are from out of state and possible NC isn't as strict as where we live.

    In the lobby there was a gentleman there with all his bags as if he lived in the lobby. We left after check-in without seeing our room only to leave for about 6 hours and upon our return the gentleman was still there with his belongings in the lobby. When we got to the room it was unclean with no bedding for the sofa and what appeared to be bug pods on the floor in the kitchen, dining and bathroom areas. Also the televisions did not work and clerk would not discount my room. There was a prominent odor of smoke in the hallways even though the building in no smoking. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

    None of the tvs were working and the continental breakfast was terrible. The room looks so nice for such a poorly managed place. If you dont have things that dont work, give a discount. The ice trays were nasty so maybe get an ice machine.
