The room was absolutely disgusting. I was harassed by people staying at the hotel. They also didn't have the room I booked available. My kids slept on the pull out couch bed that was yellow. There was a man screaming all night. Awful

There was not a good selections for the grab and go breakfast. The room was ok. For something booked at the last minute. The appliance they had should be replaced I would not recommend using them.

They had no breakfast, the room was dirty and paint was peeling off, the restroom needed maintenance and the room was infested with cockroaches. We had a kitchen there was no way we could cook there.

The rooms are in terrible condition. The pullout sofa mattress had mold and body fluid stains all over. The room was a non-smoking room however it was clearly smoked in as there was cigarette burns all over the furniture, counters and ledges. Stay away……. This place is awful. We will NEVER stay at with this brand ever again.

The parking lot had trash and beer cans/ bottle. The lobby was sparse but clean. The lady who checked us in gave us an 'upgrade' at no charge due to the reserved room not being available. The room was what I would explain as 'well used' aeb large stains on the floor, stains on the ceiling, toilet was clogged at arrival, kitchen area had nothing available to use not even a plastic fork, and we had to take down out old towels the next morning to get new towels. The texture of the towels was if I bought them from dollar tree washed them without fabric softner and hung them on a clothesline to dry. The staff at the hotel were Great and I believe they are working with what materials they have but quality is important as well.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days, we had a full kitchen, huge room and nice bathroom. This place gives you so much bang for your buck. I was originally looking for Airbnb’s but they were coming out to twice the cost of this for all the same stuff. We talked about making Raleigh a yearly trip and will more than likely book this again! N/A

After checking into the hoteI, entered the room and the toilet was constantly flushing. In the bathroom there was a layer of hair in the sink. In the bed, under the blanket, were several hairs. Asked to move, informed no other rooms and wouldn't clean.

The room was clean, but when we walked into the room, it smelled like mold. There is a kitchen in the room, but there's no utensils to use to eat with, and no cleaning supplies if we needed to wash dishes either. The towels were clean, but you would have to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's no coffee machine in the room. The stove and microwave were also extremely corroded.

Difficulty entering the room upon arrival and after each time leaving the room due to someone damaging the mechanics of the key card reader. Despite the aforementioned problems, and several others, I was able to enjoy the time spent with my adult Son. He was living and working out of state and we were unable to visit each other for four years. I am disabled. I paid for a suite. What we wound up with was so disappointing. We were, however, able to make the best of our situation.

The location was great. Plenty of stores that were essential for my visit. For the price I paid, this place was not very accommodating at all. I had to go to the front desk to get the needed cookware, flatware, etc. nothing was available in the room. I had two adults and one chair was in the room. Again I had to go to the service desk. The room was not clean well. I found food left on the night stand, chips on the floor indicating that it was not vacuumed. I only got one glass and one cup, a butter knife, 1 large plastic spoon, two frying pans, not a coffee maker at all.... So much I could say.

U have to bring down dirty towels so.tgey can wash them an return them to u.the key to the hotel barely work u will be standing outside for 30 minutes trying to get in. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Everything seemed clean and neat. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Breakfast items were good. A $100 safety/security deposit was required but it was explained well. I would stay here again when I return to Raleigh.

Clean room the air conditioner was a little annoying because it didn’t turn off but other than that I enjoyed my day. The refrigerator was extra difficult cause I didn’t know how to work it. They should really have a basic refrigerator.

Made me put down a $100 'damage deposit' that I may or may not see refunded within 3-5 days. Didn't accept cash, you could only use cards attached to a bank. Paint chunks missing in walls, damaged and worn kitchenette, damage in bathroom before I even checked in. AC unit didn't work correctly. Front staff is rude and wouldn't give me an extra pillow when I asked for my fiance. The icing on the cake is that staff managed to lock themselves out when I went to go check out. So I ended up handing the staff my cards outside of the hotel and left. Lesson learned: you get what you pay. Next time I'll splurge for something a little more.

But the breakfast was porridge, requiring hot water, and completely not feasible when we were driving. There was no dining area. It was dark and dank. The kitchen floor was sticky with something red, the bathroom had mildew, and the furniture and cabinets were in a state of disrepair. The bed had hair on it, and the sheets had black stains. My kids were even scared to lay down. The picture they took to place on line must have been taken when the hotel first opened or taken form another website. I wish I could get all my money back, but I know that’s unlikely. However, you can rest assured that I will never stay at this Extended Stay Hotel again!

Cheney was very friendly and professional. The hotel wasn’t perfect but the bathroom actually smelled clean.

Oh, they also charge you a $100 deposit at check in, which when I booked through hotels.com was not mentioned anywhere.

Dog pee was in the hallway, and the family over my room stomped so hard I thought they were going to fall through the ceiling The sinks are stained, the rooms smell, the shelves inside the refrigerator were torn and no sides on the doors. The carpeted floor had some glazy white stains on them and bugs were in the room. Then this facility charged my credit card without my authorization. The management is very shady. There are better places to stay in NC. Stay away from here

It smelled like cigarettes so bad and we couldn’t figure out how to crack the window. We were put in a handicap friendly room but when you stepped into the shower the floor felt like it was about to fall through (Room 112). Our staff was friendly and efficient for check-in and in passing

It was horrible, hotel was over booked and they didn’t have a room for me! Tried going to another location and they also didn’t have a room so I spent the next hour trying to find a last minute hotel to accommodate my family! Very unhappy never staying at an Extended Stay Suites every again!!!

The room was ok. The bed wss a little small, but manageable. When my daughter and I walked into the room the window was cracked open and we tried to close it but the top would slide close and the bottom would not and vise versa. So we left it alone. The toilet leaked around the base everytime you flush it. And they really need to do something about their parking lots, add more on or something. We were out late and came back and literally there were no parking spaces. I rode around the building 3 times before I finally decided to squeeze my SUV in between a work truck and another vehicle. They have cars taking up spots their with no tags, it's ridiculous. And people hanging outside just staring at you. I didn't feel comfortable where I had to park on the other side of the building.

The reservation was prepaid 10/26. Upon arrival 11/18, hotel told me that they had sold my room. Had no rooms available. Hotel clerk told it was Corporate's fault the hotel was overbooked. Made no effort to find me another room somewhere else.

This hotel is the closest thing to home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking dinner and the bathroom is big. Ms. Chenek helped us find the perfect room so that we could stay for an extended period. Because of her we have been able to stay for over a month! Thank you!

My stay was amazing...my only problem was checking in which wasnt the front desks fault. But when staying at an extended stay i think they should have cookware able. I was giving one pot no sause pan no fork just two steak knives two butter knives an two soup spoons chipped coffee cups smh...

The hotel wasn't five start but the staff was helpful and friendly and the price was affordable! Our room had clean sheets and towels but required a surface clean which we had to do ourselves. Some of the guests didn't seem to follow Covid mask rules but we are from out of state and possible NC isn't as strict as where we live.

I wouldn’t stay here the staff is so unorganized and unprofessional, half don’t even wear masks

The room was absolutely disgusting. Beer caps on the ground. Remote was so sticky and there was floss left on the counter

The first room had a broken refrigerator and smelled like smoke, they moved me and after that it was fine. The internet was a bit unreliable at times, but nit so much so I couldn't work. Nothing really wrong with the place per se, but nothing really super with it either.

The hotel was small and dingy. There was a roach in my bathroom the next morning. No parking. The room was musty. The room appeared clean with all the basics. The staff were nice.

Over charged me by 3 days no responds.

In the lobby there was a gentleman there with all his bags as if he lived in the lobby. We left after check-in without seeing our room only to leave for about 6 hours and upon our return the gentleman was still there with his belongings in the lobby. When we got to the room it was unclean with no bedding for the sofa and what appeared to be bug pods on the floor in the kitchen, dining and bathroom areas. Also the televisions did not work and clerk would not discount my room. There was a prominent odor of smoke in the hallways even though the building in no smoking. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

None of the tvs were working and the continental breakfast was terrible. The room looks so nice for such a poorly managed place. If you dont have things that dont work, give a discount. The ice trays were nasty so maybe get an ice machine.

It was the extended stay and it was what I’d expected. Had a good time there though.
