Location was decent for the money. Room was ok No -smoking rooms were smoked in, and had to switch 2 rooms before I can find one that was not smoked in. Breakfast was muffins and frozen biscuits , not even banana or any fruit was available.

Location was close to event location and downtown. That it was outside entrance to rooms. It was very noisy. I could here people talking all night as if they were right outside the door.

The rooms were nice clean and comfortable not that great of a location and the staff was very rude And did not give information into the last minute and ended up having to book somewhere else at a very bad location because they told me at the last minute about the 2 days in advance pay for the graduation they tell me the day that I'm going to pay instead of ahead of time Staff was rude and not very conscientious and could care less if we were there or not because they did not even give us information into the last minute about graduation and I ended up without having a room and I had to run a room in a really bad area that was the only thing left very rude and very unconsiderate

My boyfriend and I was sleeping and around 9am the cleaning lady just helped herself in our room, without a knock or anything… very upset.

The staff was really great. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was the pool being shut down this summer. I was looking forward to it so I was a little disappointed.

The room was clean and the location was great; easy access to a lot of places. The air conditioner kept making a very loud sound in the night and that interrupted our sleep. The staff at the front desk seemed nonchalant and and weren't pleasant at check in and check out.

Room was very clean and smelled good, was nice to pull right up to the door and unload my things quickly right into the room. Ice machine room with vending was a little nasty, the gym was tiny and didn't have much. Need a specific filtered water bottle fill up station installed, the water fountain in the lobby tasted funny. Other than that it was a reasonably priced and a very nice stay, close to restaurants, shopping and the Lenovo center for the Canes game. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times. Some rooms were better kept than others. Beds are always very comfortable. Very convenient location close to everything. Would recommend for a short stay. Front desk stay are friendly and helpful.

We were there on the weekend. Very convenient location. Dennys resturant is basically in the parking lot. Good outside lighting. Easy check in and out. Would stay there again.

Check in was horrible. I put down who was checking in and added a cc for late checkout. However, when my guest arrived hours before me to check in, they wanted ANOTHER card for the late checkout fee and wouldn’t allow me to confirm my cc details by phone. So my guest wasn’t able to enter the room until I arrived after 1am. The lady who checked us in at that time was great. The room was clean enough. The next morning, we were awakened by housekeeping bright and early after only a couple hours sleep and they didn’t understand the words No thank you through the door as they didn’t speak English I guess so I had to let the light flood in and tell them no face to face. That was annoying. Other than that, things were fine. Restaurants galore nearby and surprisingly quiet to be near the airport and hospital

I'm handicapped severely, and I was going to have to walk a large distance in the cold to get to my room and I can't walk. That's just one of several issues. No sugar coating. The room itself was ok but the bed was slightly wider than a twin. We couldn't watch much TV because many of the stations had no sound and many of the others were in Spanish only. The shower was very dated and looked like it was the same one that was installed when the building was built decades ago. Almost no sleep was had in the room because the AC unit squealed like a 1984 Oldsmobile with a fan belt about to go out every time it kicked on and when it was not squealing you could hear the interstate that sounded as though it was in the parking lot. The smell of weed was very strong from the people loitering in the parking lot at night and when walking down the hallway to the stairs baby diapers were stacked up on the walkway. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and prepackaged muffins.

The tv remote barely worked and it seemed like several of the buttons were malfunctioning. There were also people yelling outside around 3am as well as 9am when we were packing up to leave.

It was terrible experience, the only good part about it was Tiffany the and she was overworked with the alarm going on satellite Going Out, so the only good part about this. Was Tiffany.

The front desk check in area and staff were very nice. The room however was horrible. The sheets were damp either from washing or humidity, not sure. The bathroom was tiny, very dingy, and nothing like the pictures online of the room. Lighting was minimal and dim. Humidity just hung in the room no matter what making everything just feel damp and gross. Made the mistake of taking my shoes off and the floor was sticky. Slept with the light on because I had seen a bug or two. Should have left and got somewhere else to stay but it was late.

Property appears to be an in process update. Clean and great mattresses and pillows. I was expecting a coffee pot in the room and an open pool and a free continental breakfast. I was charged $5 per “bag” for a small muffin, yogurt and orange. I hope that Wyndham has future plans of changing these issues. Also being summer without a pool, the guests should be informed before booking.

We booked a handicapped-accessible room so that we were ensured a first floor access. The room was very large, looked recently updated, had a fridge and micro, and was clean (not spotless but none of them are). The bed was comfortable, they are pet friendly, and it was convenient for the locations we needed to access. I would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff. Convenient to places I needed to go. Good continental breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunately, the pool was not open and the shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. Hotel is close to highway and busy intersection so there is lots of road noise…which doesn’t bother me but may bother others.

Everything seems OK other than dead roach in bathroom and hair dryer doesn't work. We went to front desk and asked for one so that we could dry hair and hurry to a wedding, instead the front desk changed the room so we kind of rush switching room and rushed to the venue for the wedding.

The workers right outside my door doing alot of banging plus house keeping banging on your door every morning waking you up at 8 in the morning and you address it to management he argues with his guest not doing anything to correct the issues. JUST RIGHT AWAY PLACES YOU ON A DNR list instead

I wasn't too impressed with this hotel. I choice it because of its rating on the room but the rooms need more improvements. I paid 150 dollars a night and spent less at other locations and had a better experience. It looks like the rooms have been renovated but there are still cracks in the walls. The outside looked really run down.

We spent two nights at this hotel for Dreamville. The first night was good, except the bathroom seemed dirty. Then, the second night was horrible. I saw two huge cockroaches, one of which fell on me when I was getting ready for bed. I didn’t realize that there were many reviews for the same issue. This was very disgusting; I’m very traumatized.

Our room had a weird smell to it. Hotel exterior could use some TLC. Our room was adjacent to the highway and was very noisy the entire night. The walls were very thin and insulated poorly because we could hear our neighbors’ conversations.

Things appeared to be okay until a black SUV pulled up to the office and a young girl heavily drugged got out and stumbled my way and a thug forced her to go to a room on the second floor obviously forced into prostitution.

The complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Had to contact front desk around midnight due to people partying outside our room in the parking lot. They quickly too care of it.

Nice clean room at a good price - 10 minute drive to livelier areas. Road traffic very noisy in room.

I stay ever so often when in town. It is very close to what I'm attending. My room is always very clean and I've never encountered a problem at the registration desk. Everybody is super nice. Lots of dining choices around the area.

The toilet was stopped up and not flushing but after making the front desk aware of the situation maintenance was sent immediately to my room and repaired the issue.

Basic rooms, but at least they have good TVs with good channels, something you don't see very often in budget hotels.

Good location, lots around and quick access to downtown. Staff is kind. It didn’t seem like the hotel was super busy, which makes me question why we would be placed in a room with a direct neighbor next door. Unfortunately there is little to no sound barrier between adjacent rooms. Our next door neighbor’s television volume was loud enough to be able to hear what they were watching. Additionally, they left for the afternoon & forgot to turn off their alarm clock. Had to call the front desk to ask them to send someone to turn it off-which they did relatively quickly. We ended up leaving the night before our check out. Having driven in from Asheville for the weekend, we just wanted to get back to the comforts of our home. For a quick, cheap trip to Raleigh this was a pretty agreeable choice. However, next time would probably elect to pay a bit more & stay downtown or in a hotel with more privacy between rooms.

Wonderful visit all around

Bear in mind this is a motel and the doors are on the outside of the building. There are NO pictures on Expedia of this and I found out when I looked up the building on google maps on my way there. Other than that, Raleigh is unbelievably expensive to stay overnight in hotels or motels so the price was not too bad but still overpriced which I’m sure is just due to being in Raleigh. Clean and reliable. Noisy after 1am since people were racing in the area and I heard people fighting nearby. Was okay and the staff were very friendly. Pillows and sheets were soft and clean.
