They didn't have much instruction. You had to search for it and the site flip book wasn't very intuitive. It was hard to use at first. Took me a second to get. For the price its pretty good but not perfect. The water was cold for a shower. And the channels were very grainy and hard to watch from afar. Had to use my glasses because the quality was so low. Didn't know I had access to a lounge with food. I ate my food on the third floor not knowing it was in my upstairs lounge. I just knew there was a lounge. Which was a waste because there were only a few ppl. I would have been more comfortable eating there if I knew.

Staff are accommodating, food is excellent, convenient to go to church, shopping and parking is not a problem. none but my regret is that I only stayed for a night.

The location is excellent and upon arrival I had a very good experience with the front desk. (In general, most people at the front desk were very pleasant and easy to deal with.) The breakfast is also fantastic (make sure to ask for their full coffee options because I only realized they served iced coffee on the second day) and I appreciated that they gave me a room with a bathtub. Also really grateful for the free distilled water that housekeeping readily replenished. I had a few issues with my stay, but overall the experience with the staff was so nice that it's still a 9/10 for me. A few times service was a little slow. For example: I checked in near evening and no one else was checking in or out. I was told that my bags would be brought up (great, although I wanted to bring them up myself because I wasn't carrying much). I was in my room for half an hour before I remembered my bags were still away from me. I went down to ask if I could bring up my bags on my own (really not an issue), but they still insisted that they'd take care of it. I ended up waiting until they could bring my bags up. I don't know if this is an undisclosed security check, but I had an appointment in the evening and the delay was frustrating. (Absolutely no problems checking out though, the staff were very prompt then!) Also, if you're finicky, double check your room. While I was waiting for my bags, I saw some potato chip crumbs in the carpet and found one of the towels damp. (Not used, just damp.) I didn't have time to request a room change or get housekeeping in, but heads up.

Location. Friendly staff at reception. Dining options. Loud machinery humming outside all night. Shower doesn’t drain properly, flooding after every shower and the water just stays there, so one steps into a pool of cold water for the next shower. A giant cockroach appears on the wall on my final day of stay. Unable to get a cup of coffee in the lobby.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. After a 13-hour journey, exhausted, I was given a different room than the one I booked without any explanation. When my colleagues later tried to drop off some essentials for me, the reception staff refused to accept them. The complete lack of customer care made a very tiring situation much worse.

Location Lack of attentiveness to customer needs. No understanding of service recovery. You can get better service in a much cheaper hotel.

The TV is still cable type not Smart TV that we can watch Netflix on it

Facilities are top notch all around. The staff was outstanding. The Location being next to the Mall is super convienent for shopping, eating and entertainment. I've stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row and each time has been just great.
