The room ( with twin beds, sink, washroom) was very clean; staff was kind, considerate of my situation as I checked in/out late, and accommodating. The hotel is close to mall, church, and restaurants. I couldn’t think anything that I don't like about this hotel. It is perfect for what I have paid for.

Location is good and the staff were courteous. The main lock in my room (465) was malfunctioning, so I was too tired to report it; I just used the second lock to secure my door.

The property is good. The noise from the air conditioner kept me awake all night in room 259.

The service of staffs are impeccable. This is the genuine full service. The room is undermaintained. The walls are dirty and lots of stain, the sink is dirty add up the countertop that lots of stain. But the bedsheets and towels are white and clean which i like most
