It is near Podium and nearby offices. I also felt comfortable because the AC was on blast. I find it hard to sleep alone, so the other women on the room was a plus factor. Check in posted in booking.com is 12pm, but the property manager says it's 2pm.

Have accomodating staff They should not accept booking for less than 3persons. My officamte and I brought as to a stock room. That’s why we didn’t finishing our stay. We checked out late night of Dec 3. So, disappointing.

Just near the MALL and transportation The owner was so greedy of Money. HE even ask for additional CLEANING FEE for 75.00Php everyday of your stay well in fact no one came since my stay clean the room. My whole 8 days of my stay...I used the same THIN towel and bedsheets. Crocraches are everywhere and even woke me up at 4:00 in the morning in my bed crawling in me. By the time you come in the lobby where I came inside and show my confirmation no. the receptionist said that they don't know anything about my accommodation....it is good I saw 1 of his tenant and guided me and help me to connect to him. He sent someone down to assist me in my room BUT he himself NEVER show up.And he will write you in your email what additional fee you have to pay. One thing that is funny he will write you in your email NOT to talk to anyone there in the building cause he don't like you to get any NEGATIVE information about HIM. This man is a big SCAMMER. In my booking in BOOKING.COM, I said I want my own 1 room BUT he place me in 1 room with 6 people where there are 3 double deck bed. So stay away from his AIRBnB...so you will only feel disgusted. Maybe you might think why I still stay....it us because I got 3 big luggage and don't have time to move out because of my daily appointments. But never to his....it is expensive to the quality of his room.

The Location... There's an additional 75 pesos charge for the electricity and cleaning. Then a deposit of 300 pesos for the key card which takes time for a refund. Twice I sent a message to the management when he can pay the refund.

It's near the MRT and malls. I didn't like that they charged a P75 per night utility fee, which covers electricity, water, Wifi, and laundry. They should have just added that to the booking cost per night because it just makes sense that there should be electricity when you book. I read that WiFi isn't included so I loaded mobile data before staying here and I wouldn't do laundry if I only have one piece of clothing for a one-night stay, so it feels forced to charge this fee. They're not transparent with this charge anywhere on the description and not very professional when I was collecting my deposit of P300. No one can be contacted if you checkout early so they'll say they'll transfer the deposit electronically but it took me at least three messages via booking.com, messenger, and SMS before they replied with a photo of leftover food and water on the table, which weren't mine. It feels tedious to collect the refund that they only did the evening I checked out after multiple messages and as if they're trying not to return it by complaining about trash they didn't even verify if it was mine, considering it's a dormitory for 6 pax. Annoying. Plus there's no storage area so you have to share the bed with your valuables and baggage. Then it takes forever to get the room to be cold, especially if you're staying at the upper bunk, which is far from the fan.

Location. Roommates were also nice and helpful. Wifi was good. There were tiny cockroaches. Not the same quality as the pictures posted. No heater. No secure storage.

  • Engine customer Aug 2023

They cleaned the Toilet prior to my arrival

  • Engine customer Jul 2023

Toilet is so dirty, faucet is not working properly

  • Engine customer Jul 2023

I like the presence of television and wifi. The space is also good for 4 people. First, the assistant is not responsive to my calls which delayed a lot of my time. Second, there are lots of small cockroaches in the unit. Thirdly, there was an additional charge of 120 per night which was not indicated in the details of the booking.

  • Engine customer Apr 2023

That the bed wasn't ready, the tenants weren't aware that there was someone who would stay for the night. That there is a P300 deposit for the key card and I haven't received the refund.
