    I would never stay at this property again. Although the staff was generally friendly, and most areas are clean, there is a cockroach problem that needs to be dealt with. Note: I’ve been licensed in the industry for many years so I know what I viewed. I was able to maintain a secure area during my stay, but had to keep almost everything in my vehicle. Anything in the room was kept in containers. Note: I paid in advance on Expedia, or would have left early. I’ll never risk it again.

    Overall stay was good for what was needed. The property seemed to be well kept but the rooms are worn and need some updating. The furniture had rips and stains as well as the carpet. There was a musty smell to the room and there were wires hanging out of the air conditioning. The paint used to touch up did not match and you can see all the spots. The pool was closed.

    This hotel felt like a motel vibe. My room smelled like three packs of cigarettes. It was very dirty and gritty. The manager was nice enough to put me in a new room. That was a lot better but the shower drained did not work. The breakfast sausage was raw. I didn’t notice someone from housekeeping mopping the tile floors. But the rooms definitely need more attention.

    The privacy lock was broken on our door, and they did not fix it. The air conidiation did not work and the room got hot during the night. The facility was dark and needed cleaning. It was so bad we had to cancel our next night and move to a new hotel. There were bugs in the other room where my daughter and grandchildren stayed. We had to change rooms with them because the kids could not sleep on the pull-out bed because of the bugs. Also, that room had a very bad smell the worst I have seen in a hotel. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and they were very good. This was the first Marriott that we have any problems with.

    Got to the property with family. My parents room did not have a working privacy bolt and when we informed staff they said there was nothing they can do till the morning. In my room in the pull out couch there was bugs so I couldn't let my kids sleep on it. The room itself has a musty smell to it and one of the windows wouldn't open making it hard to try to even air out the room. We had booked 2 nights and left after the first night because of the state of the room. I would not recommend this hotel. That being said the Expedia representative I spoke to was amazing and they handled everything with concern and sympathy.

    My stay was okay but I would not return. there were a few issues. The room was not cleaned very well when I arrived and the elevator was broken, which made things difficult since my room was on the third floor, the experience could have been better. Property photos do not match.

    The location was perfect. Down from The Ford, 20 minutes from The Galleria mall. Near any and everything!! Bed was pretty good to sleep on. Outside could have been cleaner. Lots of trash around doorways! Doors to Outside were not locked, anyone could enter. Maid service is pretty rude, if your room is not secured they will just open the door without knocking daily! Really early. It takes all day to get clean towels back.

    I had a really late check-in due to my flight being delayed. Upon arrival to the hotel, there were strange men in the lobby, ogling me and my nine-year-old daughter. The front desk staff stated to me that we had the last room of the night and that although the room was on the third floor, the elevators were down. Upon reaching my room, as soon as I closed the door and tried to put the lock on, the room’s lock did not work. It is completely unacceptable to have someone check into a room whose locks do not work. I did not feel safe at all. My daughter and I had to check out within less than 15 minutes of checking in. Additionally, due to there being a cheer competition in the area, it took me hours on top of hours just to find somewhere else for my child and I to stay. We were almost homeless for the night due to the hotel staff not making sure that the room conditions were acceptable before checking in. I refuse to have my child and I become victims of trafficking.

    The beds were comfortable, rooms were large, price was great, the whole facility was very clean, the staff was very helpful, professional and nice. Check in was really easy and fast. The breakfast was really good. The location felt safe and it was perfect for what we were in town for. We will most definitely be staying here again. Out of all the places we have stayed at in the past this was by far the best and cleanest. And we usually stay at holiday inn surstay or the comfort inn and we liked this one the best! We loved how there was a kitchen. The only thing was that the elevator wasn't working at the time. However they were working on getting it fixed.

    Comfortable but they lied about my Bonvoy Points. They said I would get my Bonvoy Marriott points regardless how I booked. I stayed 6 Nights and received 0 zero points. Staff very monotone. The cleaning lady was the Nicest to me. She gave me extra coffee for my room when I asked Lied about my Bonvoy Points. I didn't receive any points for staying 6 nights.

    The room was perfect since i needed 2 bedrooms. I like everything about the set up, amenities and everything else with the room. Staff was really nice also. Need to check out the beds though. My grandson may have had bites from bed bugs. They weren't discovered until he got home.

    This hotel room had two separate bedrooms. I absolutely loved it, now we could've used another bathroom and please more mirrors. The pullout sofa bed was not great. But overall the bedswere soft the pillows were great.

    Extremely dirty, smelly, broken, thrashed and not taken care of. Lots of mold and just not taken care of at all and needs lots of repairs. The entire place smelled of really strong chemical cleaning odor that was hard to tolerate. I believe the nice family running it is doing their best, but they may just be in over their head.

    A few issues with the property. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. Also, there were apparently some foundation issues, as the drawers in the bedroom didn't fully close and there was a noticeable crack the bedroom door. They had attempted to shimmy some cardboard beneath to fix it, but it didn't really work that well. I signed up for room service every other day, but had to go to the front desk to request it when they hadn't come by Day 4. Also, we noted that we had 3 guest but they only set us up with enough towels/washcloths for 2. The facility was clean and located in a good area and the staff was friendly. Overall, I'd say the stay was a 3 out of 5 due to the issues.

    Never really had any problems here except for this stay. The hotel was overbooked and the company site or expedia was not current. I arrived by uber and didnt have a room. There is a process for this but the desk clerk didnt know the steps and I as a titanium elite customer was stranded and out of an additional $200 for the night.

    The building’s interior smelled wet or damp, the entry door to the room had an inch or more gap at the bottom. You could see the hallway clearly while sitting on the couch. The doors didn’t seem properly hung nor secure. Unknown man entered our room within 30 minutes of us being there. He looked creepy as well. Someone banged on my door, then ran and slid the do not disturb placard under the door. After that, I received a noise complaint call from the front desk saying that we were too loud. No one was even moving around in the room. As I was walking downstairs to see what the call was about, I bumped into a guy coming up the steps. He was in the room directly next door to my room. He stated that he was jumped by a group of men 2 days prior. He stated that They forced their way into his room and jumped him. We really felt completely unsafe at this point. Seems more like a motel and definitely not of the Marriott brand. WILL never stay there EVER AGAIN

    The hotel was perfectly reasonable. The room was comfortable, however there was a slightly stale odour hinting the room could do with a deep clean. The TV was also quite awkwardly located. The fitness room was well equipped, but wasn't regularly maintained (towels weren't replenished for two days, clock was wrong by an hour). Breakfast was generally good, nice range of hot and cold options.

    No major complaints. Found one long hair when I went to use the phone. And can hear the person above me walking around. As well as people talking in the hallway. Bed was great. Hot breakfast was OK. And I am assuming, that the hold that was applied on my credit card at check-in, for 'incidentals,' will be removed in a timely manner.

The only thing is, just when you stay somewhere everyone should all have the same respect for others, because one customer has been there forever doesn’t mean they should be allowed to be loud or not take control of their families and be allowed to make all the noise and disturb others.

    Only had a couple issues with the stay. As soon as we checked into the room we had to kill a couple of bugs on the bed and on the walls. It wasn’t bed bugs so it was probably just bugs that made their way in. Biggest complaint was the “breakfast”. They put some pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches out along with some cereal. Nothing was made there in the hotel and it wasn’t good. We had to go buy breakfast both mornings we were there because it was gross.

    Please was clean and quiet. During my check in the staff didn’t greet us, didn’t say hello can I help you or anything. If he didn’t it was so low I didn’t hear him. During the check in process he talked so low I could barely make out what he was saying. Breakfast could have been much better. I didn’t eat.

    Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was not the greatest. Coffee maker in room had mismatched carafe and lid causing it to overflow from top. Went to front desk and they commented they would let them know. Not sure who them is but did not expect it to be fixed considering they didn’t ask my room number. Was also extremely frustrated when woken at 7:30 Saturday morning by leaf blower cleaning pool area.

    Spacious townhome style hotel. Nice little kitchen, full size fridge, big bedrooms. Additional pullout couch and complimentary pack and play made the stay a breeze with kiddos. Hearty, complimentary breakfast everyday with good hours made the mornings start off great.

    The water pressure in the shower is awful. The vent in the bathroom is very loud and does not appear to circulate air at all. Had to request conditioner twice. Property is listed with Daily housekeeping but management said they do not clean room daily.

    My stay was deplorable. Out of an 8 day visit, My room was half cleaned twice. I left early in the morning and stayed gone most of the time so my room would get clean. When I reported this problem, nothing was done. I spent too much of my stay at the front desk regarding my unserviced room. The unprofessional attitude of personnel at the front desk was disgusting. My low budget days at Motel 6 and Econo lodge provided excellent room service than this place. Marriott should be ashamed when a motel has better service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    The property was warn and shabby. Lobby looked fine, but room was tattered. Duct tape on carpet, AC broken, stinky carpet, etc. Didn’t represent the Marriott brand. Price and amenities were good, if the property was better maintained. Nice easy parking. People were great!

    I have stayed at TownePlace Suites Plano many times since 2007 when I would be in Texas on business. I would not be repeating my visits to TownePlace if I did not like it. Over the years everyone on staff there has been more than helpful and courteous to me. I don't want to stay anywhere else when I'm in that area of Texas.

    The property was well kept. Nice room size and was able to do everything we needed for a lilttle stay cation. Only thing we found was there was a brown hand print left on the wall of the bathroom. So could have been cleaned better. Other than that things were perfect! 8.5/10

    We checked in to our hotel on Christmas Eve. Upon arrival we found due to the freeze, they were dealing with broken pipes that ruined a lot of rooms. We booked a two bedroom suite (traveling with an 18 month old with an early bedtime) that was unavailable. The clerk called another hotel in their chain for a two bedroom…no luck. I was asked to give him five minutes and sure enough, rooms were checked and he got us into a two bedroom! Customer service was 5 Star!!!!!
