Superb

This is one of the best Marriott hotels. It is very well managed and maintained. The lobby space is very nicely laid out with places to sit, watch sports on one of the many TVs and the bar is phenomenal. Starbucks is attached with a nice patio space as well. Walk to the Shops at Legacy and enjoy a nice stroll around the lake, a nice way to unwind and enjoy the evening. Great location as well being right off of 2 major highways that offer quick access to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The bathroom floor look like someone had walk on the bathroom floor while wet. The shower a few pieces on hair.

Not as nice as I remember. Lots of patrons dining in bar area which made it challenging to order a meal or drink in a timely matter.

I could hear all the noise from the room next door. They need a noise cancelation barrier underneath the doors. If you want a quiet place to stay avoid this place during a convention. The lobbys were so loud because of all the guests.

Rooms too close to each other u can hear others. Parking is on the other side, bathroom layout is weird water drips everywhere because there is no dedicated tub

Courteous Staff - Christmas friendly

We typically will stay here twice per year. It is convenient to shopping and dining. Love the fact that you can walk to most places and it’s a pretty walk. Staff have always been great.

The room and property were very good. Great location. However, the noise at night in the halls was a problem. Lots of teens staying and partying in the rooms, constantly chatting in the hallways until 2-3am.

Clean and friendly

When we drove up to the hotel, the valet attendant did not greet us or walk to the car. We got out and had to walk to the valet stand to get a ticket. Not happy with lack of service from valet.

We stayed here on our wedding night and had a great experience! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was having a Starbucks right inside the hotel—such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

It's in a really nice area with lots of trees and landscape and lots of things to do. The hotel was nice but there is not enough light; it is too dark int he hotel and especially the rooms.

I was checked in by a young gentleman named Reese. There was an issue with the availability of my room, but he and another gentleman cleared it all up quickly. Customer service was exceptional.

Bed could have been a lot more comfortable. It wasn’t bad - but it didn’t feel like a better bed than a lower rated hotel.

Easy check in and we got to our room and all looked good. The rooms are quiet except our toilet was loud when it filled back up the tank after flushing. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well especially with the blackout curtains.

The Marriott is a perfect location and was a beautiful property. The service was excellent and we plan to stay again during our future trips to Plano!

Pretty expensive considering what you get. Not a bad stay by any means but, we frequently stay in Dallas and FW and considering my room view was their 2nd or 3rd floor rooftop, no driving service, you have to pay daily to valet, and the room was pretty basic the price point doesn’t make sense for me. We will probably visit another hotel next time.

Honestly, wasn't impressed. I've come to expect more from Marriott, and hope to enjoy a luxury experience at their higher end locations. This wasn't that. The exterior and lobby decor had all the makings of a 4+ star hotel but thats where it ended. Room was filthy when we arrived. Every surface needed to be wiped down. The floor was obviously not cleaned. We booked the room because of the pullout couch, but there was no bedding on the pullout. So we just had to look at the gross stained mattress while it took the front office 1 hour to bring us sheets. Not ideal when you're trying to put kids down, missed their bedtime by an hour because we had to call 3 times to ask about sheets. Then when they did show up they just handed it to us didn't put it on. Then we ordered room service twice (one dinner and one breakfast) both orders were large for the whole family. But they came in cheap paper to go boxes, that's not room service, that's take out. Room service should be a cart or tray with silverware and plating and all the fixings required for a meal (condiments, coffee creamer, etc). Instead we were missing items from both orders, had to eat without forks or knives and use the bath towels for napkins. The best experience of the whole stay was the valet, they were great. Next time I'll take the family to the Omni for luxury, or if I want similar experience I'll just go to Holiday Inn.

This is a really nice hotel in a really nice area. Walking distance to a lot of really nice shops, restaurants and places with nice happy hours.

Service was great. Lobby bar was lively but bartenders were accessible. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel location was great for walking to dinner nearby. Lots of options!

Amazing hotel

I have stayed here several times before and it was perfect. This stay we had issues in our room and were moved to another room. That room had a terribly noisy air conditioner.

Wasn't able to order from the restaurant or get hot water in the shower but otherwise was very impressed.

This hotel and area are amazing!! It’s our getaway for a short weekend !

Everything was great, Starbuck’s on site was handy too. Only thing we didn’t like was the water temperature in the shower didn’t get very hot and the bed was hard as a rock. But we enjoyed our stay.

It is near the main roads, but not on the main road so it is quiet. There is lovely pond/lake/Park in front of it and we loved sitting at the front of the hotel looking onto the lake with its super fountain with our coffee or drink from the bar. The bar area was very good, the swimming pool and gym area were well laid out and private to the hotel. Nice rooms - couldn't fault it.

I was in town for a conference and this was a great stay, the hotel is very clean the staff are friendly, the food options and shops are close by, I would highly recommend and will definitely return!!

I reserved 2 rooms for 4 people, paid in advanced. When we arrived only one room showed up under the confirmation. I had to pay for an extra room through the hotel in order to be able to get my second room. No good! Expedia has problems!

There was construction going on, I arrived at the hotel very late and wanted to sleep in the morning. Construction started very loudly in the early morning around 7 am. When I spoke to the reception they told me that they can change the room but they cannot stop the construction. Why didn't you give a room on the lower floor when I checked in ?

I felt the amenities in the room were lacking, I travel a lot over seas and in hotel like this should have complimentary water. This is not a luxury hotel just standard! If you get in the room late there's no water come-on this is suppose to be a good hotel, just so cheap of them. there were no toiletries, no cotton balls no Q-tips no shower cap, just soap!

Really terrible customer service. Front desk acted so put out by simple requests. They look unkempt and flustered.

The hotel is okay nothing bad nothing special. Only thing when we arrived to our room, my husband wanted to watch the football game. the tv cable wasn’t working, when I called the front desk a man told me it was a “known” issue and they were working on it. Known to who, not the guests. Woulda have been nice to have been told that while I was checking in as a courtesy instead of messing around with the tv for minutes and then have to call to find out

The Doors slam to loud when they are closed and the no complementary breakfast was very disappointing.

Very good location near Legacy East center. The rooms were clean, staff all good, pool deck and pool is SMALLER than it appears on website. That was one of the only negatives.

The parking garage gate was left open so not secure. We had to call to get the internet upgraded to stream Netflix.

The room was not near as nice as last time, for the same price. The room didn’t have a big couch in it , & the pillows were very flat & uncomfortable.

Very quiet, well positioned.

Our room’s A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and after the maintenance man tried to fix it and it continued not working, we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Upon check out the next morning, there was no offer of compensation or discount after I explained the inconvenience of switching rooms in the middle of the night. My husband and I were very disappointed, as we were looking forward to a night of uninterrupted sleep (we have young children at home and a full-night’s sleep can be hard to come by).
