Every interaction with staff was excellent. room was comfortable and clean. Temperature control, and AC noise was non- intrusive. Streaming choices were very limited. Walking Access to Baylor Heart Hospital was great. Complementary breakfast was reasonably tasty and well tended. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and responsive on all shifts. Overall, a good experience.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable. Towels changed daily. Beds are very uncomfortable; it takes a few days to recover from the pain caused by a bad mattress. Rooms are not clean. Our sink has spit out toothpaste and hair from previous guests.

Friendly staff There were mice in the air conditioning unit, and the toilet was making a clucking noise. Despite my daily request for housekeeping, it wasn’t done. The rooms smelled terrible, and there was even weed, even though this is a smoke-free facility.

The front desk personnel were very friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will be staying there again when doing business in the area.

Helpful nice staff. Room was ready ahead of time and we got to check in 40 minutes early. After a long drive that was wonderful! Waffle maker which I always look forward to, made Texas shaped waffles! Fun extra! Handicap parking was right next to side entrance which was a few steps from the elevator and our room was the one immediately to the left!

The location was perfect for me. Because I had a appointment with Nuvia, and I was right down the street from where my appointment was. I was too busy maybe next time I will get a chance to try the breakfast it looked delicious All of the staff members that I came in contact with were so very nice. I would have liked , if the breakfast was different daily. And there is no fan in the bathroom, which is much needed.

However, room and furniture were old, uncomfortable and outdated. Okay for a 1 night stay. But not extended stay.

The property was 1.5 miles away from the hospital where I would have to be there to have the surgery the next morning at 5:30. Everything was very neat and clean.

I’ve been staying at this location for 20 years. It is convenient, clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast has fewer options than before- no fresh fruit, no pastries or bagels, no bacon. I’ll still stay here as it meets my criteria for when I’m in the Dallas area.

My room was below average. It's curtains/blinds were torn in several places and gave the impression of a trashy room. The bed was below average, as it sagged badly on one side. The tv would only work on one channel.

My mom had heart surgery at BSW. The location was great.

Breakfast is from 6-9AM, not 10AM but signs are posted. Beds were a little stiff to me but the customer service made up for it. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is super friendly and so welcoming. My son was in the hospital for a month and then a rehabilitation center, the La Quinta was our home away from home the whole time. we live out of state. I could not find where the breakfast bar was. But then when he couldn't see right off he probably just gave up on looking for it. The location of it close to the hospital. The beds were very uncomfortable.

There were dirty kleenex tissues left under the sink from the previous guests. And front desk worker was completely unfazed by me telling her my issues.

Great location in west central Plano and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Maintenance man especially helpful with helping me get all my luggage to room. Decent breakfast. While I did request handicapped accessible room upon booking the description said it had bathtub which I wanted but it didn’t have one even though that was listed as in the room on Booking.com. . Bathroom countertop way too small…no room for toiletries. Additionally the coffee maker was outside and behind bathroom door in awkward place and that door would not stay closed if you wanted to use the coffee maker. Though free there was very poor internet connection that was not secured by password so really not safe to use it.

Nice, clean, good sized room. The hotel is undergoing a roof replacement so there was a little noise above the room mid-morning when we happened to be hanging out sorta later than usual (10AM", but not a big deal. Overall, a good place to spend 3 days & nights as we did for a family event.

We had issues with our key cards (multiple replacements were made), the breakfast was the same all 11 nights we booked and the parking lot had some questionable activities going on. My husband saw a high rat when walking outside the building. The housekeepers did an amazing job!

I called ahead and requested a lower level floor and they have itnto me. When i arrived they greeted me and the receptionist was so polite. Check in was very pleasant, friendly staff, very clean facility. When i walk-in the room, no weird smell like most hotels. I am very pleased with this facility andwould recommend to a. Hotel required a $100 deposit since I booked through Hotels.com and stated deposit will be refunded in several days. I could understand a card swipe for incidentals/damage, but an actual deposit is unreasonable. Thank you.

(1) - it needs ventilation, but had none. Steam after shower persisted for a while. Also, smells after using the toilet remained there, not vented out. (2) - the toilet was problematic. Way too low for a normal human. And in addition, the water level fills it almost to the brim. A MALE personnel from the hotel should try sitting on it, to observe the problem first hand.

I was disappointed that all the request I submitted through Expedia were not honored. I requested first floor and handicap accessible, none of which were noted in the reservation. Luckily, there was a room available with these amenities.

I'm from Plano - this area is supposed to be safe. I was harassed and cussed out by a homeless/mental woman on the sidewalk at 8 am trying to walk my dog before a funeral. "What the F you looking at, I will F you up, F you you F ho b word", etc etc etc.... And she was there the next morning too. AND.... there were 2 homeless/mental people living in the bushes at the back of the property. I asked the front desk, and they said, Yeah, the BSW hospital next door has a mental ward, and they just dump people out when their time is up. And each morning there was a different person sitting at the breakfast tables in the lobby who clearly were not guests and had bag items all around. So that's who's looking at all us guests coming/going, which does not feel like good security. (One woman was with the homeless couple the next day.) AND - my first room,- the AC unit was HANGING OFF THE WALL ... I mean, do they do any quality checks? They changed my room.

Only stayed roughly 24 hours but clean facility, friendly staff, and free wifi.

Front people were excellent, and for the price it was a comfortable stay. Gym was big enough. Breakfast is not great. I wish there was a coffee shop or anything nearby - there’s basically nothing on the first floor for coffee or food, and nothing in a walking distance. Bathroom was clean enough but the drain was a little clogged and the toilet lever was stiff and noisy.

The ice machine was broken. The elevators were a little suspect and something’s need to be fixed. But for the price, it was a great day. The employees were super nice and very, very helpful. If anything, the staff is what make it amazing

The desk clerk was exceptional..Professional, extremely efficient, and hospitable. Every time I’ve stayed here, the clerk has been good—but she was a standout from the others.

The night manager was amazing! She was so sweet and very kind! We asked when the pool closed and she said the time but said if we wanted to stay an hour past that we could as long as we weren’t too loud! Since we arrived later in the evening. Another employee complemented our attire as we left for dinner, and another employee in the morning helped me when I noticed there wasn’t a displayed price on an item in the little shop! Overall 10/10 experience! Amazing staff, super clean!

This was the first time a room deposit actually was posted to our credit card. We’ve stayed at 100’s of hotels and this hotel multiple and first time this has ever happened. All another times the charge was put in our credit card put fell off but never posted to our account. This will be the last time we stay at this hotel!

For the price probably this the best hotel you can get. Very clean, professional staff, and located in a very nice area.

My brother left his white, Nike long sleeve pullover by accident after checking out. Called back to the hotel the same day and was told the cleaning people did not find a shirt. I find it hard to believe we locked the door behind us, then checked out. No one else was in the room besides us was the cleaning people. Also, toilets were too low.

I want to let the manager aware of an employee that went above and beyond to assist me. I had just had surgery and I needed a wheele chair, the hotel didn’t have one. Fantastic hotel, with a great location and great staff. Pool is an excellent amenity and the gym is also top notch. No complaints whatsoever. This is my second stay and will likely continue to be my choice every time I come to the area.

Room was damp from air conditioner. AC unit did not keep room cool

The only thing I can even think of that I was wishful of is a better selection of snacks—including fruits, and no sugar items. Everything else was top notch!

Free continental breakfast, daily room service, friendly staff.

Upon check-in, found that the toilet would not flush. Notified the front desk and had it fixed. I do not enjoy having my room accessed after I occupy the space. Woke up first morning to water all over the floor from the Mini Frig. Front deck had it replaced why I was out with staff having to enter again with me out for the day.

Pillows need teplacing, to the point my neck was hurting

Nice location. Smoking is allowed outside of entrance and side courtyard. Disgusting to walk through second hand smoke. The sign inside said it’s a smoke free property. Not true. The manager was kind enough to ask people to move around the building so I could exit the building safely.

TV was being played on high volume in the lobby at night time. It was hard to sleep.

All of the people were very nice, the only thing I was unhappy about was the swimming pool was too small, ever time we wanted to go swimming the pool was so full of people you were not able to get in it, but the room was nice

Really good stay overall. Staff was nice and room seemed mostly well kept. Only issues were the beds could have been a little more comfortable and the smoke detector had been removed with wires still exposed. Probably just a maintenance oversight but not a huge deal to me.

There is a gym room, pool, and laundry. I appreciated the availability of lemon water throughout the day. If I return to Dallas again, I will be picking LaQuinta at Plano!

Nice La Quinta close to major hwys

This hotel is always so helpful and ready to serve my needs every visit. I stay at this hotel when I am going to see my specialist at Baylor Scott and White. I always reserve a handicap room due to my physical disability. The room and bathrooms are spacious and easy to navigate in a wheelchair.

We enjoyed it stay!! The beds were very comfy.

The location is one of the best when the itinerary is to move to Dallas, Fort Worth or other places of the Metropolitan area. I’ll stay there, again.

Found hair on the comforter and pillow cases. Front desk Clark stated no housekeeping was on site to give me fresh linens. I had to put new pillows cases on myself. Bathroom shower looked overall dirty and stained.

Property and surroundings were very well kept, room was excellent, very clean, quiet, good bed, great facility. Excellent location and price for staying close to someone in the hospital.

This a go-to hotel for me because of the price and quality.

Check in was super easy. Morning and evening staff were really nice and helpful. The pool was a perfect way to end the day. Rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable for 4 people. Only downside is I wish the beds were queen beds instead of full size. I’d definitely stay again.

This La Quinta location is conveniently situated near various restaurants. I've stayed at other La Quinta locations in the DFW area, and this one stands out as one of the better options. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and polite. However, the beds are somewhat uncomfortable and could use an upgrade, also they have a slight odor. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Nice, clean and breakfast was good!

It was clean, quiet and secure. There were several eateries close by. The staff was friendly especially Jose, the maintenance man. He quickly resolved an issue we had with the tv and would always greet us with a friendly disposition. Since we were from out of town, he provided directions to our destination and offered to take us if needed.

Poor internet service. Defective eoom keys was frequently locked out of building amd room due to key malfunction and no spare key service on site. Will not be returning for another stay at this property

Amazing staff.

Hotel is decent and the room was clean but it had a really bad odor. The smoke alarm malfunctioned and kept going off so an employee removed it from the room. Also, the toilet randomly made loud noises throughout my entire stay. A relative in a room a few doors down had a roach in their room.

Air Condition machines are noisy for me.

Slightly older LaQuinta than pictured, but totally fine. Large, clean room with fridge and microwave and great AC. Good restaurants and commercial businesses all around. Less expensive than most in the area and worth the price.

The front desk was nice and the lobby as great! The hotel room was also pretty good the only thing I would complain about is the shower there were stain marks on there that looked permanent. There were not many option for breakfast as well
