Comfortable, clean and all the basics. Nice staff, and decent breakfast. The whole place is a little bit tired (i.e. aging everything) but functional. Great value, except for the freeway noise. The windows sound like they are open even though they are closed. I had to buy silicone earplugs to get any sleep. If not for the road noise, this would have been a decent place especially for the price. Maybe the other side of the building would be better but I would avoid the freeway side.

The hotel was clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I walked down the hallway and noticed someone smoking; the smell was quite obvious and distinctly different from that of a cigar.

Pool area is nice, but pool wasn’t heated and was freezing in March. It’s near a freeway, so can be noisy.

Location was great for my needs. Breakfast is an actual breakfast, not just donuts and coffee. The overnight front desk was super disappointing. My daughter got sick during night and was unable to make it to the bathroom. I went down to the desk and asked for anything to help get it cleaned up and was told ‘I don’t have anything. I can’t leave the desk.’ And was sent back to my room with nothing (not even paper towels). The poor housekeeping staff in the morning; I was forced to use the bathroom towels. I wrapped the dirty towels in a clean towel and left a note and decent tip. I did the best I could with the lack of support I received. I am a light sleeper and the side of the building against the highway was a bit loud for me.

Pool in March was freezing, it would have been nice to have it heated a bit. Hot tub was perfect. The hotel is right next to a noisy freeway, I would recommend asking for a room facing away from it.
