Breakfast and coffee was available on site but extremely expensive. Coffee was provided in the room, it was not keurig type of coffee pot (I brought extra pods from home), and the coffee provided was not good quality. I'm a coffee snob. My only issue is that I made this reservation in February and found out a few weeks ago that the training I was suppose to attend was cancelled. I tried to move (not cancel) my reservation to another property up north and the property would not work with me. I told them I was even willing to pay the difference if it was allowed. They would not budge.

Service was disappointing: Hotel denied the curtesy to delay the check out from 11 am to 12 pm, even though the hotel manager complained the night before that the hotel is only 1/3 occupied.

The pool tends to be shaded by mid afternoon being in the centre of the hotel, so if you’re planning on suntanning you need to do it earlier in the day.

The room was clean and spacious. Most of all it was quiet unlike the previous few nights at the other location. It is in a good location near several places to eat and shop, if you want to do that. It's also a short drive to the airport.

The beds were comfy but not as comfy as I’ve had before in a Double tree in the past. Also the fridge sounded like there was a ghost in the room or like a phone was ringing in the other room.

This facility was in fantastic condition, and the property was well kept. I love the 24/7 patio. I didn’t use the gym but it looked awesome. And as always, the complimentary cookie for honors members was a delicious welcome.

I was trapped in the elevator for 10-15 min. I was offered breakfast for my inconvenience. The night manager was unable to understand the trama of be enclosed in broken elevator and call the authorities.

The guest room was awesome. Very comfortable and clean. The pool was disgusting. The water was smelly and the pool looked dirty. It seems liker no one done any pool maintenance or maintain the purity of the water.

A water pipe busted and the staff did not notify us. We as customers had to call the front desk and ask what was wrong as we found no water coming out of the sink after using the bathroom.

I visited from California for three days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. By the second night, there was no hot water, and the elevators were out of service. Additionally, there was a pipe burst, which left us without any water for a while the whole morning. While the hotel has a nice ambiance and comfortable beds, I feel that my money—and that of future guests—would be better spent elsewhere. The staff also seemed a bit unfriendly.

A turn off on the property is that it was a little dirty in different areas of the hotel. When we got to our room and set up the sofa bed, there was an unknown stain on the mattress and the actual mattress cover also had stains and crumbs in it. The restroom was a little dirty. The countertop did not appear to have been wiped down.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. But the AC barely worked in my room as well as a coworkers rooms because they have the AC capped at 69 and the room said it was 75. So I won’t be staying there again.

I would appreciate this site disclosing incidental fees when booking rooms, it’s frustrating to have a quote and then have it be substantially more at check in. The hotel was as advertised and nice, we used all the facilities including the pool area. I did ask to receive my check out bill by email but never received it.

Very clean and nice employees, especially the maids. The give you a little extra time at check out if your running behind time with your family. Pool is nice and clean as well. Good stay.

When I checked in, the room was a bit warm. So I just figured I needed to put the fan on high for the AC and wait for it to cool down. I woke up in the middle and I drenched and sweat. When I went to the front desk to let them know about it, they said someone was going to check it out. I left the room and came back and nothing was done. It went to switch rooms and the same thing was in another room ended up being a messed up chiller for the AC and the GM did not even come out to acknowledge me about it, just sent the front desk clerk to tell me what room is won’t do anything will refund your money if you want to leave. He didn’t even have the courtesy to come and talk to me himself and be apologetic about it. The front desk clerk was very sweet and apologetic about it, but that’s not her duty in that sense when it’s something that major. I do not recommend staying at this particular Doubletree due to the fact of the service from the GM.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place because 1) the beds weren’t comfy 2) no complimentary breakfast 3) not so family friendly 3) charge deposit by the day where other places charge just a 1 time deposit. Stayed in nicer luxurious places nearby that offer breakfast, have more comfortable beds and we got a noise complaint because our toddler wasn’t feeling well and cried a couple times.

Worst customer service ever! Front desk was terrible. Girl was beyond rude. We had to change rooms because there was a smell. The second room had trouble with the a/c but they said they couldn’t move us again. Never coming back.

Bartender at the property had a horrible attitude,argued with guests about the channel and volume of 1 of 2 tvs at the bar. There were several complaints from guests throughout the time I was at the bar. This attitude does not represent the DoubleTree / Hilton brand as I have come to experience it.

Good Doubletree by Sheraton, though the breakfast offerings on a Sunday were disappointing. Other Doubletrees by Hilton had a sumptuous buffet on Sundays.

"The hotel experience was extremely unpleasant. On Friday night, while in our room, we heard a fight break out in the room three doors down. Shortly after, a woman came out screaming for help, followed by gunshots just minutes later. It was a horrifying experience that left my husband and me in shock. Despite the alarming situation, the hotel's customer service was severely lacking. No one reached out or came to check on us to ensure our safety. We felt completely unsafe during our stay and didn't sleep until morning."

There are homeless people outside. Surrounded by motel 6 and right next to a huge freeway wall. Worst Hilton I’ve ever seen. Prior to checking in I was told I would be able to get a digital key and was told to that I had to come in. I only had tap pay available. When I called to see if they would accept it they said no… and refused to refund my booking which was made 40 min prior, under the assumption I would be able to use the digital key.
