    We met our room with a broken carbon monoxide detector. Staff tried their best to find a replacement which took several tries. Once repaired we found that our main bedroom had a broken air conditioner which was replaced by the loudest portable air conditioner I have ever heard. The ceiling in that same room was covered in caked on dust. This was disappointing when we just needed a place to lay our heads as we traveled. Staff was nice but it was apparent this property needs updated.

    The absolute worst part was they have the nerve to charge for parking…in Chandler! I have stayed at the Biltmore numerous times and they never charge for parking. This owner is a “slumlord”!!!! Please know, I don’t leave poor reviews unless truly earned!!! This hotel earned it.

    Having to pay for parking was a JOKE!!! The facility was not in an area where there should have been a parking fee especially when you had to share space with the 2 restaurants next door. Totally ridiculous fee.

    We never got our bedding changed in the four day-stay although we asked for it. My wife said there was an odd smell to the bedding. The housekeeper who made the bed, but refused to change the linens on Sunday, was obviously irritated that we asked her to change the bedding due to the smell. The flushing mechanism on the toilet sticks & wastes a lot of water. It should be fixed. On the positive side, the breakfasts were excellent & elegant. Kudos to the kitchen staff! The room was clean and comfortable, except for the odor in the sheets

    The hotel is run down carpet needs to be replaced. The AC control unit on the wall did not have lights or numbers on it. We were downstairs and landscaping crew were blowing leaves outside window at 8am on Tuesday morning.

    Arrived at the other hotel with same name different address and was told there’s two by the same name. The other hotel is much nicer, however I was pleasantly surprised at the one we were booked in. Nice staff, nice beds and bathroom and kitchen set up.

    We stayed in a 1 bed suite and it was less than acceptable, even after several conversations with the front desk. There was zero effort to rectify our at least credit back a partial stay. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Our 2nd night in the hotel younger kids were running around banging on doors and yelling. On our 3rd day I had to ask for housekeeping services, I was told they come every other day, we were there 8 days and still only came twice. Our TV was broke I reported it the first morning it was never replaced, I inquired on it the 3rd day and was told maintenance confirmed it needed to be replaced, it was never replaced. The towels, blankets and sheets all had stains on them. The pool was not heated and the pool deck was chipping so if you walked barefoot you needed to pay attention or you would step on the chipped deck which hurt. There is a Canes next door that 2 mornings at 530 sharp workers were using industrial leaf blowers for 30 min clearing the parking lots and grounds. Very loud and not enjoyable for that time of day. There were also only 2 pill lounge chairs available for a hotel this size it was ridiculous.

    The room was older looking but clean except for the sticky kitchen table and remote control. The bathroom sink hot and cold handles didn’t move, the whole piece moved in order to turn on and off which caused water to come out from under them. The caulking around the bath tub and toilet was coming loose. The breakfast was great!

    Overall not a bad property- 2 things I rate low- fishes were left dirty in dishwasher as well as the trash left in kitchen area and 15.00 per day parking is ridiculous! I needed to be out of my house for a few days and I didn’t notice parking fee when I booked but that’s ridiculous. It’s not in a highly populated or sought after area!

    The swimming pool was broken and it took us doing some investigating on our own to find out that we could use the swimming pool at the next door Hotel. The staff was friendly. There was a sewer smell in the hallway that they were trying to cover up with a strong smelling carpet spray or something. The room we were in is in need of renovations, flooring falling apart, shower very obviously old. Bed was comfortable and clean.

    A rare hotel where I felt like at home. I loved the family atmosphere in this hotel. Complementary breakfast was good. Tacos were very good according to my husband. I preferred chia seeds and oats. Coffee was whole day available. Swimming pool was ok, a bit chill in February, but Jacuzzi was warm enough. It was possible to open windows in the room for nice outside breeze. Kitchen utilities were partly available, I think on spoons, forks and knifes

    It was near a lot of good restaurants and easy access to freeway. Understaffed and generally rude. Pool was cold and hot tub was lukewarm. Housekeeping did not come even though they said they clean every other day. Toilet clogged and front desk person expected me to unclog it! That is unheard of at a hotel. When asked to speak to a manager, the front desk person did not know who to direct me to and finally came up to unclog the toilet himself after I said I would go to another hotel. So much for being Hilton Honors member.

    I loved the decor of the unit. I had a 1 bedroom king suite and it was wonderful. There is a full-size kitchen with a dishwasher. A pull out couch adds to your comfort. The high ceilings also make it more spacious. Not like others who have a low ceiling. And huge TV 's in the bedroom and living room area. The location is right next to the Interstate 10 freeway, so you can get to wherever you need to go quickly. I will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this hotel to others. There is also a hot breakfast every day. There is really nothing I did not like. The bed was comfortable. The building is quiet at night, so you will get a comfortable night's rest.

    The location is right next to the Interstate 10 freeway, so you can get to wherever you need to go quickly. I will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this hotel to others. There is also a hot breakfast every day. There is really nothing I did not like. The bed was comfortable. The building is quiet at night, so you will get a comfortable night's rest.

    This is the 4th time staying at this Homewood Suites by Hilton in Chandler AZ. This is the perfect location for my visits to Radford Racing school, (Highly recommend doing even if you have no plans to become a race car driver) The Hotel and room is clean, the staff always courteous, The Continental Breakfast is perfect for starting the day, even on a Gluten Free Diet. I have no complaints.

Every restaurant, shopping, entertainment place is in walking distance, that was great! Easy check in, heated pool, fairly quiet & super convenient parking. Very pleased with our stay & will stay again. And oh, breakfast was good also … there were all the fixings for breakfast burritos along with a variety of common things like toast, yogurt, muffins, etc Highly recommend staying here, it is our new Chandler hotel 4 sure! A++

    This was a great place to stay for a large family. There were two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom and a large kitchen, spotless and comfortable beds. We took advantage of the outdoor HEATED pool. This was a great place to stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

    1. We had to pay $15 for parking 2. The older lady that is in dining, didn't like it when my special need daughter spill some of her milk on the floor (my husband was gonna clean it up). The lady's response was " this is ridiculous!". I apologize to her.

    the room was nice, it accommodated my group really well and it was a nice property but the staff just didn’t seem like they wanted to help when i had any questions or requests. this was also my first time booking a hotel for myself so when i asked about room service and they didn’t show up i was disappointed. and when room service finally came, we requested if they could come back in about an hour since we were all still getting ready in the room (6 of us) and all she replied with was “no, but do you want some towels” and only allowed us 3 even having a large group. so, our room didn’t get served once during our 3 night stay.

    Are windows didn't open and seem to be broken. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. One of the front desk girls Leilani had an attitude until I spoke to the manager about it.... The bathtub had stains in it the pool was kind of dirty... They are a cashless property so we couldn't leave a tip.

    The only complaints I have are 1. The trash needs to be emptied more frequently as there was always a smell of trash in the hallways of the second and third floors. 2. The cooking items aren't uniform in each room.

    The reasons I have all excellent is the support staff was awesome except one but I have to give a shout out to two outstanding staff Jeff front desk and please hope I get it right is Ilene I hope I said the right name but I think she’s a supervisor for housekeeping. I’ve been going to Hilton since I was a kid my parents have been reward members for like a 100 yrs 😀 been to like 100 Hilton never been treated so low by I think his name is Stephen I think front desk clerk when I checked in not very friendly through out the stay and the manager Mariann or something like I said never been treated like a second class citizen. Ok we went there for a stay cay cuz my mom she’s a disabled vet she just stop walking a month and half ago and my brother Chris who is also a disabled vet since my dad passed away I quit job moved into childhood home so we get out every weekend for stay cays well trust in check out day we had to much stuff for one trip so I stayed behind checkout was at 12 but I told the manager the situation and rudely she told me I have to leave right then and there and I hit we nervous she don’t want to let me in after I locked my stuff in room I’ll tell you she made me feel like a second class citizen she made me feel low cuz I was gay. I know that nowdudkt even hide it like I said never been treated so poorly by a Hilton manager. So it was perfect besides those two awful people I actually left embarrased and shamed I left in tears. Most awful feeling.m

    The facility was nice, but a number of things bothered me. The king size bed was made with queen size linens. The fitted sheet was barely holding on, and the covers didn't sufficiently cover us so there was always a pull for covers. The top covering was not a blanket or sheet, but something that was made to cover a mattress on all four sides. The layout of the room was awkward, as the door needed to be nearly closed in order to get around the bed to the other side.

    The coffee is terrible. Seriously. The shower heads are cones of spray with no water in the middle in my room. It took forever to rinse my hair. There had been water leaks with multiple “fixes” but the wall/paint was peeling off the wall and there was a smell of mold/mildew in the bathroom. The water damage was so bad that the tiles around the floor as a baseboard were coming off the wall.

    The cleaning crew came every other day. You can get more clean towels if needed at the front desk. We enjoyed the Social Hour on Wednesday night. Soup, cheese, chips, soda and beer were all complimentary. One day we left our D8 not Disturb sign up too long. Later we asked the cleaner for more towels. Not only that but she went in and did the full cleaning. Above and beyond. The pool was not operational or the hot tub when we were there. A bit too cold anyway.

    TV service was not good- no internet connection for the TV service provider and the TV was just pixels- dirty towels stained with pink color stuff on it- the sitting area was disguising and looked like it was never cleaned- as for kitchen- the refrigerator had hand prints on the front as if it was never cleaned- hair and dust collected in bathroom floors in the corners behind toilet. Over all not clean rooms and the ac was roll around boxes with tubes going out the window. No pool or hot tub- was told to use the hotel next door for hot tub/ pool usage. Called the front desk many times no one helped with the TV connections. So bad bad place to stay- I regret even booking this place.     the on site manager was very kind but i was appalled by the conditions of the rooms First room we went to smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. they did switch our room but the next room was dirty. We weren’t given bedding for the pull out couch or enough towels. the shower was dirty and rusted all around. both lamps didn’t work. we already switched room and we’re only going to be there for the night so we dealt with it but definitely not a hotel we would use again.

    We got one of the last two bedroom rooms and my daughter smelt pee on the mattress. When we pulled back the sheets, the mattress look like someone had died on it. It was covered in Stains. Both beds had not been turned down because there was hair in them. At first front desk wasn’t interested in giving us a refund or a discount, but she did eventually see the pictures and gave us $100 off. Because we had to sleep on the pullout couch I thought that would’ve been appropriate to get a full refund. I don’t wanna make things worse and put the bad pictures online.

    1st the hotel manager never stood up to greet the guest. She kept her dogs behind the front desk and when I informed her that I'm terrified of dogs and my granddaughter asked if she could put the dogs somewhere else she rudely said no she couldn't. My 2nd day the fire alarm went off at 3:15am and blared loudly for 25 minutes and the night staff didn't the keys to turn it off and the fire department had to. Then it was after 5pm and I asked the front desk for 2 extra pillows and again they didn't have any keys to the linen closet. Each time I saw the manager she's sitting down and almost wouldn't greet you until you greeted her 1st. A couple of times while I was in front waiting for an uber the staff were outside smoking and complaining about the company in front of guest. The appearance of all staff was very disheveled or they needed a drug rehab program. Believe me if I could I would want a refund. I did attempt to seek a different hotel but due to thr holiday none were available. MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY FRAUDULENTLY BILLED MY CARD FOR A NIGHT I WASN'T THERE. I CHECKED OUT ON DEC/1ST AND BILLED MY CARD ON DEC/3RD AT 2:42AM. There's nothing close by like stores in walking distance other than the freeway and I heard planes come and go all night. Honestly it seemed comparable to a skid row hotel. I saw people checking out with their clothes in plastic bags oppose to luggage. This is not my opinions but it's facts.

    First, the sheets did not fit the bed. Second, there was a leak in the roof right outside our room. Staff was unfriendly. Minus Frank he tried being helpful. The shower handle broke. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles and when asked for more, they were out. Breakfast was meh. Lighting was poor. Shower curtain was very short and the Floor was soaked and very Very slippery.

    Hotel was nice. Check in was fast and easy with the front desk staff. We had a problem with our shower not draining. As soon as we told the front desk they had maintenance come up and fix it. The pool is also very clean and we love that it has a fence around it. Since we have a toddler it gives us peace of mind that we can enjoy sitting outside without him running inside the pool.

    Good hotel for the price. Staff was attentive and polite. Room was good. The only thing is that the mini kitchen sink smelled horrible like something died inside of it when we used it and the waste disposal. Put the cap on it and it was ok after about 15 min. We did not use it for the rest of our stay. Also I see that most Phoenix area hotels are starting to charge for parking which I don’t like since they don’t even have security and it is 15 extra dlls.

    It was a chill weekend, kinda annoyed with oir neighbors cooking fish in their room , yuck it smelled, I don't like the fishy smell but it was in passing thank goodness couldn't smell it fron our room. Not the hotels fault but yeah our bathroom needs minor repairs overall it was a great stay

    Bed is quite uncomfortable if staying for longer than a night. Pool lights did not work and was a bit dirty. Breakfast was ok. But there were guests staying that wouldn’t use tongs provided and instead used their fingers and were eating over the food. Which was quite gross.

    I liked how the room was cozy and felt like a business room i the living room, and private invthe bedroom. However the staff had never found my flashlight. I would like it to have it back, i mentioned it twice to the front desk.

    We happened to have a major malfunction with one of the beds in our bedroom. They quickly moved us to tremenduz the issue, but the new room still had major flaws. It was manageable, but not ideal.

    Upon arriving they overbook and try sending customers to a sister hotel.. we ended up having to clean the room ourselves before we could get comfortable. That included changing bloody bedding wiping down tables and floor and deep cleaning bathroom. The set-up of the rooms is what attracts customers as it offers privacy but the cleanliness is not there to match.. Ac system needs to be updated as our room was never below 70 degrees.. the staff was friendly but only gave exceptional responses when in front of managers who pride the customer satisfaction

    We were welcomed in and got everything we needed. No hassles. Which was grwat after an afternoon of driving and the hot Phoenix weather. When our room would not get cool the next day due to our A/C we were helped promptly. Given a new room which was way cooler and had more room. Over all it was a great experience.
