A large villa with all necessary amenities. Incredible view with a great pool (which is periodically cleaned of falling leaves). Well-maintained grounds. Rice fields are located within a 10-minute walk. Security is on duty around the clock. Friendly staff. You can order food to be delivered to the villa at reasonable prices. There is a large bed where you can stretch out like a star, even if there are two of you :) Despite some issues (see below), I would recommend this villa! There were a few issues. In one room, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and this problem was fixed as much as possible. However, you still had to wait about 5 minutes for the hot water to come through. In the same room, the toilet seat was broken (perhaps this issue has already been fixed). The toilets don't look very clean, even though they were washed. For those who are light sleepers, there is a road nearby, and in the morning, you might be woken up by the sound of mopeds (it wasn't a problem for us).

The villa view is very wonderful Insects are everywhere I woke up in the morning and found a dead bee next to me and many insects in the room and the living room there is no air conditioning and outside there are many insects so we couldn't enjoy and the place is scary after sunset is complete darkness + scary sounds from insects and wild animals

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Villa outside of Ubud with 5 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled deep within the lush forests of Ubud, the villa offered a serene and immersive escape from the outside world. The villa itself was stunning, with spacious and beautifully designed rooms that provided all the comforts we could ask for. Each room was wide and airy, making our stay extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing swimming pool, which was surrounded by the natural beauty of the forest. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil environment. The combination of the pool and the forest setting created a truly magical atmosphere. The service at the villa was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their high level of service added a special touch to our stay, making us feel truly pampered. Overall, this villa provided an amazing holiday experience with its beautiful location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat in Bali.

Everything about this villa is beyond amazing! We have an unforgettable 1 night stay here. My favorite part was the spacious bedroom that really comfortable and the infinity pool. You won’t regret staying here! Nothing

What a stunning villa in the middle of the Ubud jungle! We thoroughly enjoyed the views from all levels of the villa. The pool was excellent (long enough to do laps) and the breakfasts were amazing. :-) Pak Wayan and Ibu Dewi (villa attendants) cooked our breakfast every day, and made sure we had everything we needed. Ordering food via Grab was very easy too, and managed to have massages on our last day there. Also loved the short trek to the river and small waterfall at the bottom of the property! Shout-out as well to Pak Pramana who was super attentive in answering all my queries via booking.com messaging. What could be improved is to ensure that all lights, switches, and wall sockets are fully functioning (we had to test several sockets to charge our devices).

The villa has immense potential, is beautifully immersed in the forest but is at least 25 minutes from Ubud. Furthermore, the pro inibito with a noisy -at all hours- road, makes it almost impossible to sleep. The villa has the typical “open” structure of the villas in Bali and the back wall opens into that main road. Bad idea. The staff were amazing though and truly caring. It’s quite dirty and in need of upgrading

it was quiet with nice Mountain View we booked a villa with 3 bedrooms, but when we arrived they said we only have 4 adults and one kid, so on their system they can only prepare two rooms for us. so if we want to have 3 rooms we need to pay an extra million for it which is ridiculous cause I booked the entire villa, not just two rooms. it was not ok. I feel they are not honest
