The team welcomed us like no other resort, it's really a great staycation! The room is so modern, clean, and fancy. The area is around great rice terrace and amazing views for the palm trees. Far away from the city, and no shuttles

The facility itself is beautiful and the area has amazing views too, the staff was also very nice and helpful (especially Febri and Amy). + there is a really nice Warung nearby - Warung Umai Bali. The location is a bit far off and there aren’t that many grab drivers, however, it’s okay you can still get around

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and spa. We used every amenity from the floating breakfast to the facials in the spa. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a fantastic experience. Special thanks to Emi, Made, Mery, and Nyoman. We’ll be back! Nothing!

The property is lovely and the staff very attentive to our needs but sometimes a little bit late on the service. Overall a great place to stay with peace and good service to please your needs. The SPA (massages) are a must and a great value for money… EMI from the reception as the other staff were amazing in servicing us… The music of the playlist, which was Christmas musics playing all the day. Asked to change but wasn’t possible which was probably the only issue I would recommend to change in the future.
