The pool is beautiful and surrounded by lush jungle views—very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast has a great variety with both local and international options, and everything we tried was delicious. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy feel and nice views. The Pool was fun and the views from the pool were excellent. Breakfast Menu had lot of variety to satisfy most foodies. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and humble They put us initially in a below ground level Room which felt claustrophobic, poor views and insects friendly

They managed to find the left towels in the room. It has been difficult to receive a firm confirmation for a twin bed, as the response has consistently been “subject to availability.” At this price point, we should be able to select our bed type and smoking preference at the time of booking, rather than being assigned a run-of-house room.

The Agro Forestry and live animals were great. We loved tasting Durian and soursop in the Agro Forestry. The staff were always smiling and the service felt personal.. not just another guest. The buffet breakfasts were a big highlight all the food was delicious. The infinity pool with the bar was beautiful.

From the moment i arrived i was impressed by the level of service and hospitality.the staff were incredible helpful polite-and always ready to assist with warm smile i was disturbed from noise in my room they promptly changed my room and later asked if i need higher floor to move also they put some sweets and card for apology also i want to thank kargana and abn and also sunarta and suwosta for always making our room tiddy and surprise us with lovely towel decoration also i would like to thank serati for all the support and always checking on us This place is amazing free activities and food is so tasty the place so calm relaxing and exceed expectations from fruit garden to river to animal garden the pool Jacuzzi What ever i say not enough for this amazing resort we will come to bali only to stay again there Thank you Noise from the guest staying above the rooms if you in lower floor sometimes its noisy when they walk around

Nature Service is low, it took me 10+ emails to extend my stay for 1 day. Food on breakfast is awful, like in 3 stars. The confition of rooms is really old. Minibar is empty.

The property was gorgeous. The food was spectacular and the staff was exceptional in their service The distance to Ubud and other attractions is not ideal. Not much you can do about that, just plan accordingly
