Breakfast was ok, there were others options close by to supplement. The location is nicely placed to grocery and gas also. So location is perfect also
-
Only one negative thing… the wash cloth I grabbed for the shower was stained (brown dirt) that was pretty disgusting.

Location was convenient The room smelled, it was dirty. Hair in the floor in the bathroom, stains on the chair and couch cushions, headboards were dirty, walls had stain and were filthy on the wall behind the trash and near the bed, boogers on the walls. Just overall dirty.

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very minimal....waffles and toast/bagels. A good choice for the money.

Checking in was great. I had asked for handicap accessibility, but the clerk didn't know the room inventory so I had to open 3 different rooms to find that particular room. After getting into the right room, the shower wall, shower floor, the shower seat, the shower knobs and hand held was all mildewed and moldly. I purchased clorox mold and mildew spray, sprayed everything and left it overnight before I could take a shower. I really wish I had taken some before photos and some after to show you what I am saying. One of the other rooms, the mold smell was so strong even the clerk had to quickly close the door. My advice to you, whomever gets to read this, please go check out your property. It is not being taken care of. I know you wanted to have a floor that works with wheelchairs, it is very slippery when its wet. I laid down towels from the shower to the bed to keep from falling.

The floors and overall condition of the room felt damp and unclean, and the side entrance door didn’t even work properly which made things even more frustrating. For the amount we paid — especially at such high rates — this experience was unacceptable. We truly feel we should have been refunded, or at minimum partially compensated, because the conditions made the hotel uninhabitable for us. Unfortunately this was an awful stay and not somewhere we would return to or recommend.

The room was clean. Ac worked well. TV worked Run down building, no elevator, common areas were dated. Had to walk up stairs to get to my 2nd floor room. Felt unsafe
