Hotel LiVEMAX Umeda Douyama

location and cleanliness bed is terribly small for 2 adults and too soft for my like. Breakfast would be nice to have some variety. The first day was ok, second the same and I trow it away, the third day we didn't even pick it up.

Location was suitable initially, cleaners were polite and great Small rooms, and didnt have flexibility to switch, so that family could stay on the same floor

This hotel is in the middle of downtown, but no noise at all! Staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are small, but I had a microwave in the room! Air conditioning is OK. There is a cheap unmanned laundry for daily clothes downstairs. There is some smell of cigarette smoke sometimes coming from somewhere, and an air refresher bottle is provided in the room. It's easier of course to prohibit smoking in the whole facility and live longer.

Check in and out was simple. Bedding had stains on it. The bathroom amenities were dusty. The floors and walls were not particularly clean.

The area was nice. It was close to the stations ans had a lot of restaurants near. They also offered cleaning services. It was absolutely repulsive. Everything was stained and dusty. There were stains all over the walls, the carpet was full of debris. Even the bed sheets had some weird stains. The mattress as well. I was disgusted to touch anything in the room. Under the bad was an absolute mess. There were layers upon layers of dust and trash. I don’t think they clean anything in the room except the towels and some of the bed sheets. Even the bathroom shelves were dirty. I don’t understand, it would take 1 minutes to just clean it. The space of the room is also very limited and the way the bed is placed really reduces the accessibility of the very limited space.

Close to the station on the edge of an entertainment district. A little noisy but not terrible. Plenty of restaurants around A but untidy and some wear and tear but suitable for a stay. Small room and bed but okay for basic stay

I liked the foremail warning me of the late evening absense of the lobby staff so I could time my check in better The lobby seemed to be in a state of preparations of something but unfinished

A little dingy, but adequate.

The hotel is in a sidestreet close to Ohsaka station and is therefore easily available for a quick layover. The first thing that met us when we arrived to check in was a lobby filled with building materials and stored goods. When talking to the staff they are not very accomodating and seem to want to get us out of there as quickly as possible so that they can go back to watching something on the screen behind the checkin counter, and their english is nonexistant. Failing marks on the reception. When arriving to the room it smells of smoke and it feels very dirty. Both the bed and the room is very small, suffice to say we did not sleep very well. Overall, this is possibly one of the worst stays I have had at any hotel ever.

Location was good but the cleanliness of the room was absolutely terrible. Cleanliness of the room and how noisy it was.

Location It’s a very basic hotel. You’ll get what you paid for.
