The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed!

The staff were amazing and easily and professionally helped my daughter’s tour group. They also made scheduling an additional room a breeze when we wanted to stay longer after her tour group returned home.

Location is good and fairly quiet even though it's on the main road. It's a short and easy walk to other neighborhoods to encounter indy boutiques. Convenience store nearby. Covered shotengai which has a lot of restaurants right down the street is also convenient. The TV is not in front of the bed. It is next to it, so one's head needs to constantly be turned to watch. More shelving would have been nice. More hooks for clothes would allow for more convenience.

Reasonable priced hotel in a good location. Friendly staff and was great for a quick two night stop. Our original room smelt, but after alerting staff we were quickly moved to a new room with no hassle.

Very good location, decent lobby and friendly staff Towels were undersized and thin. Wish there were more shuttle service provided to the station.

The staff is very accomodating and professional. They're honest and very helpful. The location is alright and there is a big supermarket around the corner which is really great. the front door is located right next to a metro exit, but realistically you're going to have to walk ~15 minutes from Osaka Station most of the time. The 'budget' in this ibis budget hotel can be felt in the room and bathroom. It was fine for our purposes, because we didn't really stay in the hotel much. Our bed was sagging towards the center, so we laid on an uneven surface. We did mention it to the reception and they took note of it, but sadly couldn't fix it which was understandable. The toilet bidet split into more streams and seemed clogged, the toilet itself also seemed very small. There is one light in the bathroom which gets obsctruced by the shower curtain, so taking a shower is a little dark. Overall I think you get what you pay for so I can't be too bitter about it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They allowed me to leave me bags there a couple hours before check in, helped me find a glasses store when my glasses broke, and got me back into my room when I accidentally left the room key card inside the room. The free shuttle to the subway was also helpful. Thanks so much for all the assistance! Nothing.

Clean, great staff, enjoyable stay Rooms were small

Stayed one night after arriving at the airport on our way to Kyoto. Room was adequate for what we needed. Good location of hotel, near to trains. Would stay again.

The hotel is nice and the room is spacious, but you can tell its age. The location is very near Umeda station and surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores, super accessible. The amenities and facilities are lacking. Going into the bathroom was tough as it is a high step up, and would have liked more wardrobe space.

Perhaps more varieties of teas would have been nice.

Very affordable, and clean A bit out of the city center, but close to train station which was more important for us.

Central location. Easy to access to Osaka station. Lively neighbourhood. Small room and bathroom, no space to open the luggage or store clothes.

The location was very convenient and close to public transportation and a lot of restaurants, the staff were very helpful and kind, the room was quite clean. The only problem was that the room had a bit of a smell due to moisture, which went away when the air conditioner worked. Perhaps it would be a good idea to put air purifiers around the hotel.
