Hotel is close to Osaka Station and is surrounded by various stores and restaurants. Room is typical Japanese hotel room size. Having apps available for entertainment is a plus. Making it easy to store luggage is also a plus.

Excellent location. The 24/7 7/11 connected to the building takes the cake for convenience. Breakfast was pretty good too, a nice fusion of western cuisine with japanese influence. Bedrooms were pretty small, although this is a common issue in Japan, the room selection choices were not really clear as to large or small rooms. I'd like some place to keep two suitcases.

7-11 directly connected to hotel. Good placement and amount of outlets, light switches, mirrors. Fresh towels everyday, free amenities at reception. Panasonic hair dryer super powerful. Body and hand soap in washroom smells good. Strong water pressure. Window can be opened, air purifier in the room. Pillow is hard with rice, but comfy once you get used to it. Quiet, even though located on busy street full of bars and pachinko parlors. 3 entrances to Whity underground mall (M5, M9, M14) right outside hotel. Breakfast buffet delicious with lots of variety. No water dispenser or bottled water. A/C can be finicky. Comforter was a bit too warm and heavy.

The location is good if you know how to get there. Osaka stations are vast with multiple entrances. Personally we had to learn the route every day. Other than that we had no issues

Breakfast was amazing! Much better than I was expecting. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the deep tub. It was very quiet and easy to access from the trains and subways! The rooms are definitely snug, but they were reasonable for Japan and I really only spent the night there so it was ok.

We also really appreciated a thoughtful touch from the staff: even though we placed a “do not clean” sticker on the door, they still hung fresh towels on our door. That was a very nice idea and we really liked this gesture. However, one disappointing point was the additional accommodation tax. When we arrived, we were informed that we had to pay an extra 400 yen per person (800 yen total), even though our reservation stated that all taxes were included. This was not clearly communicated in advance. When we asked for clarification, the staff explained via Google Translate that it was an additional tax, but unfortunately they were not able to give a clear explanation in English. This caused some confusion and was a bit frustrating, as we were not expecting any extra charges upon arrival.

Clean roll and very detailed thoughtful set up system. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot local cuisines but also meet western style foods. A lot of choice. Great location and everything is wonderful ! Room is small but is normal for Japan.

Very convenient to transportation, local attractions and has a convenience store connected to hotel for quick easy access. It was a bit unclean. Stains on walls.

Great location.Just a short walk from the train station. Just stayed one night to catch the bullet train the next day. Lots of food and shopping just out the door. Quiet though. Rooms very small but we’re only neede one night.

Location is next to underground shopping and 711 very convenient and 10 min walk to Osaka staton , Umeda Metro and many more shopping centers. Pillow is a bit low, I used towel to lift it up a bit. AC a bit difficult to use and have no English explanation. I would hope for a bit instruction on the wall or a card would be helpful.

Very clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff, conveniently situated. Wifi not helping much I end up having disconnected and use my own network and it works alot better. So in case it targets business stays it might not be as helpful as expected.
