they have few towers and if your room is in a different tower from the main building, you do have to go outside to get to your building.

Location This was probably the least impressive hotel we stayed in during our tour of Japan. It's adequate. but you are right next to the train tracks and the room in the Treno section (I wonder why they call it that) reminded me of student accommodation

Located a few minutes walk from the east exit of Shin-Osaka station, the Shin-Osaka Station Hotel is convenient for a stay in Osaka. We were able to store our luggage when we arrived a few hours before our check-in time. The luggage room is great, spacious and self-operated. We used it again after checking out. We booked a Superior Double Room for my wife and I, and a Superior Single Room on the same floor for my daughter. The Double room was terrific. It was surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of room to lay out our luggage while leaving comfortable space to get around the bed, relax on the sofa, and use the dedicated space with a desk and chair. The room layout was impressively practical. The bed was comfortable, and the bath towels were actually thick and fluffy. Even the toilet paper was a higher grade than what we found at every other place we stayed over the past couple of weeks. The wifi worked without issue. The neighborhood is mostly residential, with quite a few convenience stores and local restaurants. We were able to hear some of the trains passing by, but the hotel is separated from the train tracks by another row of buildings, and we were not at all bothered by train noise. I will happily stay here again the next time I'm in Osaka. Highly recommended! The refrigerator in the room was a little bit tight, but I was able to make it work. I found nothing at all to complain about this hotel. It's a really nice place to stay that's convenient to Shin-Osaka station.

The three choices for breakfast entrees were all excellent. The buffet section was limited but of good quality. Staff was polite & service excellent. The hotel staff was equally professional, polite, & attentive. I will definitely return I

About breakfast , when I go to Japan I expect to have Japanese food but there is only western food( main dish). It’s better if there are Japanese or western style that we can choose.

I stayed at the female only floor. it was so clean, cute, quiete, and had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the laundry room in that area. I felt safe and very comfortable. Breakfast. besides the buffet, they took order for sandwiches. It looked yummy but I could not taste it because it did not come out as I anticipated . Thinking of sandwich was coming, I didn’t pick many food from buffet. unfortunately it was time that I had to go, so I left hotel a little hungry.
