Close to shin Osaka and also two public swimming pools. Granola for Brekky. Very helpful staff Incredibly small bathroom. Could hardly move. Very crowded Brekky space.

The breakfast is better than average. I missed the chance to use the hot springs.

Open bar, sauna and laundry facilities Tiny room. Bunk bed was not done up and had to be set by yourself

Location, value, happy hour open bar & breakfast included. Would have been good if there had been a separate male and female sento. However the tub in the bathroom made up for it. An English language channel on the TV would have been good.

Onsen at property and inexpensive laundry facility.

The property is cute. Small, efficient rooms (but comfy). The breakfast experience is very Japanese. Nice selection of foods. Great service.

Nice location near Shin-Osaka station. Clean room, comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast, every day a little bit different set. Room a little bit tight, was just enough space to open a luggage on the floor.
-
Close to train station Room is a bit small

I'm a returned traveller was my second time here. The breakfast is good. They have a welcome drink bar in the lobby between 6-8 free. Breakfast options are good self service. No negative experience

No air conditioning in the hallways and common area. Was so hot and humid. Really did not feel safe in the shower. Could be easy to fall. Did not like the awkward step down out of the bathroom.

Many thoughtful details along with a genuine dedication to sustainable practices. I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use. The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here. Unfortunately, the window in my room had privacy glass but no curtains and the was a very bright light shining into the room all night. I slept with an eye cover I had brought with me. This helped but having black out curtains would have been better.

The location was good, as we had a flight to catch next day it was close to the shin-osaka station where the express train to the airport was to depart. Breakfast choice was very limited.
-
Location from Shin-Osaka and close to convenience stores and proximity to great restaurants. I will stay here again!

It is super clean and the hotel staff is very polite. The food is very delicious and everyday there is some dishes new. Highly recommended to anyone who is staying at Osaka. None

amenities breakfast is too limited for time.

Breakfast was very good and filling. Coin operated washer/dryer. Free evening cocktails and drinks. Hotel room doors required a code to unlock. There was construction across the street (however this was beyond the control of the hotel).
