Hotel room was clean This was the smallest room we stayed in our entire trip. No where to really unpack your bag. Had to unpack on bed then immediately repack in order to access items.

Some of the fruit at the breakfast buffet didn't look very appetizing, but not a deal breaker.

The service was great. Good Food. Very clean. Staff was very helpful. N/A

I found the room and amenities to be rather compact.

Is incredible the hotel don’t have cable and the tv is small and old

It’s a little bigger room. Had a hard time with staff. I did not enjoy that

It was close to the main road and train. Had a grocery store near by as well. Staff very nice . Free bottled water was great. Bathroom felt small. Was not a fan of the breakfast only went down once. The staff tending to the breakfast were charming. Room tv was super small and maybe outdated - we couldn’t cast our laptop

It was well kept and clean . The staff was friendly and having a contact for transport to the airport was very helpful. It was a little farther from activities but it has food and things to do around it .

Really excellent hotel, great location. We ended up staying another couple of days due to this.

The location was great for me. Close enough to all the places I wanted to see; the castle, Umeda sky building and vegan restaurants.

Position was excellent for day trips in Osaka and to Kyoto

Breakfast for good, but expecting more variety of fruits and some availability of some cheese next time.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The rooms were functional and the property itself met expectations for a stay of this length. The hotel itself was clean and well-located, and most staff were professional. However, during my stay there were moments where interactions felt more personal than appropriate for a guest–staff context, which later created an awkward situation when boundaries were re-established. Clearer professional boundaries and consistency in guest interactions would help avoid misunderstandings and improve the overall experience.

Clean Too far

The location was very nice, and I was pleased with the helpfulness of the staff during check-in. The staff are very polite and attentive. Overall, I liked it. The rooms are unfortunately extremely small; I don't know how two people can stay in them. There isn't even a small chair to sit on, and the bathroom is so small that it's difficult to move around in. On top of that, the ventilation noise is incredibly annoying and cannot be turned off, so I couldn't sleep well for this reason.

The Noku Osaka was in a great location with rooms being clean and tidy

In a very local part of town had a really nice stores and easy accessible train access
