Very close to the station and the staff are very nice and accommodating! Also there is a space to leave luggages and bags in the lobby if you arrive early or have a late flight Walls a pretty thin so sound travels through easily and not much space to lay out luggages

the location, it near subway and railroad the room too small, especially the bathroom, really just for kits not for adult. but the room they charged for adults.

If you are going to run the Osaka Marathon, this is the place to stay. Near the venue and near Osaka Metro to go everywhere else. n/a

Good location, close to Osaka Castle. Very professional, polite and helpful staff that went out of their way to help me. The receptionist lady filled out the takyubin form for me to help me send my luggage to my next destination.

Great location for Osaka Castle, Keihan City Mall and Keihan Train. A lot of foods around the area. Staff is nice, facilities are good and clean. With big luggage, you need to carry up stairs for check in and down for check out. Even though staff are willing to help you with but it will be better if we could have some escalator, elevator or slope to carry our luggage.

The location is close to the station just a 180M walk There are tables and chair in the room and it very disturbing because it takes up space considering the room size is quite small only 15M.

Excellent location. Very close to Osaka Castle. The bed was quite comfortable. Great amenities for your room. The room was super narrow, difficult for three, would be tight for just two.

Really love that we get to have daily stocks of toiletries and more at their lobby. Near train stations and room was enough for 2 people. Clean and staff was accomodating.
