1st night stay and the bed had urine. No accommodation a party of four had to try to sleep on one bed when we paid for two beds. We checked out the next day we the initial stay was for two nights. And they refunded me the second night but not the first? Did not understand that part. Never again

Great place! Only complaint is the beds are on a freestanding frame and are noisy when you move. Would recommend they secure to the wall.

For my most recent reservation, I was booked Sunday through Saturday. On Thursday, I returned from work carrying several items and found a note on my door asking me to visit the front desk because it appeared I would be checking out soon. The note itself was fine, but my room key had been deactivated, so I couldn’t get inside without going back downstairs. The front desk staff member was polite and helpful, as she has always been. I explained that I was checking out Saturday and already had a new Expedia reservation for the following week. She made notes and reactivated my key. My main concern is that the note should have been enough. There was no need to deactivate my key two days before checkout, especially when I had not missed any communication. Carrying everything back downstairs to resolve the issue was inconvenient. Aside from these concerns, my stays here have generally been good, and the staff has always been courteous.
